i am sap mm ....
while doing XK01 ...... in vendor master record
in reconciliation account tab is montory ...i can not find ( f4-it not working ) ,,, i given the 160000 .... still it not working... i think reconciliation account is not mainted...... how to maintain reconciliation account for XK01
pls expain step by step

all,
I am trying to run AD User Trusted recon. I am getting the following error for each user in AD.. I don't remember seeing this before on this system before and i have run recon successfully in the past. Is there any suggestion how to to go about debugging and fixing this issue?

I doubt if you can do it now. I haven't worked on LDAPSync to tell you more, but the way I see it is that LDAPSync works with event handlers and since the users are already in, the ldap create event handlers might not trigger. Can you try just by modifying a user which is in OIM and not in LDAP and see if that creates the user in LDAP? If that works, then a simple program to do some dummy update on the user would work for you, if not that you will have to delete all those bad users and rerun the trusted recon by setting the XL.Reuseid = true. Be sure to drop the index on user table for re-using the userlogin.

FICO Reconciliation - Profit Center error

Hi
When my PP person is confirming his process order in COR6N, it gives error:
"Profit Center field not filled in line item two."
Then i gave default profit center to that GL account so that PP work does not stop.
When i saw accounting entry it was:
FICO Recon A/c... Dr (No cost center and default profit center which i gave)
   To FICO Recon A/c (Cost center it pulled from activity)
Now i want to know why its giving error. I did document splitting settings.
My FICO Recon A/c is created as PL account (expense). I also tried it by created account as Balance Sheet account in document splitting characteristics.
Please let me know what setting i need to do

Hi,you need to customize doc splitting.
1.You need to clasify all accounts from future document in Document Splitting-Classify G/L Accounts for Document Splitting(e.g. all accounts 2000) 03000-VENDOR.
2.in IMG: Classify Document Types for Document Splitting    check for Document type transaction and Variant (e.g. Doc=KR, Trans.=1010, Variant= 0001)
3.In IMG: Activate Document Splitting   check assigned method(e.g. 000012)
4. in IMG- Document Splitting-Extended Document Splitting-Define Document Splitting Rule
For find your method and transaction(e.g. Method=00012, trans.=1010) and double click on Item categories(on left of the top of screen)
There'd be record with category from first step (e.g. Cat.=0300), select one and double click on Base item cat. - there'd be Category 0300 and with check box Automatically split.

AD User and Group Reconciliation Scheduled Task Error

I am able to perform recon against an oracle database table, however, when I try to perform recon against AD users or groups, I get the following error. Has anyone ever seen a "java.sql.SQLException: Exhausted Resultset" error when running a scheduled task? Thanks in advance for any help!

Error occures when posting a Billing Document to alt Reconciliation Account

Dear All,
When i try to post a Invoice, for a alternative reconciliation account, an error occures saying,
Reconciliation account 50300022 or short key 00 is not permitted
Message no. F5788
Diagnosis
The system checked the entry to see whether a reconciliation account exists with the number 50300022 and whether it can be entered here, or whether the first two characters of your entry '00' form a permitted short key. Neither of these options is applicable to your entry.

Check in OBYR configuration.
For reconciliation account xxxx you have given special GL recon account for example 22222
Now you must see that the recon account xxxx has been assigned with a GL account 22222 or some other special GL recon. account as per your requirement.
If you change recon. account in master record , you are required to run F.5D.

Error in Reconciliation

When I reconcile my Ldap resource to IDM, getting an error. the reconciliation status shows:
Error iterating accounts for resource ESAALDAP:
com.waveset.exception.OperationTimedOut: The wait for a response exceeded the configured timeout while listing accounts on resource '<Resource-Name>'.
Can anyone help how I can increase the wait time?..

Hi Jesper,
I read the note and as per my understanding it was the systme behavior of SAP if we reconcile BP with JE or other documents with withholding tax this error will appear. The note does not give any workaround resolution on how to resolve that issue.
Did you guys have any idea on how to resolve or to closed the invoice transactions inc. withholding tax that was partially paid and the remaining balance was done in JE or CM?

What I usually do in situations like this is that I connect to the database using a sql client and the same connection information as I specified to OIM and see if the attribute is present.
Perhaps you got the wrong db name? Or schema name?
Everything looks good so most probably there simply is some little typo somewhere.

following with my tread [ICR: Define Reconciliation Process Detail Attributes|Intercompany reconciliation - help with customizing] I have already make trx FBICS3 - Select Documents store 2 documents at table FBICRC003T, looks good. But unfortunately when I run trx FBICA3 - Assign Documents Automatically or FBICR3 - Reconcile Documents Manually the system shows the following error message:

Hello Rafael,
Apparently you did not generate the customizing using FBICC. If you have not invested much effort in customizing settings I suggest that you implement note 1172591 and generate the customizing via transaction FBICC. After you run this and make sure that the transaction data tables are activated the programs should run (provided the customizing for the companies in FBIC032 is correct). Please go through the generated customizing settings and make sure that everything looks OK...
I also recommend implenting note 1161993. Whether you run FBICC or not it will help when going through the customizing settings. The most likely cause for the error messages is that there are some incorrect settings in your field catalog and due to this also in the display hierarchy setup.

