Reconforming project make Color crash...

This is my second proj in Color 1/5 with the same result As far as i make some changes to the SENT seq-ce in FC (replace footage, for ex.) and try to reconform - Color quits! I've tryed to make new XML file of the edited (sent) SEQs and load it for reconforming - the same. The only thing that works (to save edited Color project) is to save all grades, then send the edited seq-ce to Color once more, and apply saved grades to corresponding clips... What can be the reason? What do i do wrong? Thanx

You don't mention your system specs or the format you are working with, so it's kind of hard to say exactly what may be the issue.
Here are the steps I follow for doing a reconform...
1. Send orginal sequence to Color
2. In FCP, make your changes
3. EXPORT an XML out of FCP
4. In Color, select Reconform from the File drop down menu in the menu bar
5. Navigate to and then select the XML you just exported out of FCP and Load it
Color should now have the reconformed sequence in its timeline
I would highly suggest not having nested sequences involved anywhere in the process. Also, make sure the media format is a format that Color can ingest.
I've got reconform to work every time in Color 1.5 and 1.5.1 following the steps above, even with more than one video track. Working mostly with ProRes and XDCam.
