I deleted some photos carelessly a few days ago. Since i use the phone model is "Xperia S" which is use of interal storage hard disk (not have SD card select), i have tried use some of recovery software (like CardRecovery, Pandora Recovery) but since Xperia S connect the PC via USB only have Media Transfer Mode (MTP), the aforesaid software cannot detect my phone as an external driver and hence cannot recover any files. I only know that software for windows.
Once you have installed it onto a windows pc, you have to choose the iphones as an usb store device running Recuva.
I don't know software like that for OSX but maybe there will be something similar^^

If you had iCloud set up and PhotoStream turned on your photos might still be in your PhotoStream. Use the Photos app and select PhotoStream.

did you ever do a backup. cause if you did say like a year ago. it should still be there and you could at least get the info back until that date.

Is there any way to recover accidentally deleted photos?

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.6 running on Windows 7 PC.
After importing a group of photos including JPG and RAW files from a memory card (which was later reformatted), I noticed that the photos ended up in a folder on the wrong external drive. I tried to move them to another folder on the main drive using Lightroom and somehow deleted the original files. I can still see them in a Collection, but they cannot be edited or Developed as the underlying file cannot be found. Is there any way to recover these photos? Willing to listen to all suggestions. Thanks for your input.

Find an "undelete utility" (one such utility is called Recuva, but I have never used it) and see if it can recover your RAW photos. If you are going to do this, do not perform any other tasks on your computer except to find, download, install and run this undelete utility. If possible, download and install on a different drive than the photos were on. You can also try this undelete utility on your camera card.
While I'm at it, you might want to develop and implement a backup strategy, in which you don't delete from the camera card until you have TWO (or more) copies of your photos, on TWO (or more) different physical disks. And don't forget to back up your catalog file regularly and automatically.

While I was organizing photos in photo section of the library, I meant to delete one section (photos from one day) but instead, I deleted all my photos. Usually, deleted photos go to trash can of iPhoto. Somehow, my 5000+ photos managed to completely disappear and are nowhere to be seen. I did not have them backed up in iCloud or Time Machine. Please please help where find where they may be. All my memories are gone and I'm on the verge of breaking down!!! Please let me know if there are any way I can recover these photos. Thank you.

what is your iPhoto version?
When you look at the "Library" section of the source list - what are the numbers of events and Photos shown there?
If you are seeing zero Photos and events, check, if you have accdentally hidden your photos - make sure the "View" menu is set to show "Hidden Photos". Does that turn up more photos and events?
Also, check, if you are viewing the correct iPhoto library. Use the menu "File > Switch to Library" in iPhoto to see a list of available iPhoto libraries.
And check your System Trash for photos.

- Restore from backup if you backed up the iPod after getting the photos on your iPod

Unless you backed up your iPad to iCloud or to a computer, they are gone. You cannot safely recover photos from the iPad.
