Recovering caller after transfer aborted???

Having a real problem with the SPA962. How do I reconnect to an incoming caller when, after beginning an attended transfer and realising the other party is not present, I decide to abort the transfer and want to speak to the original caller again?
There's nothing in the manual, no 'End Transfer' button, and no obvious way to get back the incoming call.

CVP 8.0 with ICM : CPE Releasing call after network transfer

Is there a way to script a label or configure CVP so that a *8 Network transfer will be initiated with the CVP tearing down the call with the Carrier (on TDM interface)?
I have a situation where ICM sends a label to CVP to use Carrier Take Back and Transfer function to Transfer the call to Agent B on a DID number; and the Carrier does not support Blind Transfer. This is resulting in the Calling Party receiving Music on Hold while the CVP remains connected to Agent B. The call connection between the caller and Agent B will not complete until the call to CVP is released. Since the Carrier isn't able to release the call, I need somehow to configure CVP to release the call after sending the DTMF digits sent by ICM to the carrier.

What you are describing there sounds like a Hookflash. Have a look at SIP Hookflash in the CVP Configuration Guide.

Press digit after transfer call

Hi, Just wondering if it is possible to have UCCX redirect a call to a different party, then after it is answered press a digit?
The Example is redirecting to a suppliers number, who are also expecting a "Press 1 for..."
So our users have to press 1 as well, whereas I would like to automate it.
I have a call redirect step which is working - can I make it press a digit after say 5 seconds of the call redirecting successfully?

You can try using a call consult transfer step, as opposed to a call redirect step. In the output digits field on the call consult transfer step, put 1. That may work, i havent had a chance to test.

How to recover photos after restoring iPod touch?

Yesterday, there was an update for the iOS 6, I believe. When I pressed the update button, a message popped up saying that there was a problem with my iPod touch 4G and that I need to restore it. I had absolutely no idea why that message would pop up in the first place because my iPod was working just fine. But I couldn't update my iPod to the newest version if I didn't do what iTunes says... so I was about to restore my iPod, but then I was worried that all of my photos would disappear. So I decided to update my iOS later so that I could transfer all my files on to my computer. I then unplugged my iPod, and tried to turn it on but the home screen wouldn't pop - no matter what I did, all the screen showed was an itunes icon on top with a USB plug-in cord at the bottom. So I had no choice but to restore my iPod. The thing is, once I restored my iPod and all, my photos were all gone and I did not use iCloud as a back-up since a few months ago. All of my recent photos are now gone and I have no idea how to recover them. I've tried programs that aim to recover deleted photos, but they didn't work.
Is there a way to recover photos after restoring the iPod Touch?

It is very important to backup your device to the computer before updating or restoring.
You can restore your device to a previous backup, all the photos that were there when you made the backup should return with it, but I'm afraid that any photos taken or saved after the last backup are unrecoverable.

During initial setup of mac pro, used pc to mac transfer, after transfer mac requires new password to enter account but will not accpt password

During the initial setup of mac book pro, I did the pc to mac transfer. After transfer was complete, mac had two user accounts aspen pc machine? and dell. Upon trying to access either, the mac says I have to enter new password to enter. It will not accept new password. What do I do?

Well....I bit the bullet and called Apple tech support this morning and agreed to pay my $49 for the tech support. I ended up talking to a Boot Camp specialist. In the end his position was that "they didn't support Windows" and my particular problem was a "Windows problem". I countered with the fact that they advertise that one of their selling points was that Windows could run on an Intel Mac and that I ought to at least be able to install Windows. They said that most people were able to install Windows with no problems. I agreed, but told them that, after searching the Internet, I had read numerous posts from folks that had the same problem and that Apple really should address it. They were very polite and even agreed not to charge me the $49, but their final position was that it was a "Windows problem."
I guess that at this point I'll try to return the Windows disk to Amazon and see if they'll give me a replacement.

Lost phone characters after transfer

Hi,
I use latest version of the pc-suite and a E70.
When I transfer my outlook contact to my phone, I lost the "plus sign" for all my phone numbers ...
All my phone numbers are encoded using that (international codification for to make international call) ... so after transfer I can't make any calls as a number like +1234 665 3337 becomes 1234 665 3337 !!!

It seems to me that I haven't this problem with a previous version ...

