Recording to DVD Error

I get the following error when I try to burn to a DVD.
"this disc could not be verified and might be unreadable. Try again using a new, blank disc. (error code 0x80020063)"
This happens at the end of the process. Looking at the disc after it appears that it was burned but maybe not finalized or something, I am not sure. Any one got any suggestions??

Since the disc you're using is re-writable, how many times has it been erased and re-written? They do develop bad sectors over time. Verbatim discs are very good quality, so it could just be that the disc is wearing out. Avoid Memorex discs at all costs.
I've also had some luck when doing a full erase rather than a quick erase. Your choice of burning software will determine whether you have these options or not.

    Handbrake can't read all the DVD (as there is an error on it) but I can play it in full on DVD Player - hence trying to record full screen.

    I have added my augmented users from the AD server. When I select user and to apply a setting under Preferences I get this on attempting an "Apply", Error while saving record "User:johndoe":Error -14071. I'm authenticating to my LDAP not AD/All Domains.
    I have the server bound correctly to the AD server. Bound to AD, then promoted to OD master.
    Tried WGM from another Mac, same error.
    I recall my AD admin extending the ad schema last year for OS X 10.4.

    Thanks David and Mabel, and all for the suggestions. I did go through "Leveraging Active..." prior to posting. I did try your method of canceling the authorization to WGM and viewing Directories. I would select a user from this method and try to apply something from MCX, but still got the -14070 error. Yes, I do have my client bound 1st OD, 2nd AD, with OD first on the search policy for the client.
    I though I had solved my issue by authenticating to WGM and LDAP. Then selecting Groups and the Members tab, I define an OD group and select that group. I can then click the "+" towards the right of the window. Then select my AD there which populates. I can add my AD groups or single users to my OD group. Then I'm able to apply MCX settings. But, no "blue" circle next to the group's silhouette. How is my method possibly incorrect?
    Also, at some point I unbound my client from AD and it seems the client is ok with getting AD info off my OD server. Example, my AD sharepoint mounts for PHD.
    But, I do have a pause of 20 secs. are more when logging into the client as well as accessing applications. Side effect of my method?

    We have exactly the same issue when loading the infoobject 0PM_ORDER, the datasource is 0PM_ORDER_ATTR.
    The workaround we have been using is 'Manual push' from the details tab of the monitor. Weirdly we don't have this issue in our test and dev systems, even in Production, this doesn't occur somedays. We have all the necessary settings enabled in the infopackage.
    Did you figure out a solution for your issue, if so please let me know and likewise I will.

    私なりにいろいろ調べたのですが、どうもDVDドライブ自体がおかしかったのが大きな原因だったようです。
    または6GBほどもあるmpegファイルを「シーケンス」を使わずに書き込もうとしたので、フレームレートを落としたとはいえ、大きすぎるファイルに対するエラーであったのかもしれません。
    とりあえずドライブを換えることによって無事に書き込みができました。ありがとうございました。

    How? Using what equipment/software?

    Just a guess: You're using a VCR-DVD combo recorder. DVDs produced in this way will play on the device that made them, but won't play on anything else until they're "finalized." In fact, Macs will recognize unfinalized DVDs as blank discs until the discs are finalized. Check the manual that came with the recording device for instructions.

    What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
    There are numerous converters online to convert the .VRO files into .VOB or MP4 or other which should be supported by Premiere Elements.
    Maybe explore the free MPEG Streamclip for the conversion

    How certain are you the superdrive ONLY is at fault?
    That depends on your skill level, if you grew up tearing things apart and putting them together, its absurd how easy it is.
    For some however its too daunting.   On a general skill level for the "average" person its about a 3 out of 10 in difficulty.
    Can you order same? yes.

    In case of  VAKON DS,We get this problem when the record has Order quantity = 0.Even I too had this problem. I solved this by Modifying the formula for Condition Rate in the update rule as sown below:
    IF( Order quantity = 0, Condition Value / Target quantity, Condition Value / Order quantity )
    And in case of VDKON DS , we get this problem when the record has Billing Quantity SU = 0.So use the formula like this:
    IF( Billing Quantity SU = 0, 0 , Condition Value / Billing Quantity SU )

    The files on the DVD are MPEG 2 files and need to be converted in order to be usable in iMovie. Streamclip from Squared5 is one option although others are available. Wondershare is one as well. Just Google for mp2 converters and you'll find many.
