Records are not getting comitted

When I convert Planned order to Production order my order is not getting saved.
But when I create manually using CO01 then it gets commited.
What is issue ? Is it configuration problem?

Hi,
While converting the planned order in to production order using CO40 T-code, the system will not save the production order, you need to save the production order manually.
Whenever you are creating the production order using CO01 or CO40, the system will do the material availability and the available stock, it will commit for the order. This you can see in the production order, component details screen.

We are upgrading our client sap system from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0 .We are now in the testing phase .An issue came up regarding customer material info records .
When we are creating a sales order using VA01, after entering Material number and order quantity for an item if we press the ordering party tab(before saving the sales order) the customer material info records (value in cutomer material number) are gettting displayed.But if we save the sales order we are not able to see the customer material info records.
kindly guide me in this issue .

hi nikhil,
check the tick box in vov8 "read info record",and when you create sales order(va01),dont enter the material number enter the "customer material number" and see whether you are getting the material number.
and also go to (va02) and check whether you are getting the CMIR details.

Records are not getting imported due to new line charactor in the field

Dear All,
I am trying to load a file into target but the import is failing. The error thrown is as below;
During the import of leads into CRMoD through loading the New lead/Step lead file received from CA, leads have not been imported and we encountered the following
error message:
"Import field 'LAST_NAME' had a blank value for the required Oracle CRM On Demand field 'Last Name'. This record was not imported. Please enter desired values for
the required fields and re-import this record."
Reason:
Leads are not imported due to an additional new line (Enter) character, which results in the subsequent lines not being picked up and the error of import failure.
Please help me to resolve this to remove the new line charactor in the field so that import succeeds..
By the way, I am working on ODI 11g.

While i was reading your post i remembered an issue that madded me. I don't know Oracle CRM, but a possible workaround could be to create a temporary Oracle table and load all data inside it. After that load in CRM only valid rows.

Diagnosis
The request has as data target "only PSA". It arrived there successfully.
System Response
The request has not yet been updated into the data targets.
Procedure
You can now trigger the update manually. The final target is determined in the request tables. You do not have to make any further settings.

and If you are in BW 3.5 ,then go to psa select your request and press the button shedule."(you will get this buttton near to delete option for psa).

Recordings are not getting Purged in MediaSense

Dear All,
I hope you all are in good health, the call records are not getting purged we have set the purging state at 2 days, the Cisco MediaSense Media Service was restarted. Grateful to have a guidance in this regard, if there are anyother settings needed to be changed. The screenshot is attached.

Hi Durraze,
The prune policy is AND and not OR. So based on the screenshot when the recordings are 2 days old and there is no disk space, then auto pruning starts.

Item level pricing condition record is not getting recognized

In our scenario we have to maintain the additional charges based on Plant. For this purpose I have created the condition table 900 which contains the following fields
Sales Org/Dist Chal/Divi./Plant
I have maintained the condition record for the table, Which has been downloaded to CRM successfully.
When I create the order in CRM price of the product is getting recognized where as additional charges condition records are not getting recognized.
When I check the Access I found that header level data .i.e. sales org/dist chal / divion has been recognized and plant has not been recognized that values are like this 00000000000000000000000000
I have checked the plant it has been downloaded successfully to CRM
So, can anybody help me out?

Check in the access sequnce exclusive indicator activation, it might be selected to the previous Condition Tables, if it is selected than system will not check further available/maintained condition reocrds.

Stock transfer PRs are not getting created in APO

Hi,
I have a plant-to-plant transfer is configured using special procurement type. When APO creates stock.PRs , it does not provide any numbers to PRs and they are not getting trasnfered to R3. CIF model for PIR & POs are running good.
In CIF post processing these PRs as stuck and I see " Vendor master data does not exist for plant A" . There is vendor master data created for plant A in R3 and material info record also exists.
How to de-bug this post processing queue to see what is missing in vendor master data?

Can you explain in detail your scenario..you say plant A so I suppose there is plant named B in your scenario. which one is the source location and which one destination location?
In Stock transfer from plant to plant scenario, key is to have correct settings for the system to do source determination.
Assuming plant A as destination and plant B as source. First, The material should be maintained at both the plants.
You need to have a purchasing info record(ME11) linking your material and the source plant B.
I assume you are using external procurement type in your material master. Special procurement type 40 (stock transfer)should be maintained in material master.
Then the system creates a STReq and PurReq using the source plant B. For the system to do this source determination should happen. To verify that..you can check the following...
When you transfer the purchasing info record, system automatically generates the external procurement relationships with source location as plant B, destination location as plant A and info record reference.
When you transfer material master data, the system auto'lly generates transportation lanes between plant A and plant B. (keep in mind transportation lanes should be manually created here)
So in essence you have to check if all the above things are done by the system.

New changes are not getting reflected in the bam reports.

