Recording LP and splitting to tracks

Question

I learned to digitize singles with Adobe Audition 3 -no problem.
Level... Cut beginning and end of recording, or "Fade out" and "Save as.." -really very good and simple.
But LP!
I do one file from whole side with markers (it's simple) but how to split it to tracks, edit them like i do singles and after it "Save as.." every one separately?
I need button, that i press it after doing "1 side-1 file" and see for example 5 separate windows according markers and every one window i edit like single and do "Save as.."
Or i just don't understand for what need these markers.

Preparation: Right click on the time scale; in "Display Time Format" select Compact Disc 75fps; in "Snapping" select Snap to Ruler (fine); convert file to 16 bit.
1) Open the single large file
2) Position cursor and insert cues (by pressing the F8 key) as follows:
once at 0:00.000 (keep all the run-in)
once at end of side (keep all the run-out)
once at each track end/start point (i.e. 1sec before start of sound for each track) - as long as the cursor is snapping to the ruler mark, and the ruler mark is at a frame [e.g. not at 3:14:15.2, but at 3:14:15], the cue is placed properly.
3) Go to View>Cue List to open the Cue List Window (or press alt-8
4) Double-click on each track end/start point; click "Add" on the Cue List, and another cue will appear at that point
5) For each track, select one start-of track and one end-of track cue and click on Merge to create a cue range
6) Highlight the cue range for each track you want to be separately saved; click on Batch/Save to file
7) Allocate a prefix, e.g. "Vinyl"
8 Select the destination directory to which the new individual files are to be saved.
(be sure you have enough hard drive space for all the new files!)
9) Select "Windows PCM (*.wav)" as output format
10) Click on OK.
You will get several files with names like
Vinyl1.wav
Vinyl2.wav
Vinyl1 = your first cue range, i.e. your track 1. You still have the original large file as well.