Internal Reconciliation - Payment transactions applied to down payment req

Our client has 2 transactions in their Suspense Account:
1. Incoming Payment: Type = Other and have posted an amount to a G/L Suspense Account.
2. General Journal: One side to the Expense (credit) and the other side to the Suspense Account (debit)[this was for a refund]
When they go into the Suspense account to perform an internal reconciliation, the system errors with a message - "Payment transactions applied to down payment requests cannot be reconciled here"
The problem is that they have not used a Down Payment Invoice at any stage of the transaction...
They are on v2007A Patch 06

Hi,
I am facing a problem during reconciliation of Multiple Subcontracting Challan with respect to Material document Number.In the initial screen i am referring to challans but after i execute it the challan is automatically changed to the first Challan i had refered.
After Execution
System is changing both the challan numbers. Please do provide me some solution for reconciliation of multiple challan for same (GRN) material Document.

Is there any issue if you do J1IFQ partially ie. challan 81 first and then challan 82.

Reconciilation from database table

Hi I have to reconcile data from database table. I am using OIM 10g and Oracle 11g R2.
I have created one GTC for Database Tables. And able to run th scheduled task for it.

How to make balance in reconcilation account

Hi gurus
When I am posting JV in FB50 by debiting to depreciation asset retirement account and crediting to asset account which is reconciliation account its giving error as below

I want to make zero balance on this accounts as asset account is closed in the company code.
Please let me know how can i make them zero

Hi,
The error F5354 is not an unknown error:
Please check your account determination in AO90 as this error is a
typical customizing error.
Please be aware, that certain accounts cannot be reconciliation
accounts but are 'normal' GL accounts. That is an important reason why
this error does show.
Since the upgrade, the system checks now some account controls and that
is why you get the error message now (even if it was working before
with the same customizing and even if this account is not directly used
in the current transaction).
You may want to review the FI-AA consistency report re G/L Accounts:

-> Consistency Report: Asset G/L Accounts (tx OAK4 = program RACKONT1),
here you will find the same error messages as in AFAB.
As per note 7595 indicates:
The balance sheet accounts and the accumulated depreciation accounts
must be characterized as reconciliation accounts of account type 'A'.
Down payment account KTANZA must also be a reconciliation account
of account type 'A'. The clearing account for down payments KTANZG
must not be set up as a reconciliation account.
Error message F5345 indicates that's you are using reconciliation
accounts in a depr. area which doesn't post online (T093-BUHBKT > '1')
So, if the accumulated depreciation account is a reconciliation account
it is fine. The problem must be found somewhere else. Maybe the account
is also used for a concept where non-reconciliation accounts are needed
(for example and offsetting account or a clearing account).
Please check table T095 in the account determination for revaluation.
The field KTAUFW is defined like KTANSW with the reconcilation account.
That is correct as they are balance sheet accounts.
But the contra account must not be the same, because when posting
revaluation the system try to post
with posting key 70/75 KTAUFW against 50/40 KTAUFG.
The problem is that reconciliation account can only be posted
with posting key 70 / 75.
So you have to change the contra accounts.

Trusted Recon OIM Password Setup

Hi Experts.
My User profiles are stored in Oracle Data base table and I am reconciling the users every 10 minutes using the trusted reconciliation. I have done the following mapping in GTC in admin Console.
Source Attribute Name = OIM Attribute Name

User_ID = User ID
Last_Name = Last Name
UserType = User Type
Password = Password
employeeType=Employee Type
Department = Organization

I have fixed the above problem using the design console > Process Management >my trust_GTC > reconciliation field mappings and edit the Password field and it mapped to User Password to Identity. After mapping the Password to Identity then reconciliation went successfully. After that I couldn't able to login to admin console using the password as provided in the reconciliation mapping. I am getting error Invalid User.
But I am able to login to the admin console with user name and password as the same (User ID).
I couldn't figure out what went wrong. Why password is taking as user name in the password field while doing the trusted reconciliation.
Any body face this issue. Please help me.

Hi,
This is default functionality of OIM when you create a user through Recon its user id will be mapped as his password.
If you have different password for created user you can achieve the same through Per-Insert adpater.

Please kindly refer to note 1132591 and note 1128677 to see if these are relevant to this issue. Upgrading to 2007A PL15 or above may avoid such issues relevant with the error 'Error in updating OBNK Table'.
