Recommendation on a Pharmacy IVR system that'll work with CUCM

Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone out there has any recommendation on a pharmacy IVR system that will work well with CUCM. Was it a breeze to deploy or was it full of headaches? Any suggestions and recommendations are truly appreciated.
Thank you,
Randy C.

Hello Gergely,
Thanks for taking the time to respond. .
We do have UCCX but we don't use IVR on it. This definitely would be a consideration. Do you know if UCCX IVR can work with our pharmacy's system? Say for example, a customer asks for a refill request of their medication using IVR by just entering the prescription number.
Also, what are the capabilities/limitations of UCCX IVR?

  • Looking for shelf system that will work with 5th gen 8g Nano?

    Hi,
I'm looking for a shelf stereo system with integrated iPod dock that will work with my 5th gen 8 gig Nano that I received as a gift. I've been researching this and have a found a few candidates such as the JVC UX-GN8 or UX-LP5, or the SONY CMT-BX20i. But... have been unable to confirm if they work with this new 5th generation model. Anyone have one of those units, or something similar, that works? Also, is it true that the Apple Cradle ($49.99+cable) has some problems docking the 5th generation Nano in the sense that all the features are not accessible (audio, video, etc.)? Thanks for any and all responses.

have been unable to confirm if they work with this new 5th generation model.
If their websites do not specifically state that their product works with the *iPod Nano 5th Generation _with video,*_ its more likely their product is not compatible. You can try calling them if possible to confirm.
    Have you checked MacMall's website?

  • Version that will work with my system?

OS = Windows XP Professional with (SP3)
    Processor = AMD Phenom(m) II x 4 820  (32-bit)
    3 gigs ram
    500 gig HD
What would be the newest (full) version of Dreamweaver that would work with my system as shown above?
I read that CS5.5 requires a 64-bit processor so I guess I have to rule that version out.

The only version available is CS5.5 and it runs fine on Win XP.
There's no 64 bit version of DW and nothing about that mentioned in the System Requirements
    http://www.adobe.com/products/dreamweaver/tech-specs.html
Only After Effects and Premiere Pro are 64 bit at the moment
    http://www.adobe.com/products/dreamweaver/faq.html#64bit-support
Download the free DW CS5.5 Trial and try DW out for 30 days (after that you have to make a purchasing decision)
    http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=dreamweaver
Although subscription version are now available, consider carefully if that purchasing model is suitable for your needs.
All's well while you're paying your monthly or annual fee. When you stop paying, you cannot use the product.

  • Can anyone recommend a print server that will work with Mac & PCs?

Can anyone recommend a wireless print server that will work with Macs and PCs ?

Wireless has a disadvantage for many Powerbooks.  Unless yours supports 802.11g, it is not secure.  So it must support Airport Extreme on the Powerbook to have a secure wireless network.   Also many printers only support 802.11b, making matters worse, as that is not secure.  See my FAQ* on printing:
    http://www.macmaps.com/printersx.html
Some printers have ethernet ports, which would allow you to use a Wireless ethernet bridge that is 802.11g.  Similarly you could use one on the Mac, and then you'd have your wireless printing.  Ask the printer manufacturer what might be possible.  The last thing you want is an insecure network, especially if you are at most 4500 meters/1500 feet from someone who could pick it up and log into it that you don't want.

  • I need to install Internet Explorer on my iMac G5 (OSX vs 10.4.11). Is there a secure source for downloading an older version of IE that will work with my system?

I'm not sure I properly asked my question. I have a need to post a resume to an employer who requires that the information be submitted via Internet Explorer. My OSX vs 10.4.11 will not accept downloads of the current IE version and Microsoft no longer supports any earlier versions that would work with my Mac. A web search shows thousands of download possibilties, but I am leery of what kind of schmutz might come with them. Has anyone in the community have any recent experience with a secure Internet Explorer download

Probably best to go to a library and submit your resume there.

  • DIFFICULTY FINDING A HIDDEN CLEANER THAT WILL WORK WITH YOSEMITE

I used to own an older Mac, a 2010 Mac to be exact with the disc drive in the side of the computer.  I downloaded HIDDEN CLEANER to get rid of junk files that showed up when I transferred music to my Sansa Clip +.  This Hidden Cleaner worked very well.  I now have a new 2015  Mac with Yosemite Operating System, and the old Hidden Cleaner will not work.  Can anyone recommend something that will work with my new Yosemite Operating System.  I have put over 1000 songs into this and would like to add about 500 more however, I am stuck. Please help.  Anyone.

For automated tools, I was only aware of Hidden Cleaner and KopyMac, the latter of which I believe disappeared a bunch of years back . . . .   Hopefully, some Mac folks will have other suggestions.

