RECUPERAR FOTOS BORRADAS

Me robaron el ipad 2 ... y encontramos al ladron, me la devolvió..... pero ya no tiene mis fotos...
puedo recuperarlas?????'

Se me ocurre que si tienes PhotoStream habilitado en iCloud se te hayan salvado algunas. Aqui te explica como verlas en la PC:
¿Cómo veo Mis Fotos en streaming?
En el iPhone, iPad o iPod touch, las fotos aparecerán en la vista Fotos en streaming de la app Fotos. Si utilizas iOS 6 o posterior, puedes encontrar tus fotos pulsando la pestaña Fotos en streaming y después el álbum Mis Fotos en streaming. En iOS 5, tus fotos se guardan en el álbum Fotos en streaming.
En tu Mac, las fotos aparecerán en la vista Fotos en streaming de iPhoto o Aperture. En iPhoto 9.4 o posterior o en Aperture 3.4 o posterior, abre el álbum Mis Fotos en streaming en la vista Fotos en streaming.
En un PC que utilice Windows 8, selecciona Fotos en streaming en la pantalla de Inicio. En un PC que utilice Windows 7 o Vista, haz clic en el botón de inicio de Windows y después haz clic en Imágenes. Haz clic en Fotos en streaming, en el menú Favoritos situado en el panel de la izquierda. Haz doble clic en Mis Fotos en streaming para ver tus fotos.
En un Apple TV, después de conectarte con tu cuenta de iCloud, puedes ver tus fotos seleccionando Fotos en streaming en el menú principal (o bien seleccionando Internet > Fotos en streaming en la actualización de software del Apple TV 5.0).
Obviamente debes tener Photo Stream habilitado ANTES de haber  borrado las fotos.

    Si estuvieran almacenados en el iCloud, todo lo que debes hacer es inicie sesión en su cuenta de iCloud en tu nuevo iPod. Ir a ajustes > iCloud > y sesión la cuenta de iCloud que utilizaste en tu iPod viejo. Si no tienes una cuenta de iCloud, no creo hay alguna forma de recuperar las fotos.