I have created a BPEL process and it polls the data from a table and populate an object created in Bam.I have accomplished the above task by createing two database adaptors.One is on 10g database and another one is on Bam database.I have created a view based on the bamobject and used a database adaptor to populate the data. BPEL process is populating the data properly to that bamobject but those changes are not reflecting to bam reports automaticaly. We need to refresh the report or reprompt the report to see the changes.Could some help me to reslove this issue.

I have tried that option too.But that is also not working. BPEL Procees is able to populate the BAM object with the help of the sensor.But those changes are not getting reflected in BAM Reports.But if i create or update an existing record in BAM object through BAM Architect, those changes are getting reflected in BAM Reports(No manual intervention is required).

Delta records are not loading from DSO to info cube

My query is about delta loading from DSO to info cube. (Filter used in selection)
Delta records are not loading from DSO to Info cube. I have tried all options available in DTP but no luck.
Selected "Change log" and "Get one request only" and run the DTP, but 0 records got updated in info cube
Selected "Change log" and "Get all new data request by request", but again 0 records got updated
Selected "Change log" and "Only get the delta once", in that case all delta records loaded to info cube as it was in DSO and gave error message "Lock Table Overflow" .
When I run full load using same filter, data is loading from DSO to info cube.
Can anyone please help me on this to get delta records from DSO to info cube?

Data is loading in case of full load with the same filter, so I don't think filter is an issue.
When I follow below sequence, I get lock table overflow error;
1. Full load with active table with or without archive
2. Then with the same setting if I run init, the final status remains yellow and when I change the status to green manually, it gives lock table overflow error.
When I chnage the settings of DTP to init run;
1. Select change log and get only one request, and run the init, It is successfully completed with green status
2. But when I run the same DTP for delta records, it does not load any data.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

We are facing a problem in SAP CCM 2.0, products are not deleting from Catalogs ( Internal Catalogs) eventhough action code '03' ( Deletion) is passing to Catalogs.
In case of updating and new records creation is working fine , changes are updating and new records getting added to catalogs.
Could you please advise why deletion is not working. what would be the reason.
Is there any other way to delete the records from the Catalog.

Hi,
There is no standard functionality for deleting items from SRM CCM 2.0.
Very recently, we have come across the same problem that materials/items which are deleted in SAP R/3 4.7 are not getting deleted from SRM CCM 2.0 catalog.
We have done some analysis and found the below solution.
- You need to send an action code "04" and drop Product Category information in XML file which XI uses to send the information from ERP to SRM CCM catalog.
For this you need to modify the XML and XI mapping for the ZACTION code(03) received from ERP.
Once the changes are done in XML, you re-publish the catalog.
You will find the item/s have got deleted from the catalog.
Note: It is important to note that even for deletion, system records action as catalog items Update/Created in the logs (SLG1) but not the action as catalog items deleted.

Schedule lines are not getting generated during MRP Run. I have maiantained source list for the material with proper validity date and also maintained scheduling agreement . MRP relevvant Indicator , I have marked - 2 which means -Record relevant to MRP. Sched. lines generated automatically.
Still I am not able to get schedule lines and instead of that *Purchase Requisitions* are getting generated.
Can any one help me and suggest me what to be done in this case .

Welcome to SDN,
In transaction OMDT you have to enable the indicator create schedule lines
In MD02 MRP control Prameter here select the Delivery schedules -3- Schedule line. Processing Key as NETCH and Planning Mode - 3 delted and recreated.
Maintain source list ME01, in that put MRP indicator as '2' i.e. schedule lines via MRP.Put your agreement no in that.
If u run MRP properly u will get schedule lines automatically in ME38.
Make the schedule agreement, make it source relevent in the source list make is FIX and MRP indicator as 3.

Records are not inserted into MTL_TXN_REQUEST_HEADERS,MTL_TXN_REQUEST_LINES

Hi all,
I am doing pick release thru API.
For that , I have run following API successfully but my problem is that records are not inserted into MTL_TXN_REQUEST_HEADERS , MTL_TXN_REQUEST_LINES
tables so that I cannot generate the move order. Can anyone suggent the valuable tips for that ?
1. WSH_DELIVERIES_PUB.create_update_delivery
2. WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS_PUB.Detail_to_Delivery
3. WSH_PICKING_BATCHES_PUB.CREATE_BATCH
4. WSH_PICKING_BATCHES_PUB.RELEASE_BATCH
5. WSH_DELIVERIES_PUB.Delivery_Action ( for p_action_code = 'PICK-RELEASE' )

Hi All,
To create a Move Order Header & Line Record in MTL_TXN_REQUEST_HEADERS and MTL_TXN_REQUEST_LINES tables , I have run an seeded
procedure : CreateMoveOrderHeader & CreateMoveOrderLines .
The procedure : CreateMoveOrderHeader was run successfully but when I am going to run procedure : CreateMoveOrderLines , it is giving
an error .
Following Error text I am receiving at the time of running of procedure : CreateMoveOrderLines .

From the above error message, no specific error is received . Only " Error Message : INV " is received hence it is very difficult to judge & resolve an error .
Can anyone guide me that what is an error ? For what reason I am getting an error ?
