Recruiter dropdown in Requisition Request (E-Recruiting)

Hi Experts,
I'm facing trouble when click dropdown list for recruiter in PDF form for create requisition in e-recruiting module. In Development system the recruiter field is filled automatically and the dropdown is working. But how may the error happen in The Tesing client (QA) after all are transported, only the recruiter field is not working properly, it's not filled automatically and the dropdown button is not work. The other input fields are okay.
I try to debug and found that EREQ_RECRUITER_PERNR varible is has some value of recruiters, so the data collection was fine.
Anybody can help or at lease sharing idea and experience.

Problem in Create Requisition Request E-recruitment

Hi,
I have configured the standard workflow WS45600028 for the E-recruitment process in HR administration services and able to trigger the workflow successfully when I create requisition in the portal.
But the workflow fails at the first step 'Import the form data' since the method CL_HRASR00_WF_COMPONENTS-->DATAMAPPING)raises an exception when there are no entries in table T5ASRSCENARIOS.
The case configuration is absolutely fine but yet am unable to figure out why any entries aren't created in the table T5ASRSCENARIOS.
How the first entries are created in table T5ASRSCENARIOS? Is it through customising?

Create Requisition Request - MSS (Start Process Grey Out-No Data available)

Hello All
We are using SRQ2 extended requesition request. Currentlt i am on Devlopment system and just want to see the standard requistion request from MSS so that later i can make a Z copy and customize
Now when i logged in as a Manager and click on the "Create Requisition Request" from recruiting role it's opening and showing me the Start Process window and everything is non editable and showing me that No Data Avaialble
Is there any config missing for this
Also when is see the SRQ2 from SPRO "Define Own Scenarios for Request to Change Master Data" node i made the SRQ2 application as H and aslo tried. But nothing useful.
Can any one tell me any configuration missing or any other things

Solved.
Problem was in MSS the Ehp4 links for erecruiting refers to SRQ3. So i had to pull the iviews from MSS 1.31 BP which will be Webdynpro Java

E-REc : Recruiter Dropdown not populated during Requisition

Hi All,
While creating Manpower Requisition through MSS on Portal, system does not populate Recruiter dropdown in the Adobe form.
I have checked in the HR system that feature PINCH is properly created and called and accordingly table T526 is maintained with proper Recruiter user ID. The same User Id also has recrutier role assigned in Erec System.
Do I need to check some other point in HR or Erec system?

Hello,
In EhP4 what package do you have? Check if note 1318164 is already applied because in earlier versions it was not possible to to see the activities if you were not assigned directly to the support team in HRP5131. The system was not considering those assigned through a support group until the note was released. So you can compare your versions and also check if you are able to see if you assign someone directly as a support team member and not through a support group.

E-recruiting under MSS create requisition request EHP4

Dear Team,
We are facing the following problem.
when manager with the role (SAP_RCF_MANAGER) is trying to create the requisition request in back end it is always showing no data available (select employee->select processes). Edit button has been disabled due to "no data available" error.
System details backend EHP4
service pack 13 EAHR 604
in our system we do not have manager groupings related nodes as it is EHP4.
Plesae suggest the solution. thanks in advance.

E-Recruitment - Manager create requisition

I got a problem when saving a requisition request in MSS as below:
the assignment of IT0105 already maintained. Any idea of it ?
The employee number for the Hiring Manager is required.
Message no. HRWPC_EREC013
Diagnosis
The personnel number for the Hiring Manager is a required field for the form.
System Response
The form will not be submitted without this data.
Procedure
The personnel number for the Hiring Manager is automatically derived from the system ID of the user who is assumed to be the Hiring Manager. Check that the COmmunications Infotype (IT0105) system user mapping for the Hiring Manager's personnel number is set up correctly.

Check the workflow assignment - the following 2 notes may help here

Did you also check that the IT105 maintained for the person is correct for that of which you are using as manager?

