  • Recovery deleted photo (without SD card)

hello everybody! my father had deleted the photo on his phone... I am triyng to recover them, but i cannot connect the phone as phisycal drive.. it appears as network drive.. how can i do? i have windows 7 ultimate..thanks to all.

When you connect the phone to your computer it should be seen as a physical drive. You should see two drives. One is the SD card and the other is the internal memory of the phone.
For this to work, make sure you have Z10 the drivers installed. By installing the Link sofware the drivers are automatically installed when the Z10 is connected.
As for SD cards, when data is erased, it is not like with DOS and some operating systems where only the header ID flag in the directory table is changed, and the data is intact until some other data writes over it. The deleted flag tells the OS that the space
is available and the space can be overwritten with new data.
In Windows when a file is normally deleted it is flagged to be part of the Waste Bin folder which is designed as a system folder. The file is not really deleted while in the Waste Bin Folder. It is in a sense re-alocated. When you tell the waste bin utility
to delete the file, then it overwrites it entirely with the equivalent of 0's. This makes the file securely deleted.
With SD cards the system is different. There is no waste area for the files. There is no easy access to re-set the delete flag. If you did more writing to the card, the flagged data can be easily over written. There are some utility programs out there that
claim to be able to undelete files on the SD card. You will need a Windows computer and a card reader to do this. I found some software that are supposed to be able to do this. I never used them, or know if they will charge a fee to use it once it claims it
    can undelete the file.

  • Can I recovery deleted photos from the trash bin?

I accidentally deleted all of my photos , is there any chance I can recover them?
I think I've deleted them permanently by emptying the trash bin.

Csound1 is right  DO NOT OVERWRITE YOUR DATA, stutdown your system and find a nice data recovery pograms like Stellar Phoenix Mac, Data Rescue, Disk Drill, PhotoRec. The photos on your hard drive actually are not lost and can be recovered. Stellar Phoenix Mac can recover your lost data even when you have emptied your trash as well and supports Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2
The free demo of Stellar Phoenix Mac can show you the recoverable photos and images so that you can recognize them and get satisfied before any purchase

  • Recovery deleted photo (SD card)

Is it possible to recover deleted photos which accidenlty were deleted?
    Thanks!

    Hello,
Directly on the device, not that I know of. But, if you remove the card and use a PC card reader, then you can use Zero Assumption Recovery (a free app for PC...google for it) to attempt recovering them. Time is critical...the longer amount of time that passes between when the deletion happened and when you attempt the recovery the less likely you will have a successful recovery.
    Good luck!

i have deleted my recovery partition mistakenly
    how can i get back?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
Sorry, no magic.    You cannot "get it back" unless you made a complete disk Image that included your Recovery partition before you deleted the partition.
You can, however, still use free Disk backup tools to back up your Disk in the event that you do lose the disk or in case of catastrophic loss of the Operating System.
There are lots of these Utilities available, some are free and some are for purchase -- your choice.
One such free program is shown below.
Redo software is NOT Windows dependent and can be used with Both Windows and Linux Operating Systems.

  • Lion recovery deleted flash drive data

downloaded lion recovery to my 32 gb usb flash drive and, with out warning, it deleted everything on the flash drive.  Now my macbook pro 4.1 doesn't recognize that there is a flash drive in the usb port.  Is there a way to reformat my new 32 gb flash drive?

"The Lion Recovery Disk Assistant will erase all data on the external drive when creating the Recovery HD. You should either backup your data before running the Lion Recovery Disk Assistant, or create a new partition on the external drive."
From OS X Lion: About Lion Recovery Disk Assistant
The kb article also tells you "When the Lion Recovery Disk Assistant completes, the new partition will not be visible in the Finder or Disk Utility. To access the external Recovery HD, connect the drive, then restart the computer and hold the Option key. Select Recovery HD from the Startup Manager."

  • Recovery deleted account

My adjoined MSN account was accidentally deleted, I was attempting to change the primary alias to stop getting spam emails and the alias and account got deleted. I need to get this account back, it has old emails I need and is connected to my Skype account. Any help please.

