Recovery failurr and error 0xc00000e9
Hello,So, I've recently had a problem with computer. My computer is 1.5 years old and today it just decided to run extremely slow. I tried all possible solutions to solve it but nothing worked. So I tried a minimal omage recovery with a backup but it failed. So I tried a System Recovery. It was successful until the computer restarted and displayed "Windows Files Loading" the first bar loaded fully but at the second bar it got stuck in the middle and displayed the error 0xc00000e9 I/O something error. I am not using any external devices for a recovery im just using my computer. I've tried everything please help me :/

i had to format my computer and i don't have that disc so i could recovery my system. IPhone in recovery mode and error 3194
when i plug my iphone 4 version 4.3.5 into itunes ,it come up with the error < itunes has detected and iphone in recovery mode, you must restore this iphone before it can be used with itunes> i then click ok on that error message and then click restore , the ipone begins to restore but after 15 seconds or so itunes come up with the error 3194, this mean i cant restore the phone.

We need the laptop model and also a little explanation as to why you need to recover. Odds are it is a bad DVD drive or bad hard drive causing the error.

Can't get iPhone 4s out of recovery mode and always get error 40 during restore
I tried updating to ios 6.1.2 and I left it for a while since I had to do some stuff. When I came back, my iPhone is in recovery mode and I can't get it to restore using itunes. I always get error 40. I tried restoring on a different pc but it's still a no go. Is it possible that this has something to do with the hardware? I've already looked up possible solutions but my iphone's still in recovery mode. I never had this phone opened nor did I attempt to jailbreak it or anything. I tried asking my carrier for assistance but they're charging me for repairs. The fee's pretty expensive.

Sounds like you can't update your device. You don't mention an error that it gives you. Take a look at both of these articles to troubleshoot.

If you started your device in recovery mode by mistake, restart it to exit recovery mode. Or you can just wait—after 15 minutes the device will exit recovery mode by itself.

This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. My iPhone 5s is stuck in recovery mode and won't turn on, I've tried to restore and update it to iTunes and its finding my phone, but saying an error has occurred and won't work, the software is up to date, it just automatically switched itself off and when I try to turn it on, it shows the White background with the apple logo asif it's going to turn itself on but then switches off after a couple of seconds, what can I do? ive already taken it to a shop and he's looked at it, but said he can't fix it, thanks.

In the article Resolve iOS update and restore errors this is what it says about error 14:
Check your USB connections

If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you may be unable to update or restore.

Iphone recovery blue screen and error 4013
Been trying to recover my iPhone 5S which just started rebooting itself and freezing a few days ago. It has taken me 3 days to down load the update software from Apple site as the phone was on 7.1.1 Now in recovery mode and cant change it. I was getting error 9 then managed to get the software restored to the phone which now has the recovery logo in red which I see as progress. But it crashed while doing the firmware update from iTunes.Rebooted my PC to see if it would help but now get an error 4013. My PC has let the latest iTunes updated on it and tried another cable, still no joy.

If it is determined that it is a hardware issue, then you should be able to get the support payment refunded. Of course, in that case, you're looking at a $269 USD + tax out-of-warranty replacement cost.

The only way to reinstall Mountain Lion is through the Recovery HD in the computer. Hold Cmd/R as you are starting up the computer and keep holding it. Eventually you'll get a screen asking you to select the language. Hit continue to select english and you'll get a Mac OS X Utilities Menu with the second option down being reinstall OS X.

Hi, my iphone 5 encountered an unknown error while updating to iOS 7 via itunes and is now stuck in recovery mode and prompts me to restore the phone when I connect it to itunes but then I would lose all my data. I DO NOT have any back ups on itunes. Is there anyway to get out of recovery mode without restoring or recover data after a restore?

If you cannot find a backup, and the phone is in recovery mode, there are no futher suggestions to make. To get the phone working again you have to restore. You cannot force a backup at this time since it is already in recovery mode. It will not allow anything else but a restore at this point.
