i want to sort fields from AFVC and AFVV table and want to check out in PLPO table finally so as to get recipe details

So whats' the problem ?
You can link PLPO & AFVC first with Group & Counter number and then link AFVC to AFVV using field- AUFPL (Routing number of operations in the order) and get the required data.
Revert if any issue.

HI All,
Could you please help me in finding one FM which gives Master Recipe details\ Inspection details based on the ECR number which is created in CC31.
In the Transaction CC31 for a given Change Number, there is a Master Recipe and Inspection in the Objects button -> Task list . We need Master Recipe and Inspection details associated with that particular change number.

Hai all,
           I am working on a Report of displaying all the FG materials for a given Generic Bulk material.
Also the desc, plant, base quantity, min and max lot size of both generic and FG. the output should be as shown below:

Can anyone pls help me on the logic to work on this?
Also I am using the Table MARC for getting the Base Quantity, field name is BASMG, but no data is being displayed. Is it the correct table or we should use any other Table?

How to create 3 levels of detail based on Wizard code

I have 3 tables: Orders, Recipes, Ingredients. An Order can
have several Recipes attached, and each Recipe has multiple
ingredients. I want to create a data entry form for these 3 levels
of detail. What I have in mind is a window which shows a form for
the Order details and a tabbed panel with one tab for each recipe
Within each recipe panel there would be a form for the recipe
details (preparation method) and a datagrid to display/enter
ingredients.
I'm a CF'er new to Flex so I'm so I'm relying a lot on the
CFApplication Wizard. The best I can get it to do is create a
detail page with an included datagrid, e.g. using the example
artists database to display details about an artist and an included
datagrid to list the art ( see

Is there any way I can adapt the CF generated code to do what
I want? Better yet can anyone point me to a similar example?

Easy!
Create you group, on "dynamic members" screen select "SQL Database" as the class and click add, then on the dropdown list under the "and group [...]" go all way to the bottom and chose "(Host = SQL DB Engine) > Display
Name" .
Finally, adjust the rest of the query to your needs.

I don't think so. That would be a pretty big liability. You can always check SE16 for MKAL, PLKO, PLAS, PLPO, etc...
Generally, recipe details are secured pretty heavily.

Operation activity details at the recipe level

Hi all,
I want to create a report for Process Engineer, and I need to get data from Recipe - Organization Details - Activity.
From record history, I i find the table name is GMD_RECIPE_ORGN_ACTIVITIES . But when I query to the table, it return no rows.
Neither does it any row when i query in discoverer on a folder based on this table.
Of course, i discoverer i choose the Process Engineer responsibility.
Normally the the resources are setup in the Recipe> Routing > Activities > Resources so i can take data from GMD_OPERATION_RESOURCES. But i cant do the same as the setup is different.

I dont know about formula security. What i do know is that there is actualy no data in that table. But i can see the data in the Form. There is data in the same table in another instance.
Back to formula security
Even if it were to be implemented, i run the report logged in with same user/resp in discoverer as when i saw the data in the forms.

Error in CO54 Control recipe.

Dear Experts,
I am not able to do TECO for process order as auto control recipe is being created,this is the status of my process order.
I have created massage through T-Code CO57 with massage category PI_CRST, Process order number,but I don't know which control recipe I have to select so that the when I am doing massage posting through T-Code CO54, it is giving error massage that it can not be posted. I have tried some of the control recipe number from F4, in CO57, but again the system gives the error massage while proceeding with CO54.
This is very critical as my client plant is nearly down as far as SAP is concerned.
Please do the needful by giving the detail steps to over come this error as TECO for this process order is a must.

The error given is as follows.
2.Destination PI04 COCI_CONFIRM_MATERIAL_CONSUMPTION cannot process the message
3.Message is not sent to and destination.
This error is because of CO57 where I don't know to select which Control recipe along with process order number in CO57. I tried selecting some of the control recipe from F4, but was of no use.
I just want to do TECO for the process order where status is control recipe created (which is being created automatically), so I am selecting Massage Category PI_CRST. But I don't know which control recipe to be selected along with Process order number for field Contol Recipe in CO57.

