Did you have Photo Stream enabled on the phone?
If so, you can recover photos from the last 30 days.
If not then they are gone unless you recover your phone.

  • Is it possible to recovery lost photos that have been overwritten?

I uploaded some pictures and my camera saw that the folder i was uploading was the same as the one on my desktop so it was starting to overwrite new pictures into the old folder. I stopped it in the very beginning but it had erased the old photos, the folder is now empty. Is there anyway to recover them? Any programs i can use? suggestions please.

  • Recovery deleted photo (without SD card)

hello everybody! my father had deleted the photo on his phone... I am triyng to recover them, but i cannot connect the phone as phisycal drive.. it appears as network drive.. how can i do? i have windows 7 ultimate..thanks to all.

When you connect the phone to your computer it should be seen as a physical drive. You should see two drives. One is the SD card and the other is the internal memory of the phone.
For this to work, make sure you have Z10 the drivers installed. By installing the Link sofware the drivers are automatically installed when the Z10 is connected.
As for SD cards, when data is erased, it is not like with DOS and some operating systems where only the header ID flag in the directory table is changed, and the data is intact until some other data writes over it. The deleted flag tells the OS that the space
is available and the space can be overwritten with new data.
In Windows when a file is normally deleted it is flagged to be part of the Waste Bin folder which is designed as a system folder. The file is not really deleted while in the Waste Bin Folder. It is in a sense re-alocated. When you tell the waste bin utility
to delete the file, then it overwrites it entirely with the equivalent of 0's. This makes the file securely deleted.
With SD cards the system is different. There is no waste area for the files. There is no easy access to re-set the delete flag. If you did more writing to the card, the flagged data can be easily over written. There are some utility programs out there that
claim to be able to undelete files on the SD card. You will need a Windows computer and a card reader to do this. I found some software that are supposed to be able to do this. I never used them, or know if they will charge a fee to use it once it claims it
    can undelete the file.

  • Can I recovery deleted photos from the trash bin?

I accidentally deleted all of my photos , is there any chance I can recover them?
I think I've deleted them permanently by emptying the trash bin.

Csound1 is right  DO NOT OVERWRITE YOUR DATA, stutdown your system and find a nice data recovery pograms like Stellar Phoenix Mac, Data Rescue, Disk Drill, PhotoRec. The photos on your hard drive actually are not lost and can be recovered. Stellar Phoenix Mac can recover your lost data even when you have emptied your trash as well and supports Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2
The free demo of Stellar Phoenix Mac can show you the recoverable photos and images so that you can recognize them and get satisfied before any purchase

  • Recovery deleted photo (SD card)

Is it possible to recover deleted photos which accidenlty were deleted?
    Thanks!

    Hello,
Directly on the device, not that I know of. But, if you remove the card and use a PC card reader, then you can use Zero Assumption Recovery (a free app for PC...google for it) to attempt recovering them. Time is critical...the longer amount of time that passes between when the deletion happened and when you attempt the recovery the less likely you will have a successful recovery.
    Good luck!

  • IMovie and recovery of photos from DVD

I am on Leopard and iLife 08. Sadly my disk crashed on my Macbook and I lost many photos. I had made an iMovie using video clips and photos and burnt a DVD. Can I some how copy these clips and photos back into imovie and iPhoto from the DVD? Apple could not recover any dat from the crashed disk which was only 14 months old.

a DVD has, defined by standards, a very low resolution,.. 640x480..
and the stills are transformed into 'video-files' => no 'digital export' ...
so, the easiest way is screengrabs..
but.. the DVDplayer app doesn't allow screengrabs from DVDs.
download and use for free http://www.videolan.org/
insert your DVD, play it, pause it, and use the well-known commands 'apple-shift-4' to grab the portion you need from your screen..

  • Recovery of photos after reformatting

Hi, I had to reformat and reinstall Snow Leopard OS X 10.6.8 after a hard drive problem. Unfortunately I have not backed up my photos and videos as I was using the mac rarely so I thought nothing can go wrong. Now I know better! I would like to know if there is any reliable software available to recover them.
    Thank you.

If you saved the photos on Skydrive, they should be there. Otherwise, your photos cannot be retrieved.

  • Recovery of photos from iPad back to laptop

    Hi Everyone,
I recently lost most of my photos from my laptop and (its my fault) I did not have a back-up. However, all the photos exist on my iPad. Is it possible to in some way take them off the iPad so that I can restore to them to the computer please?
I do not need to be able to edit or change the photos - only to save them as precious images from my past life. I do of course realise that synchronisation is not the path and, as I understand it, nor is iCloud. Can anyone help me please?
    Thanks
    Tom

Many thanks for trying to help. I looked for and tried some products but no success. In the end, I asked a self-employed iPad specialist to solve the problem. He used a product from iTools.cn and loaded my 4300 photos from the Pad onto a memory stick for me - cost 40 dollars. Thanks again.

  • Help - recovery of photos needed!!

Well, my iMac was screwed up with a lot of extra accounts that I made when I was screwing up the "migration". My local Mac shop (independent guys) cleaned everything up, fixed the mess, and left me with my iMac running in the orginal state. They backed up the entire system to a "Former System" folder, which includes the original install of Aperture, and my first 2,000 photos.
When I went to start up Aperture once they'd fixed everything, Aperture told me that it needed to be re-installed, that it was missing critical files, etc. I did a complete re-install, including the serial number, etc. and it starts working just fine. Here's the problem:
My first 2,000 files are in a Library in the "Former System" folder, and the current Aperture program from the current system doesn't recognize any of those files. I'd like to know how to recover the 2,000 images, and place them in my current Aperture Library, and move the current Aperture library onto my external "Storage" drive.

It's unlikely your files are in the "former system" folder. If you do an archive and install, that folder is created, but it is the system folders only -- it is not your home (user) folder.
Nevertheless, if you used a managed library and somehow it got balled up in that directory, go find it (I have no idea where it might be, again, because home directories never go there automatically), copy it to your ~/Pictures directory, and double-click on it. That will start up Aperture and set it as the default library.

  • Anyone know how to save messages/photos once Ipod is in locked 'connect to iTunes mode'/recovery mode?

Is there anyway to get back to normal mode after the image of the 'USB connect to iTunes' appears? I have many texts that I need to save, and I'm afraid the only way to exit this mode is to restore my iPod. I hope this could some how be avoided, whereas I could avoid restoring my ipod so that I could keep all my messages. Does anyone have a clue on how to fix this issue? Is there a way to save my data on my ipod, or exit this locked screen image while keeping my data? Please, anything helps!
