Recovery email addressee changed account hacked

Dear sir i have submitted the recovery form 2 times and i got Email regarding account release but still my account is hacked and i m not able to recover it ,as the hacker has changed the password , Recovery Email adresses and other details also .can you please help me out i m having skype premium on my both account but i see i haven't got any benefit of that as i m not able to go through live chat option also .My Hacked skype username is "[removed for privacy]" Please Fix it as soon as possible

Update: Spotify got back to me and over the following couple of days my account was restored, so different email and passsword on the account so fixed basicaly. BUT !!! Yesterday I look at my playlist and find things I have not added !! I delete them, I changed the password on my account after disconnecting all devices from my account.
Today I start playing music and it cuts out, I click "choose device to play on" only to find there is a mobile device playing music that is not in my playlist.
What is going on ? This is not my end, I have not had my emails accounts hacked..spotify has been hacked or there is some majot security flaw in the software, I also KNOW this as fact because since this happened a little research and web searching I discover public/private forums selling spotify acccounts. pic attached is the person/persons using the account I frikkin pay for !

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
    It isn't possible to add a rescue email or change an existing one without correctly answering two of the questions.

  • TS4006 I recently changed my email and changed accounts to work with it but Ipod touch 5 won't fully accept the change.

    Most of the apps accepted my need my old email and password email and password. However some of the more important feature's still rely on my old email and password which no longer works so as a result neither do those festures.     My requirement is to trigger an email with attachment (Smartform) when the User changes the Account details in Account Overview screen in Interaction center. And the user should be able to see the preview of the Smartform.

    Hi S Reddy,
    As you already know there is no action profile you have to enhance the component and redefine the event handler method EH_ONSAVE and write a custom logic to trigger the mail to the customer.
    In order to see the print preview add the custom button -> If your Z *IMPL class does not have the interface IF_BSP_WD_TOOLBAR_CALLBACK then add it and then in the method IF_BSP_WD_TOOLBAR_CALLBACK~GET_BUTTONS create a button to preview the PDF.
    For that button create an event handler method and generate the pdf for the print view.
    Hope this will help.

    My iMessages have been hacked and the hacker entered his email as the recovery email with security questions I can't answer. I contacted Apple support and went through the 24 hour process of changing my info so that I could get into the account, but his email address is still the recovery address and it does not give me the option to delete it. I've added alternate emails that can be deleted, but it will not let me change or delete the recovery email. I can change phones and passwords a million times, but if he can just recover my password what am I supposed to do? I have turned iMessage off on my phone (as well as the gps) but I would really like help in deleting that recovery email if anyone has any bright ideas! The pic below shows the only place in all of the settings that his email address shows up anywhere! Any help is very very very appreciated.

    I don't think that can be solved by any advice the regular posters could post here.
    I would go back to Apple and explain the situation (again).
    I would also consider closing the account (Apple rarely seem to do this as accounts are never deleted but just closed).
    I understand this may cause issues for things purchased in iTunes and the App Store which my include Restoring the OS at some point.

  • Account hacked (email changed)

    I received an email titled "We've updated your email address". this mail told me that my previous (the correct email) -snip- has been changed to (hacked email) -snip-.
    I keep seeing messages saying to go to https://support.spotify.com/uk/contact-spotify-anonymous/ but this is wrong because I entered my problem there in the text box and sent it and it reported "We'll get back to you at -snip- as soon as we can." so it isn't anonmous at all and now the hacker has possibly a few more details about me.
    There seems no clear way for anyone to report this issue, what do I do now ?
    You should be notifying people that your service has major security breach issues, this is not just a random person who has guessed my password..you (spotify) have been hacked and someone has taken my details from you.
    I have been a paying premium member for many years with you and i'm not happy about this one bit, can one of your staff please tell me exactly what I should now do to get this rectified.

    My son's recovery email address and security questions were hacked.  How can we get these changed so he can purchase more apps?  Currently he is being asked to answer security questions that do no pertain to him (like what were you doing on such and such date - he wasn't even born yet).  The email address in the recovery section is r********@answers.com.  We don't know who this is, but it appears they have hacked his account.  He has an itunes balance and I don't want him to lose it.

    If you truly change your existing Apple ID's email address to a new email address, follow these instructions: iOS 7: If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud

    If you mean your rescue email address, from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312:
    You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:
    Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
    Click "Manage your account"
    When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
    Click Password & Security
    You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
    Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so. 
    After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.

    I am trying to consolidate my devices into a single apple ID in particular for use of my ITunes account.
    I have an IPad which has an @me.com ID, but my original ITunes is tied to an old email address which I no longer use.
    I have attempted to update my details in ITunes with the following results:
              It will not allow me to use the @me address because it is in use on another device.
              My personal gmail address was rejected because it is registered as my recovery address
    I looked to change the recovery address but cannot find where I can do this.
    Is my best option to create a new Apple ID and use this for my Itunes account and then assign this to my IPad?
    Or can I update my existing addresses by changing the recovery address?