If the messages are not on the server, and you don't have a backup, your only option is to try to salvage as many deleted *.emlx files as possible with a data recovery tool such as Data Rescue II, TechTool Pro, or FileSalvage. Of these, the only one I know for sure that can recover deleted *.emlx files is FileSalvage. Stop using your computer right now if you want to try that, as anything you do with the computer may cause the deleted files to be overwritten.

  • HT4859 recovery deleted sms from icloud

    Hi
    Two question
First: how can I recover my deleted sms from my iPhone 3Gs?
Second: is there any way to restore from iCloud manually?
    Thanks

You would have to restore your most recent backup to get the messages back, and, no, there is no way to manually restore the messages from your iCloud backup.

  • Recovery deleted sms using Iphone Backup Extractor

I purchased the iphone backup extractor everyone has suggested for me to find deleted sms. Its a complete joke. Scanned my files and came back with the results of sms extracted "251" so I open to see if my deleted text is in the file and there was only about 50 sent/receive sms and every sms was to the same person. I would like to know where the other "200" sms are that was extracted. Don't bother trying to get support on there website because the site doesn't have a search for help and only has Q&A solutions. Does anyone know about this software? Is there another program that will retrieve my deleted sms?

If you're sure on iCloud then make sure your iPhone is connected to the wall power socket and you have Wi-Fi connection.

  • Recovering "One Key Recovery", deleted with Ubuntu installation

I bought a Lenovo Flex 14, and made a backup of Windows with One Key Recovery and tried to install Ubuntu as dual boot, but in this process I made a huge mistake and simply formated all previous data, including the “One Key Recovery” that is not working anymore (well it works when the ultra is off and when it is pressed, it shows the same menu before the formating, with the options “Normal Startup”, “Bios Setup”, “Boot Menu” and “System Recovery”. And the System Recovery option does nothing).
    1) Is there any way to recover “One Key Recovery”?
    2) Will I be able to reinstall my previous Win8.1?
    3) Can I do this without de-installing my actual Ubuntu?
    4) Will I need some key to proof my windows as original? Where do I find it?
    Thanks!

  • HT4718 I HAVE MY DATA ON MACINTOSH HD, WILL REINSTALLING OS X ON MAC HD FROM RECOVERY DELETE THIS DATA?

i am confused wether it will format the entire macintosh hd or just replace the system file only which is something i want to do.
Has anyone done this before? i want to install from pre-installed recovery on my mac book pro

Reinstalling the Mac OS X from the recovery hard drive does not remove your data or content or settings unless you erase the hard drive and then install.  Restart on the recovery hard drive by holding the Command and R keys, then from the Utilities choose Install Mac OS X...that will only over write the operating system files, not the applications or data you have put on the MacBook Pro.
Of course, it is always wise to use an external hard drive and keep an up to date backup of your contenet for your own protection.

  • Re: Recovery choice and data deletion

will the toshiba HDD Recovery delete my data in the other partitions ?!
    <img src="http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/HTD1303440001R0102134.png"/>

For each Toshiba notebook model software development division create recovery image that includes operating system, all necessary drivers, Toshiba specific tools and utilities, and, of course some additional software. This image will be installed and also saved on HDD.
This saved recovery image can be used for further OS installation when notebook owner want to use notebook with factory settings. This image can be installed numerous times and it will be properly activated.
So long you use your notebook with factory settings you will be able to use this recovery image and install it with HDD recovery procedure. Of course Toshiba dont force you or anyone else to use notebook wth factory settings and you can do with your machine whatever you want. Due to this Toshiba has created small reminder with follow information:
    *+Important INFORMATION+*
+your system is equipped with hard disk recovery system. If you need to repair your computer by restoring it to original factory state, you can do it directly from harddisk (press F8 when you boot your computer, choose "Repair your computer" and follow the menue instructions) or create a bootable Recovery Disc Medium for this purpose.+
+Toshiba recommends you to create Recovery Disc Medium using the "Toshiba Recovery Disc Creator" to ensure that you are able to restore your computer to the original factory installed state, even if your computer gets seriously damaged.+
So it is very important for everyone to create recovery DVD. Toshiba recovery disc creator is small tool that can find this saved recovery files and create recovery DVD. It has nothing to do with your last restore point. If you need something like this than you must buy some software like Acronis.
Toshiba is responsible for own recovery image only.