Terminate called after throwing an instance of

iPrint migration is failing in my production tree where as it worked perfectly in my test tree.
I get the error: terminate called after throwing an instance of 'OpenWBEM4::HTTPException' what(): Unable to process request: 401: Authentication failure

I have tried both the migration utility and the iprintman psm -l and iprintman ids -l always getting the same error. I tired TID #7000901 and do a Run namcd restart to make sure namcd is working ( doesn't seem to do anything when I run the command). Also tried restarting the server.
Source server is NetWare 6.5sp7 edir 8.8sp2
Target server OES2sp1
Both servers are in the same tree and same context.
Any suggestions?

Since after trying four times this morning to log on to Chat support to continue working on this issue with them only to find chat it isn't working..I thought I would try here before I take a bat or some other item and disassemble my computer with it. Details on what is happening, what I have done, etc...
After updating my website using Muse the following happens:
I save my site.
I click FTP upload
Go through the first screens
Hit okay for upload
Pages load
Then uploading images begins…goes to either the first or third (61-62%) and stalls. After waiting for what seems forever..a new box appears.
Error:
Error uploading file loanimal2013.jpg. Click Resume to try again. If this problem persists, try again later.

Sometimes I can hit resume, the image will load immediately and it will continue for a more images then stops again.
Yet I have not gotten past about 74% or the 25th image before it or me stops as this is very time consuming. Time that I don’t have.
After speaking to an Adobe representative last week, it was suggested that maybe because my files were on an external that could be the issue and suggested relinking them. So, I did.
The process I followed was:
Go to assets
Right click Relink
Searched…Found corresponding image moved it to my local hard drive… then highlighted it in local folder…hit the Open button on the bottom
It returned me back to the original screen
I repeated this for all the assets
After relinking them…I saved the page…reopened it…tried uploading and it still having the same issues
After this didn’t work I contacted the host company and they checked to see if images could load by ftp and found no issues.
I am past frustrated at this moment, as I have been using the same method of saving and uploading for a few years now and suddenly I have this issue. And, I am not a technical person so I have no idea what else to do…if you can help it would be appreciated.

Video size is larger after transfer

I have a 60gb JVC Everio HD camera. I'm saving my transfers to a 500gb external drive. I currently have 25gb of video on my camera. When video was transferred to external drive the transfer size shows 211gb. Does anyone know why after transfer the files is so big? How does the 25gb on camera end up 211gb on harddrive?? Can you give me a little more info?
1. The model # of your cam (GZ-HD300, GZ-HD3, etc.)
2. The recording mode you used (UXP, XP, FHD, 1440CBR, etc.)
3. What software/version you are using to edit (I believe iMovie 09, but please confirm)
4. The specific method you used to transfer the video (via USB, via i.Link, using the import from camera mode in the software, etc.)
There may be a better method that doesn't result in such an increase in file size. Let me know the answer to these questions and I will do my best to help.

After thread abort in Sandbox solution, the process is triggered again

I am facing a problem of the process being triggered again, after thread abort of sandbox solution webpart on SharePoint 2013 Online.
I have created a sandboxed solution webpart and deployed it on SharePoint 2013 Online. The webpart contains two buttons. The click event of the buttons is added in CreateChildControls methods.
On the click of the first button, the process completes in 1 second.
On click of the second button, the process takes more than 30 seconds to complete. As a result, the thread aborts and the process being aborted is triggered again. This creates duplicate processing.
If I deploy the same solution on a SharePoint 2010 environment, the process is not triggered again after being aborted.
I am fine with the thread being aborted, but I am not able to understand why the process is being triggered again.
I want to stop the process from being triggered again after getting aborted.
Any help would be appreciated.

       If no workflows are associated with the business object BUS2081 and the event POSTED, deactivate it at SWE2.
       Otherwise, you should resolve the cause for dump.To know the reason for dump, following transactions would be helpful : ST22,ST01,ST05 and ST12.
       Instead of checking at SWEQDEL transaction, check at SWEQADM transaction.

Okay, I figured out that Windows has "AutoPlay" settings which can automatically download photos and videos from a newly connected device, such as an iPad Mini. I think I could open it in Windows Explorer too that way but the auto download solved my problem.

IPad not displaying some photos after transfer.

iPad not displaying some photos after transfer from Windows Vista PC, only displays the word "JPG".

Sorry but did it as you adviced and have the same issue. Missing many of pictures. But they were on original external drive.
Just wonder what the aditional libraries doing on the external hard drive. Never created any of them.