XStep- creation of two control recipes

Hi,
I am using the Ecc 6.0 Enp 3.0
I have created a Xtsep structure with parameters and checked. so errors found.
XStep is copied into Routing. Production Order is created. during Control recipe generation, there are 2 control recipes are generated. first control recipe do not have Production Order header material and status.
The second control recipe has the all details which are captured from XStep.
Why First control recipe getting created.. am I doing something wroing in setup..

Why don't you just create a custom view object? There's even an example or 2 in the docs:

Mass creation of BOM and Master Recipe for Plants

My client wants to do Mass BOM creation and Mass Master Recipe Creation from a Generic BOM and Generic Master Recipe for all 10 Plants by just a click of button.
He does not want to use copy function using CSO1 or C201, and do for plants 'one by one'. He finds it very time-consuming. He wants to copy for all ten plants all at once. Please advice how this can be accomplished in the best possible manner, and if by standard SAP.

What is LSMW ?
I want to Copy some bill of material from another plant .I had used T code CS01 for it but only the header bill of material is copied .
The copy field in CS01 is only for first level boms the subsequent Boms are not copied .
so is there any other way to do it ? if possible please give the detail procedure .

Creation of Process Order without assigning master recipe

Hi,
I want to create a process order without having default master recipe for the given material or default operation for the given order type. I want the user to select the master recipe manually in process order. We do not want to use production version also.
We can define the default operation for the order type (OPJG) so that we can create a process order. I do not want a default operation in the process order but the user should select a valid master recipe. If we have default operation in the process order, it serves no purpose as it is never used anywhere.
Is there any way we can achieve this?

Issue Storage Location in Components details Subcontracting PO

Hi all
I need to implement this process in SAP:
I have to send material X, from storage location B 'broken', to my supplier for repairing. After He has repaired it I post good recipe of material X in the storage location A 'adjusted'.
I plan material X through MRP at plant level only for storage location A.
In the material master I've set procurement type 'F' and Special Procurement '30'.
I created a recursive BOM for material X where I entered, for component X, B as issue storage location.
In this way MRP run (with '1' as value of 'Create PR' parameter) creates subcontracting PR with X as material to buy and X as component to send to vendor, but in the detail of component I have the storage location field kept empty.
This for me is a problem.
In fact when I create PO from this PR automatically through ME59 transaction, the System creates a requirement at plant level for component X.
But this requirement is for broken material and has to be covered by stock in storage location B.
I know that is not easy to understand all the details of this process, even due to my english, but I hope someone can help my.

don't worry. Your explanation is well understandable.
I cannot advise how to fix the problem with the missing storage location. I just have some doubts that it is the right approach to distinguish between an boken and a repaired material by storage location. Even for stock valuation there is certainly a difference between both, that you can't make transparent by storage location, and also if you look at your available stocks.
I would recommend to have either different materials or different valuation types. I have to confess that I am not sure that valuation types would help for your subcontracting PO.

With respect to your detailed questions, I would have a hard time answering, I have never used recordings in LSMW to create work centers, I always use standard batch/direct input. I suspect that the VGEXX items are the units of measure from CRHD, I suspect LARXX items are activities from CSSL, and I couldn't comment on FORXX items without doing some research.
This is the SCM PP forum. You might get more answers posting this in the ERP PP forum SAP ERP Manufacturing - Production Planning (SAP PP) , since work centers/routings/recipes/BOMs are more or less irrelevant in SCM.

SAVE TEXT not updating the database for Recipe Operation Long Texts

We are trying to update the Recipe Operation long text using the FM SAVE_TEXT.
The FM is not throwing any error, but the changes are not reflecting in the database.

Language: EN
Text Name: Concatenated string of ARBPL,PLNNR,OPRATIONCOUNTER

After some more R & D, i got to know that the Long Text indicator should be enabled to get the changes reflected in the C203 recipe operation details.
In C202, if you pass two text lines for Operation long text, this Long text indicator is automatically enabled and its a non editable field.
Can some one provide inputs how to enable this through program?
