RECIPIENT DESCRIPTION IN BDF and SEND COPY TO ATTRIBUTE ON FIELD

I have a field that is 20 bytes long has the "send copy to " attribute selected.
My BDF has a recipient INS and the description is "INSURED COPY" Data prints in field as "INSURED.COPY........" (where periods are spaces) I actually want the information to print as "....INSURED.COPY...." so that it displays centered in the field. I used to be able to put spaces before the recipient's description in 11.3 by using the <RECIP_NAMES> and added the required spaces before the actual description. Doing this I could force the information to be centered for each recipient, even though one recipient might be "AGENT COPY" and another might be "HOMEOFFICE COPY", I could force the information to be centered by adding extra spaces in the description.
Now, in release 12.2, I can not add spaces before the recipient description in the BDF. Every time I add spaces prior to the description Documaker strips them out. Is there some other way to center the recipient description in the field? Can I add the JUSTFLD rule to a field that has "send copy to" attribute selected?
I was able to do the alt+0160 to force a description field to be spaces but I don't think I can add more than one alt+0160 to the description.

Just to confirm have gone through here Menu > Messaging > "gmail or yahoo wwhatever it is" > options > E-mail settings > User settings > Send copy to self

Hello Experts,
I am working on EDI. We have a scenario, where the purchase order created in the 3rd party system has to be converted into a sales order in our SAP system.
Then, the regular flow would follow uptil delivery and creation of invoice in SAP.
We have to send a copy of this Invoice back to the 3rd party system.
So, in effect, we would have EDI at two points, while capturing the PO from the 3rd party and another when sending a copy of the Invoice back to the 3rd party.
Please advise on how to go about implementing EDI in the above mentioned scenarios.

Use apple script to get the duration of soundfiles and send the info to FileMaker

I have close to 6000 soundfiles in approx. 20 subfolders of a folder called soundarchive and a FileMaker DB of all those files. Here's what I'd like to do. Get the duration of each file and send it to the "duration" field of the matching FMrecord. I don't know a lot about AppleScript (or programming anything apart from my HD recorder), what I do know is that a script will save me from a week of copy-pasting the info manually. I found a script by hubionmac that does the first part (for one file) it goes like this:
set aFile to choose file
tell application "Finder" to set filename to name of aFile
set AppleScript's text item delimiters to " = "
set duration to text item 2 of (do shell script "mdls -name kMDItemDurationSeconds " & quoted form of (POSIX path of aFile))
set AppleScript's text item delimiters to "."

So this is for one file. How do I get the information for the other 5000+ files and send it to the FileMaker DB. Obviously the "display dialog" won't do so it'll have to be changed to something like "get". How do I proceed from here?

Is there a way to save a fillable form (in Reader) as a static (uneditiable) image and send it for signature without the recipient being able to revise the fields at all? I have designed a number of fillable forms and sent them to our clients as Reader extended pdfs to be filled out and sent back. Now, certain clients want to be able to fill in the fields and save the doc as a pdf that can't be tampered with so that they can send it to their own people for signature to be returned to them hand-signed and scanned via email.
Since the forms have been secured, and my cleints are only using the free Acrobat Reader, how can they save the filled in form as a static pdf to send on for signature? They do not want to have to print, scan and email. Is there an app, plug-in, simple solution to this?

The signature WILL work! I've just looked into it more, thank you so much for pointing me in that direction.
I get it now, it locks the form fields in place after my coworker fills them in and signs it (as the very last step).
I wish I would have asked on here a full day ago. Would have saved a lot of headache and Googling.

What kind of software do you use for the conversion to pdf? Adobe Reader can't create pdf files.

It would be better if you could connect the two Macs via a hard wired LAN to copy the library from the Mac Pro to the MacBook. Wireless connections can have momentary dropouts which could affect the reliable copying of files.
If you do go with Air Drop be sure to open and inspect the copied library closely to confirm it was a successulf copy.

Copying a page and sending it in an email

I am trying to copy a whole page and then send it in an email. When I do this the pictures are just a bunch of letters. I tryed to download and save and it does the same thing. I think I need to save as RTF but I dont know how to do so..

IPhone not sending copy and paste text messages

II'm have a problem sending messages. When I want to copy and paste a piece of text and send it as a message, it's not getting through. However when I send a short message to the same number that seems to work fine.

TThe person I'm sending the message to is not receiving it But on my iPhone it is showing as sent. Only seems to happen if I copy and paste a item eg a piece of text or something from my note pad. If I send a short reply or something that I have written it sends fine. Only seems to happen when I copy and paste an item.

Workflow to attach given file to new email and send to specified recipient

I am new to (and excited about) Automator. My first aim is to create a workflow that creates a new email to be sent to a client, attaches a given file to that e-mail, and sends the email (need to do this for 35, and eventually 100 clients; hence the need for automation). The workflow I have, so far consists of:
1 New Mail Message
2 Get Specified Finder Items
3 Add Attachments to Front Message
4 Send Outgoing Message
Steps 1-3 seem to work, but the message, is not sent. Can anyone explain why?

It'll let you do a bunch of other stuff too like put the filenames in your subject line and add a form letter addressed to the recipient.

Texts go into MMS and when I text someone it adds the recipient twice and sends out 2 texts.

I am having a problem after downloading the verizon update 10.1.0.4189 all texts go into MMS and when I text someone it add the recipient twice and sends out 2 texts. Anybody have this issue and any luck resolving?

If you think getting your web pages to appear OK in all the major browsers is tricky then dealing with email clients is way worse. There are so many of them.
If you want to bulk email yourself, there are apps for it and their templates will work in most cases...