  • How Text Messages Are Stored on Palm Centro and possible recovery

I come from an extensive IT and programming background with emphasise on databases.  I need some high level understanding of the text messaging system on a Plam Centro system with ATT.
Questions are related to Recoverying Deleted Text Messages
    1.  Do all incoming and outgoing messages get written to the messages_database.pdf on a Plam Centro (ATT)?
    2.  When a message is deleted, would it be correct to say that the message is not physically deleted but just that a record pointer in the database (messages_database.pdb) is reset so the messages appears to be deleted?
Why I ask, is that I see a many many requests for people (myself included) of wanting to recover deleted text messages. (i.e. my 16 daughter will not email now becuase we check email but she does text unknown people constantly and it makes it very hard to keep her safe).  When she syncs her phone with her computer, the messages_database.pdb file is in the backup directory and if you open it with a text editor (notepad.exe) you can see only messages that have not beeen deleted.  She usually deletes all her text messages.  There is A LOT of extra data that appears to be encrypted and is not readable.
Is it possible that the text messages are there but just that the database record pointers hve been reset OR are Plam text messages written to RAM some how; although that does seem to be the case, since when you sync, the messages_database.pdb files has any and all messages that have not deleted.
It woul be VERY valuable (and I think profitable) if someone very high level knowledge of the messages_database.pdb file could write a PC application that would alloow you to undelete the text messages.  I know there are programs out there that can do this on SIM cards on systems that write the text messages to the sSIM card, but it is my understanding that messages are not stored on the SIM card but in RAM.
Can any high level technical Palm programmer shed some light on this for me and let me know if there is a way to recovery deleted Text Messages on a Palm Centro?
    Much Apreciated,
    Greg
    Post relates to: Centro (AT&T)

     I    had the same problem.
1.Search for a program call filez.prc (give your address I can send you) copy it to a memorycard. btw [email protected]
    2. Copy it to the palm device(it works on any)  activate the program on the palm chk rom at the top and chk all message database and smstxt and also some have 0000behind em.  note the sizes as the older ones are larger and copy them to the card.
    3. to view em use microsoft word and use recover txt from any file I think it is called. You will be able to see detail but be careful as it sometime displays truncated or mixed but you will be able to see most txt clearly.

  • Abap object recovery

    Hi all,
is there any chance to recovery deleted from  function group new created and then deleted include? If yes then how can it be done?
    Thanks
    Juzio

    Hi Juzio,
If the includes are transprted in the other system then you can just copy paste the code from that system.
but if they are not transported, then you can't retrieve them back.
You need to write it from scratch.
    Reward points if useful.

  • Recovery behavior after changing partitions

hello, my new notebook has a 905GB C: partition.i'll split it to a 100GB C: partition, and create a new partition with the remaining space.i'll keep the OS in C: and install my applications in C:I'll use D: to save my videos and music and other files.Presently D: is a recovery partition, I'll NOT delete the recovery partition, but remove the assigned drive letter to prevent Windows from interacting with recovery files and keep it from showing the recovery partition in file explorer. Question>What happens when I try recovering the notebook after I've made the above changes? Will recovery fail? (Note that the recovery partition does not have an assigned drive letter). Will recovery delete my custom partitioning, delete all data in my newly created D: drive, and return the HDD to factory partitioning (905GB C: and recovery drive D? Thanks

No. Problem is that your recovery image is useless now. When you want to use external device for recovery image installation is must be created as bootable device and this can be done if you use preinstalled recovery media creator.
Recovery image is saved on HDD and fixed with so called markers. Recovery media creator can find those markers and start to use recovery image saved on HDD. After changing HDD partitions structure these markers are gone and that is the reason why do you see this error message.
Im afraid you must now order new recovery disc fro Toshiba and you can do this on - https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx
