Recover Partiton still alive, but OneKey does not start :(

Hey, I'm new here
I bougt an S12 two days ago, everything worked fine, but then i decided to splitt the partitions (using paragon) after that, everything crashed, I used OneKey and recovered my System, perfekt job ... but then i realiced that i've lost about 10GB diskace, so i runed paragon a second time. i know ther is a hidden partition on the netbook(14GB Lenovo Disk Space), so i only deleted the 19GB partiton, the 8GB partiton and - i think thats the main problem - a 200MB partiton(does onekey is installed on it?) - after combining these 3 partitons, i wanted to add a new partition and format the new partiton(around 28GB) - the netbook shouted down during the process, rebooted - Error -> No operating System found
Now i tried onekey to restore data, but if i press the button, i only see these green background and an msdos window, ther is no onekey menu
I still tried the QS Button, but quick start seems to be destroied too ("QS is not installed...)
is there any option to restore these 200MB partiton? so i can use my onekey recover?

What happens if you have no outlook.exe and any office software such as word excel or powerpoint running and then you try to launch Lync Does it still fails Can you give more detail about the error in that scenario?

Given that you were able to reinstall the OS, you must be able to boot from the install disc.
Have you run Apple Hardware Test?
Tried running on just one RAM module, then switch it to other slot, then repeat with other module?
Safe Boot?
Checked SMART status?
Run Repair Disk:Boot from install disc (insert disc > restart > immediately hold down ckey and keep holding it until you see “Preparing Installation”) > at firstscreen select the language and click Continue > click on the Utilities Menuin the menu bar > open Disk Utility > select your HD in the panel on theleft side> click Repair Disk at bottom of main window. Run this at leasttwice, and keep running it until it says “appears ok” twice in a row. If thatdoesn’t happen, you may need a stronger utility such as DiskWarrior or if thedirectory is damaged beyond repair, you may need to reinstall the OS, or youmay have a damaged HD (repair utilities can only repair the directorystructure, not the HD itself). When this is finished, quit Disk Utility, quitthe installer, and restart. Once booted normally, go to Applications >Utilities > Disk Utility and run Repair Permissions.

Try using Firefox. Flash usually works on Firefox when it won't on Safari. I noticed that the Safari does not show the same version as Firefox does. Iwonder if that could be the problem. Safari on the left shows 10.1, Firefox show 10.3

IMac sees the iPod but iPod does not start up. It had coffee spilled on it

My iPod had coffee spilled on it and it was not discovered for a bit. I dried it in rice and now the iMac sees it but it will not turn on. I did try to turn it on when I found it and I know now that I should not have. What parts may be bad in it now? should I try replacing anything in it or what? any advice is appreceated

When liquid comes to liquid being spilled on a iPod, you never know how bad it will be. Your best bet if you want to get it fixed is to set it for serviced through Apple. Take a look at the articles below for more information. The second article will also have pricing for your iPod nano.

Satellite 4070CDT: gives a 'clic' but it does not start

When I start my laptop, the laptop gives a kind of "clic", but he doesn't starts. The only thing i can remark on the laptop is that the LED's are green (ok) and when i push the power button, the leds are coming all green like he wants to starts but afterwards only the first one light up and down - flickers ORANGE. I found the user manual by using the "Toshiba User Manuals" link on the Support & Download Center page and the manual said that the problem should be the battery/power supply. BUT
- when i pull the battery in my 4030CDT, everything is fine, with the same Power supply.
- i also tried with other HDD's and without, same result
- replaced ram from working 4030CDT and only with 64mb onboard, same result
- deconnecting floppy (where the clic seems to come), same result
If it is possible to provide me some help, it's already 3 month's that I'm searching to solve the problem. My 4030CDT had the same a time ago, but now works fine, i didn't do anything about it. But i'm losing hope that this will happen again...
Nor this fact, it's the fourth toshiba i'm working with, and its a pleasure to work with these robust and stable laptops. I advise them at everybody and hope somebody can find a solution at my problem. So i can keep going using my lovely oldskool laptop.

Possibly its a HDD click but I think the orange blinking LED could be the magic key. Mostly the blinking LED provide and error code which could be read by a technicians.
I such cases there could be a hardware malfunction and only a guy with a notebook experience could be able to find the malfunction.
But try a procedure like this one:
Remove the battery from the notebook
Disconnect the AC adaptor from the notebook
Wait several times about 30min and then put the battery into the notebook and connect the AC adaptor. Then try to start the unit.
Possibly you be a lucky man and it will work

I click on the firefox icon but it does not start. it slowly starts up over the next few minutes, not responding the whole time.

the only fix that works is to uninstall and reinstall. but the problem recurs after the next restart of windows.

11g node manager reachable but server does not start from admin console

I have a issue with node manager is reachable from admin console and from command prompt it is not connected and could not able to start the managed server.
If i change /config/nodemanager/nm_password.properties plain text and restart it is not reachable in admin console abut can connect from command prompt. I could not able to start the even with this scenario.
i see below error when try to check machine monitor tab.
<Error> <NodeManager> <BEA-300033> <Could not execute command "getVersion" on the node manager. Reason: "Access to domain 'dom_11gint' for user 'Ckr10ycOJN' denied".>
Ckr10ycOJN username in config.xml
node manager and managed servers are not root user process.
Please help me if have any suggestions.

Pls. make sure the following points in your environment.
1) Check '*nodemanager.domains*' file in <<WL_HOME>>\commo\nodemanager directory
     a) This file should have the entry for your domain 'dom_11gint'.
     b) Ensure the path referred in the nodemanager.domains file is correct one.
2) Ensure the following remote server startup parameters are passed properly.
     a) In the Admin Console, Navigate Servers --> <<SERVER_NAME>> -->Configuration --> Server Start
     b) Pass the required Class Path, Arguments, User Name, Password(User name and Password to boot the managed servers)

Netbook S10 does not start up

Hi, my netbook S10 suddenly went black screen, I force shut down and try to on it but it does not start up anymore .. All the lights in the netbook does not lit up to show it is running or charging.
I have tried removing the battery, power adapter, pressing the start up button for 30 seconds, but the whole machine looks dead still, no lights lit up at all... Can anyone help? Thanks ...

If you're getting No Power / No Display even if you still have enough juice on the battery to power up the PC then your motherboard maybe bad and you need to contact lenovo for service.

[solved] LXDE does not start

I have installed lxde accoriding to the wiki (I was using xfce, which starts fine using the follwing configuration files, without the lines, marked by #new) and I have adopted the configuration files, but lxde does not start. I'm not using a login manager, x starts automatically.

So, when you login, startx is not executed? Or does X start and immediately exit/crash? Do other parts of .bash_profile get executed, i.e., if you echo $DESKTOP_SESSION, does it say LXDE, do you see the results of .bash_rc (prompt, aliases)? Then check if XDG_VTNR is set, and DISPLAY.
(After your edit:) If you only changed the exec line, then I assume X still starts, but startlxde fails? So X immediately exits or something? Do you get any useful messages in the logs?

Ligthroom 5.5 after installing the software does not start and does not give any kind of mistake

I subscribe to CC as a photographer and just inatalar Ligthroom but this does not start and no daningun mistake. Reinstall several times but still the same. What can be the problem?

Hola, arreglado por mi parte también, chateando (en inglés...) con un operador que ha demostrado conocer perfectamente la solución (para Win7):
En carpetas "C:\Program files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\" y "C:\ProgramData\Adobe\" deben activarse permisos de control total para el usuario (que puede no tener control total en el sistema) y desactivar "solo lectura" a las carpetas descritas y sus subcarpetas para que al iniciar se configure el registro adecuadamente. Una vez hecho esto me ha funcionado todo a la primera, me lo han explicado paso a paso por el chat. Un 10 para el técnico, un suspenso para Adobe por no publicar adecuadamente la solución.
Gracias manufoto por tu explicación, parece que todo va a parar a las mismas carpetas.

Itunes does not start and i cannot sync my iphone 4

I have installed Itunes 10.1.1.4 on my computer running Windows XP but it does not start. This prevent me to sync my new iphone 4.
Previously I had other versions of itunes on the computer and sometimes the same problem happened.
I did a search on Apple support and I followed the instructions (itunes disinstallation and reinstallation) but it didn't work.
I tried also to disable all the startup app but itunes using msconfig (as again suggested by apple) but it din't work as well.
Somewhere on internet I found that Bonjour could create the problem: using services.msc I disabled it but it din't work as well.
I would appreciate very much if someone could help me.

PS CC 2014 does not start up correctly

I'm trying to rum PS CC 2014. After starting it stops quickly giving the message "could not initialize Photoshop due to a program error". I tried all not to technical things like reinstalling, logging of, ... Even tried to find the install log but couldn't find it.
Lightroom runs perfect. Had the same problem with PS CC previous version. Did use CS5 because I had no time to solve the problem. Now I m eager to use PS CC but it does not start up.

make sure you have no 3rd party plugins starting and reset your preferences by holding down shift-ctrl-alt (win) or shift-cmd-alt (mac) while starting ps. if done correctly, you'll see a confirmation dialog.

Macbook does not start

Greetings. This is my issue:
I don't know why the macbook does not restart, if you try to restart it, it comes to black screen and i had to press the power button twice (Turn it absolutely off and turn it up), i took it to an apple authorized service center and he put an external HDD and restart it from this HDD then restart my macbook and it restarted normally, a few days later the problem persist.
Now the big deal: I turned it on, open safari and immediately it comes black screen and the status white led start blinking, i press the power button and stop blinking and press it again but it does not start, the blinking comes again... I left it off for an hour or so.
One hour later it boots normally but in few seconds it freezes and becomes a message in the screen that reads: " You need to restart your computer. Hold down the Power button for several seconds or press the Restart button". Then i press the power button, when i tried to restart it again there came a lot of strange stripes in the screen, gray and black with some color dots, a very weird thing, the "Start up chime" sounds about tree times and the stripes keep changing, always stripes. I restart it again, and the same thing happens one more time, and the third time i restart it it does not show anything on screen, all black and no sound, i tried putting out battery and everything Apple says to do when macbook does not boot, but nothing happens... i press the power button the sound of the HDD (I guess) that always sound, i can hear it, and the status white led is on, but not blinking, but nothing else....
what should it be?
it is a late 2007 macbook and out of warranty, does not have apple care.
