Recording from DJ equip to garage band and quality is not good?Any ideas

I Dont know what has changed It was ok before.I have tried changing from mono to stereo and different settings on my amp and mixer. Sounds fine when playing but when I listen back on garageband or Itunes It sounds as if i am playing in the red on the laptop? I have to have the volume all the way up on garageband else it doesnt seem to record anything. Have tried adjusting the volume in the sound section on the laptop. Have done all the updates and everything. Does any one have any ideas please!?

I got an MPC 1000 (akai) and I want to record it to Garage Band. I tried the same way with keyboard : New Track > Software instrument but no record but Garage band regonized there is a midi connected. I use a midi/usb cable between the mac and the mpc.

You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.
and for the record, i dont think the store where i bought it is an authorized shop.. its just a store who boughts phone's from Apple in a low price and sells it in much more money..

Repairing Permissions and 2 Warnings not fixed, any idea why???

Everytime I try to repair permissions, I always get the following 2 warnings:

As Thomas says, just ignore such messages. After repairing permissions, the only thing of importance usually is that you receive a message that the permissions repair completed. [Here is a list of disk utility messages that can be safely ignored|http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1448].

The time on my iphone 5C is constantly changing, regardless of me setting the correct time manually or automatically, all iOS is up to date and phone is not damaged, any ideas?

The time will stay correct for an hour or so, then jump backwards for no reason. I have tried setting the time manually and automatically and still get the same problem, and have tried with wifi on and off and it still does it. All my software is up to date and tried contacting EE who said to ask Apple. Phone is about 11 months old and have had no previous problems.

Keys x and c will not respond - any ideas?

My 5 year old iMac just suddenly stopped allowing me to use the x and c keys (I am typing this on a pc). I do not have an external keyboard to use to test it - anyone else ever had this happen? Ideas?

The first thing to try is a SMC reset (may need 2-3 attempts) , if that doesn't work use the PC's keyboard and test. If the problem persists then obviously it's software on the computer. If the PC keyboard works then you know you need a new keyboard.
SMC RESET
Shut down the computer.
Unplug the computer's power cord and all peripherals.
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
Release the power button.
Attach the computers power cable.
Press the power button to turn on the computer.

Your signature lists both, Mac and iOS device - are you asking about GarageBand on your Mac or your iPhone/iPad?
If you are asking about the upgrade from GarageBand '11 to GarageBand 10.0 on your Mac, the old GarageBand version should still be installed. The installer will have moved GarageBand '11 to a separate folder "GarageBand 6.0.5" in your Applications folder. Open this folder and click "GarageBand". Does this version still see your old projects? If not, type ".band" into the Spotlight searchfield in the upper right corner of your screen. Does that sfind your missing projects?
If you are asking about GarageBand on iPad/iPhone, there it is not possible to restore the previous version after you upgraded. And I do not see, how this upgrade could have deleted your projects. Have they completely vanished, or can you not open them any longer? If your projects have vanished, restore your device from your backup: See: iCloud: Backup and restore overview
