When do we get the up-date to solve the reconnectivity problem (2G/3G/Edge) on the new iPad? When will Apple admit to the proble?

when itunes upgraded my laptop went to 100% cpu usage. only solution was uninstall. have tried itunes again as my daughter wants the new ipad. still same problem tho so not keen to spend £400 on new pad without pc support. anyone help? Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Problem syncing Safari Bookmarks onto the New Ipad
I need help syncing Safari bookmarks via Macbook(not icloud compatible) onto the New Ipad.
You need to connect the ipad to the computer then make sure safari is set to sync in itunes and complete a sync, it will sync that way.
You can go thru anything else you want to sync also and set that before you actualy sync. If your gonna sync then only do it once. -

I never had a backlight bleeding problem and this is news to me about the new iPad. There were issues with heat and the battery for some people - but the backlight bleeding was more of an issue with the iPad2.
Besides, those issues in all cases were a very small number of the total number of iPads that were sold .... a very small number.
My new iPad has been a tremendous investment and performs magnificently in every aspect. -
I have the new iPad. Even with airplane mode on, my battery life is extremely limited. Is there a problem with the battery? I used to have the ipad2 and had no such problem.

Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

I notice that my new IPad (3rd generation) will not stay connected to the power cord at all, I'm not exagerating, if I plug it in and browse the Internet without fail it will become unplugged and I will have to push the plug back in (Ba-beep). Ive actually grown to despise that sound when you plug your iPhone or iPad in because it reminds me of how much money I spent on something that PHYSICALLY will not charge while I'm using it.
I know the problem with it holding a charge while in use, I get it, the screen is amazing and it takes a lot to run the display, however, it is unacceptable to me that I can't even keep the thing plugged in while I'm using it. I can not even leave it on my Cal King bed overnight because I will wake up in the morning to find that the plug has been jiggled loose in a corner, so it's still attached but not making a connection thus not being charged.
I love the 4GLTE from Verizon and I love the iPad, but I'm actually using my 1st generation IPad while I am at home so I can leave my new $900 iPad on a table to charge free of incident so I can use the 4G while I'm away from wifi during the day. I have been getting more upset about this because I can not even use the Griffin extended cord to charge the iPad and be far from the plug because only the original apple sync/charge cord will have a better shot at staying in. Absolutely none of my non apple cables will stay in the iPad 3 while having it in my hands.
The plug is at an angle, unlike the first iPad, not sure about the iPad 2. Please let me know if they have same issue.
If anyone else is having this problem with the Gen 3 iPad please let me know because I'm tempted to do something about it with apple and I'm hoping that I just for some reason have a bad cable receiver or something and maybe I can get a replacement and enjoy the iPad as I had expected to. There is no reason why I should be even using my first iPad and I have friends that want to buy it but I am not selling it because I'm unable to sell it because I can't handle the new iPad while it's plugged in, that is ridiculous if it's a common issue so please let me know!Thanks for the swift reply, I have been looking online and a loose plug seems to be somewhat of an issue with many, I hope mine is actually a problem and not what others are experiencing. 'm having a problem with downloading and installing the new version of itunes for windows (11.1.4) I have done everything the troubleshooting article has said and it is still not working properly. I have even done a repair to see if that works and it has not. Has anyone else found a new way to get it working?

Does anyone has a problem with the screen of the new ipad? (there's a part of the screen which the color in it is "very" bright) and when I move the aluminium part of the smart cover when it's attached to the ipad the colors change!! Help!!!
I'd take it into my local APple store and have them look at it. There may be something wrong inside your device.

I have the iPad 2 16GB, bought it in August 2011, I worked perfectly but in mid-August 2012 I took her to the store because the microphone did not work reviewed and changed me, but to my surprise that the new iPad had the problem is disconnected WIFI signal I have to be glued to the router, and I did everything he says is supported by the Apple and all other pages and forums regarding this problem is not solved and always disconnects when connected always disconnects again!! passing will be settled as no longer factory warranty although it has neither the three months I renewed new, please help because the investment has been great and I can not use only as "a mirror" I'm waiting a true solution, thanks ....

I have an extremely old router dLink 524....but I have NEVER had any problems with it at all ever. My xbox connected great to it and netflix ran flawless through my xbox.....now I have an ipad2 and an apple tv and they are BOTH having horrible connection problems. I have read most of the forums on how to fix it by changing the settings on my router but since mine is so old I couldn't do some of the suggested solutions. So here I am debating on whether to spend all this $ on an airport extreme? I am just hoping that if I go and purchase this, my connectivity issues problems will go away like yours did. Just wondering if you have ATV as well and if the AE solved its problems? I have read about AE solving ipad2 wifi problems, I'm just hoping it will solve my ATV as well.

This is the error message that happens when you try and update a jailbroken phone.

What's the best cover for the new iPad (3rd generation). I've been told by a store employee (university bookstore) that there are problems with the magnetic covers on the newest iPad. Suggestions?
The best cover is the one that suites your needs. Try Google. There are dozens on the market.
As for the Apple Smart Cover, it does work with the new iPad. There are a few reported issues with it, but that doesn't come close to representing the totality of folks with it. -

I just picked up my new space gray Air and it has a small defect or chip in the edge which is purely cosmetic but is disappointing since I haven't had the thing for an entire day.yeah, actually I just got a black one 16gb wifi from Target which has a chip too!
I took it to Apple store but they told me to go back to Target...
but all of the iPads are sold out in the Targets around me...

When I load cds i get a message that states, "User not registered for online use." This problem has only begun since the new itunes update and is only a problem on my pc laptop. Media content (track names, etc.) do not load. Thanks

Wifi problem with the connection of The New Ipad (4G)
I just bough the new ipad ( 2 weeks ago), when i'm at home i usually use wifi connection and it goes w\o problem.
But today after the battery empty, i rechard it like i do,
and while recharing it i tried to update my skype and line apps so i notice this my update went slowly than it usually takes
(it took 20 - 30 mins for one update to be done). I thought
it was because of my internet, so i checked it with my pc but with the pc the internet goes without the problem.
I check other apps again (like youtube, facebook and such..) but everything same so slowly but it has connection.
but with Line it said "please make sure you have internet connection"
so is there anybody who has the same trouble? or any solutions?

Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