When the requisition is created by the recruiter (in the recruiter role) , how does it get approved by the manager. Is there a delivered workflow available

E-Recruiting Setting up Requisition

Hello Experts,
I am trying to Set up E-Recruiting and I have a Problem with the Requisition Process with WebDynpro Abap.
We have installed the Business Packages correctly, but when I try to create a Requisition by our Portal I get a Window with an empty Process.
What ist the reason for that behaviour? Is it necessary to configure the Process for the Requisition, and if it so, could anyone give me a helping hand?
Could anyone explain me step by step how I have to configure the Requisition Process based on WD4A?

Hello Marco,
as long as you do not use the requisition request scenario of the mss you only need adobe print forms in e-recruiting. The ADS license for print forms is always included in the netweaver license so it is no extra costs. Furthermore the standard interactive forms are part of the standard license only creating new forms need extra licenses (here you should talk to you sap sales if they really want extra money or if they give you a customer form for free - can't speak for the sap sales guys here but last time i asked them they told me that the stuff needed for a usual implementation is usually included).
For the current release the bsp ui is no longer supported so it is no option.
If you have trouble when calling the requisition maintenance application I'd start with the following steps:
- run the code generator (T-Code SGEN) for all Web Dynpros of the server
- check service Activation in (T-Code SICF)
- check application log (T-Code SLG1)
If this does not help give us another post.

ERecruiting - Internal error in Recruiter-- Approve Pending Requisitions

We are facing an internal error message in the following path:
Recruiter start page-->Approve Pending Requisitions
Whenever Recruiter selects an entry from the list and clicks on the "Process Request" button, it will ask for Production logon and when we enter the values we are getting the message "An internal error occurred. Please try again later".

We are not able to see pending requisition for approval under recruiter? Are you seeing under recruiter UWL?

Problem when created a requisition in e-recruiting

Hello all,
We are trying to crate a requisition in e-recruiting, but we have some problems:
When the recruiter star search to select a position, the positions under an Org. Unit apperar with the same incumbent, for example: The recrutier search for the Org. Unit "XXXXX" and all the postion under this Org. Unit have the same incumbent. If the recruiter select one of these position, an internal error occurs. When we check the T.CODE SLG1, the message text for the error is: "No candidate could be found for US CIOTTA".
So I have some question:
1.- How to solve the problem (obviously)
2.- In the normal, the incumbent of a position is the person who is sitting in the position?
3.- where the system looks for this information (incumbent) in EREC system or in HR system (we have standalone instalation)
Please I really need some help...

Problem in Approving Requisition Request in MSS UWL

Hi,
I'm facing problem in approving requisition request sent through Manager in MSS UWL.
We have configured standard process HR_MSSRCF_REQUISITION with ISR scenario is SRQ3. Workflow is WS45600028
Case: When I successfully Check & Send Requisition Request form from MSS Recruitment, it is coming in Manager UWL.
But, when i open the workitem for approval it is not coming as a PDF form with Approve Button in the bottom (Standard). Instead, it opening as per the below screen.
Please help to resolve this issue.

You should be giving the process reference number or workitem ID in transaction hrasr_test_process.
Which release you are on , what is the SP level of component EA-HRGXX?
Further as per note 972322 - HR Administrator: Migration WD4A - the start process application has been migrated to WDA.
Check the UWL XML configuration to see if the config is as below for the approval task...
APPLICATION     ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE(For EhP4, otherwise application depends on the level of EA-HRGXX )
      DYNPARAM     WI_ID=${item.externalId}
      NAMESPACE     sap
      SYSTEM_ALIAS     <use your system alias>
A sample XML is available with note - 1371626 - UWL Configuration for HR Administrator BP version 1.51.
This appears to me to be a XML configuration issue. Collaborate with your portal and UWL config consultant.