  • Looking for a WiFi printer that will work with my Nexus WiFi hotspot

On a recommendation, we have bought an Epson NX530 WiFi-enabled printer.  It does not work with the WiFi hotspot feature of my Galaxy Nexus.  The support tech at Epson suggested that we get a WiFi router rather than trying to use the Galaxy Nexus.  I told her that I would rather trash the NX530 and get a printer that would work with my phone.
    So we have 3 questions:
    1) does anyone know how to make an Epson NX530 work via the Galaxy Nexus hotspot?
    2) does anyone know of a different WiFi enabled printer that works with the Galaxy Nexus?
    3) does anyone know if the Galaxy Nexus is inherently unable to work with any WiFi printer?
    Thanks,
    Craig

This website should be able to assist you.  http://www.galaxynexusforum.com/forum/galaxy-nexus-help/8520-wifi-printing.html   I use an app called Printhand from the Google Play Store for my Android tablet and smart phones. I have a Canon  Pixima 3220 that functions great. I also have a higher end HP Envy D410a that also works great with printhand.  The Canon is cheap at BJ's at $40 when I bought it. The HP is about $269 at Staples and other outlets.  Good Luck

  • Scanners & Printers ..that'll work with 'Intel'

I need to purchase an A3 Scanner & Printer that will also print onto CD/DVD.
I was nearly already to but an Epson GT - 1500, ( not the 'Pro' - the cheaper one ); Somebody at Epson told me there wasn't a 'driver' - i could download - that would enable me to use this scanner with my OS X's Intel Core.
So it's back to the drawing board.
    I basically need an A3 scanner/printing that'll work with OSX Intel Core;
Anybody able to point me in the right direction?

See: About Compatible Devices and Peripherals.
Always visit the manufacturer's web site and verify that there is a universal binary (Intel-compatible) driver and software available for the particular model.
OS X does not come with anything other than printer drivers. Multi-function devices will still require other drivers even if OS X includes a compatible printer driver.

Ideally it would be great if I could then just click between output options in System Preferences, but any solution at all would be greatly appreciated.
I am not sure if this will help, but if you haven't already checked the settings in the Audio MIDI Setup utility, try 'em out. Most people don't know that utility exists, but it has additional audio routing/muting options that are not in Sound system preferences.

  • What are the web host options that will work with iWeb?

What are the web host options that will work with iWeb?

Most website hosting services will work with iWeb created sites so long as you choose a Linux account.
If you are new to FTP, you should choose a host who has good 24/7 tech support in your language of choice.
A couple of examples are shown here...
    http://www.iwebformusicians.com/iWeb/Website-Hosting.html
The first one allows a trial period and a 30 day money back deal. The second has a free version which you can subsequently upgrade to a paid one with more facilities once you are satisfied with its performance. This means you don't have to commit or pay until you are satisfied and have learned the techniques.
iWeb gives you two options for publishing via FTP...
    http://www.iwebformusicians.com/iWeb/Publish-Website.html
The latter method allows you to add tags for SEO...

  • Is there a new adapter that will work with iphone 4s to hdmi with ios 8 update

Hi just wondering if there is an adapter out there that will work with the new IOS 8 update -- iphone 4s to HDMI.  Ever since I updated mine will not work.  Same thing for the iPad mini.  I want to purchase my daughters the iPad Mini for Christmas but will not unless there is an adapter capable of doing this.

This is not my problem. However, I think it may be related to an old speaker. I was using the 30 pin adapter for about a week after the upgrade to 7.1.2. But I think with the update the speaker won't work anymore. I will try with a new speaker system. Thank you for trying to assist.

  • What is a good wireless printer that will work with a macbook and windows laptops?

What is a good wireless printer that will work with a macbook and windows laptops?

Any printer that visibly supports OS X will work fine. My personal recommendation is Brother, followed rather distantly by Canon.
Recently I have grown to favor Brother printers over the others. They are inexpensive, their OS X integration is well-implemented, their consumables are reasonably priced, and their technical support is free forever. If you need to call them and explain that you have a Mac, you will immediately receive competent assistance.
The third and subsequent choices are so far down from those two they're not worth mentioning. I have grown to dislike HP printers, for all the above reasons.
Read user reviews from vendor websites - Amazon is a good place to start, since Amazon lets people write almost anything they want... right, wrong, or completely idiotic.
Read the reviews on the respective manufacturers' websites as well, but consider the likelihood of them deleting negative reviews.
Process all those user reviews employing your own common sense, and draw your own conclusions.
Consider AirPrint compatibility for future needs. Those features add very little to the price over a USB - only or wireless printer. Understand that not all wireless printers are AirPrint compatible - AirPrint must be specifically indicated. Choose among this list: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356
After OS X compatibility, the next consideration should be the cost of consumables. Laser printers are cheaper than inkjets in that regard.
Here is a list of AirPrint compatible Brother printers and multifunction devices