Customizing Requisition request in HCM Processes & Forms

Hi HCMers,
We have just upgraded our development system to EhP4 in ECC and E-Recruiting systems, and SP5 in E-recruiting. We want to use the simple requisition request process in HCM Processes and Forms but have several customizations to apply. For example, changes to the form and the workflow. As a developer I am able to create the custom Adobe form, the custom workflow, and apply any necessary enhancements to ABAP code. However I am unclear how to link these in via the HCM Processes and Forms framework so that they will be called from the standard screen in MSS (Manager Services > My Requisitions > Create New Requisition Request). I did find the tutorial for building a process scenario from scratch, but I can't find the "simple requisition" form in HRASR_DT, but I find the simple form in SFP as ISR_FORM_SRQ1.
So, my question - what is the best way to implement these customizations? Should I copy the existing process scenario for exstended requisition (HR_MSSRCF_REQUISITION) into a Z_HR_MSSRCF_REQUISITION and make all my changes; or create my form scenario and process scenario from scratch? Do we need to change the webdynpro for the Create New Requisition Request to call the new form and scenario, or is there a place that is configured? Do I really even need to use the HCM processes and form framework?
If I sound clueless it's because I am Anyone wanna give me a clue?

Cpoy HR_MSSRCF_REQUISITION to your Z one by using the transaction SPRO-> personnel management and then HR Administrative Services and then Configuration of Forms/Processes and then execute the Design Time for process and forms.
select your Process that is HR_MSSRCF_REQUISITION and copied to your Z one. once you copied then you can given there your own workflow template and in the form Secnerio you can also given your own customize adobe form.
In the process start you can assign the role assignemnt to manager then this process would be visible in MSS under manager.

Requisition Request - Approval

Hi there,
I am trying to configure E-Recruiting in our system which are based on Enhancement Package 4. Also, we are using Netweaver Portal 7.0.
Here is how I think the requisition scenario works:
1.) A Hiring manager creates a requisition based on an vacant position (if needed) and fills out an Adobe Interactive Form. (Form Scenario: S_HRMSSRCF_REQUISITION, form - ISR_MSSRCF_SRQ3)
2.) After filling out the form, the manager submits the requisition request created.
3.) This requisition request appears in the higher level manager's UWL inbox. It uses the Workflow template WS45600028.
4.) The higher level manager can approve/reject the requisition.
5.) If approved, the requisition appears under the Recruiter's login (containing the recruiter portal role). The Recruiter then, enters more information regarding the approved requisition and creates a Job posting.
These are the things I am trying to get done, as of right now. However, the problem is face is: when the workflow item appears in the higher level manager's inbox, there is no option to Approve. I have the following four options:
1.) Resubmit
2.) Forward
3.) Assign to me
4.) Process Form
I can use the first three, but if i try and use Process form, it tells me that this application should no longer be used. The system also points me to SAP NOTE 1024326, which suggests updating the system to EHP 2, but our systems are already on EHP 4.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is my understanding of the Requisition process incorrect, given the fact that there are a lot of updates to this functionality from EHP 3 onwards?
I have search the SDN forums for solutions on this, but wasn't able to find anyone facing a similar problem.
I greatly appreciate any help that you can provide.

Process group R001 does not exist in MSS for Create Requisition Request.

In MSS Under Recruiting we have a link called Requisition Request under this we have Create Requisition Request.
On clicking on this link Create Requisition Request link
i am getting "Process group R001 does not exist "

A "Process Group" is part of HCM Processes and Forms....it is how you define which processes can be started/initiated by which Processor Roles. This is done under the configuration under HCM Processes and Forms which is within "HR Administrative Services" (HRAS). In your case, the "manager" processor role would have that process available as part of their process group. Check there.

Error in MSS-Create Requisition Request, form ISR_MSSRCF_SRQ3

Hi,
We are trying to configure MSS app, create requisition request using standard adobe form ISR_MSSRCF_SRQ3.
We have configured standard HCM process HR_MSSRCF_REQUISITION for it. When entering all
the mandatory fields in the form and clicking on 'check and send' , it displays an error
"you must enter a requisition title'
although we have already entered req. title in the field.
Anyone faced this issue before?

Hello smit ,
You can find out the enhancement ( BADI defnition ) that corresponds to MSS Requisition request .
Debugging the same will let you know why the error is coming .
You could also be due to config done under MSS -> recruitment.
