Recurring Job for Allocation cycle reversal

Dear colleagues,
I want to create a recurring job for FI allocation cycles Reversal but I cannot find any transaction or program that can be executed through the SM36 for such purpose.
The only way to do this reversal is to execute the transcation FAGLGA35 and to navigate to the menu tin order to select the option "-> Reverse".
Has any one of you a tip for that or do you confirm that I need to create a specific program for such requirement?

  • Define back ground job for Maintenance Order Settlement through KO8G

    Hi Experts,
    I need to define back ground job for Maintenance Order Settlement through KO8G transaction code.
    Here are the requirements
    1. The job should run on weekly basis automatically.
    2. The settlement period and posting period should be taken care by the job dynamically. i.e. if the job runs in July, the job should pick up Settlement period and posting period as 7 automatically.
    Kindly let me know the steps to define the back ground job as per above requirement.

    To run the KO8G  each week, the a RECURRING job has to be created.  At my job, Basis/Ops department would create and schedule the job.
    To have the posting periods, dates etc dynamically determined at the time the job runs:
    Create the variant and save.
    In 5.0, KO8G does not save a variant, therefore, go to SE38 and create a variant for program: RKO7KO8G
    When you go to the ATTRIBUTES screen, to add a name and description, you will see a list of all the fields that are part of the selection criteria. 
    For an example, I frequently use the Posting Date. To the right of the screen is a field called Selection Variable, click on the drop box and select D - Dynamic Date Calculation.
    Go to field NAme of variable, click on drop box and select the variable you want.
    Each field has its own list of selection variable and name of variable depending on how it works in the progra.
    If you look at Posting period you will see:
         T: Table Variable from TVARVC
         B: User-defined variables
    I do not know about User defined variables, but for TVARC there is thread that leads to a "how to" blog

    I have created a assessment cycle thru KSU1 where i assigned SKF key , Thru SKF key i have to define allocation numbers with receiver cost centers but  before that i have to set substitution rule for cycle.
    All the common expenses booked under one common cost center
    For eg. Expensed booked in GL series 3 - Common Cost Center
    in Cycle - Assesment CEle start with 9
    In FI - Common Exp GL start with 8
    Above Example , when i run the cycle expenses will be allocated in 8 series with receivers cost center
    Can ny1 suggest me how to do the process,how to define the rule

    This employee cost is getting transferred to copa through assessment in two stages  namely as Direct employee cost and Indirect Employee cost...
    Now the requirement is based on Employee cost (i.e. Direct employee + Indirect employee cost) above said expenses like travel and communication should get allocated to say respective profit center.. please refer the attached working...
    Is it possible to do allocation like this wherein based on one assessment cost value, which is taken as base for allocation of other costs...

    Hi,
    So you mean that you have 1 value field for direct expenses and 1 value field for indirect expenses?
    If this is the case there is not way (automated) I can think about for you to do an allocation based on costs that are already diluated in thes two value fields. Manual calculation and update of SKF could be an option.
    But you could think of rethinking the way you allocate your costs. For example cycle 3 might come earlier in the process and allocate travel, communication into cost centers where you post the employee expenses. then you can allocate employee cost centers to COPA as direct/indirect.

    I need a list of all the reports scheduled. And the recurring jobs specific. I need also al the parameters one needs to fill in the form when scheduling a report (like: every thurstday, next runtime, to emailadress, etc etc).
    BO had the tool instance viewer (?) but info I get is not complete and it's not in excel

    Using function module RK_AL_CYCLE_READ you can read allocation cycles.
    However, you will need additional fm's in order to read the entire cycle data.

  • Asymmetric NAT rules matched for forward and reverse flows - NAT Issue

    Having a problem with a VPN site trying to communicate to a subnet off my ASA 5505.   The network is simple, VPN IPSEC remote site is 192.168.6.0/24 and I can ping and access hosts on 192.168.10.0/24 (called InfraNet).   I am now trying to allow communications between 192.168.6.0/24 (called FD_net) to 192.168.9.0/24 (called Inside)

    I don't see any inspection-commands in your config. Is there a reason for not using any of them?
    If your problem is only with ICMP, then you should enable at least icmp-inspection. You can do that easiely with the legacy command " fixup protocol icmp"

  • CHARM: schedule job for tansport of copies

    Hi Expert,
    I'm working with charm and it work fine but we have an extra effort in order to perform manually the import of transport of copies in the test system. Is It possible to schedule a specific job in the test system  that is able to timport ONLY the transport of copies?

    I am looking for the same feature for UC's. Is there a way to schedule an import job for the transports of UC's on a hourly basis?
    Both the Maintenance Cycle and the Urgent Changes use differenct tasklist variants. The Urgent Change Tasklist Variant does not contain any jobs which can be scheduled.
    Can you please explain how I can make the Maintenance Ccycle import job pick up UC's?
    As you have mentioned I have executed the reports:
    /tmwflow/scma_btch_sync_uc
    /tmwflow/scma_btch_sync_test
    But my hourly report /TMWFLOW/SCMA_TRORDER_IMPORT is only looking for Maintenance Cycle transport and does nothing with UC's.
    Please advise.

You can allocate both plan and actual data. You perform the allocation using the allocation cycle function. It is possible to assess/distribute amounts and quantities according to the following criteria, for example:

    Amounts and quantities of one or more sender objects are distributed to one or more receiver objects, The debit and credit postings for the distribution occur under the original account/original cost element with which the amounts and quantities are posted at the sender.     Assessment
    <b>Assessment</b>The assessment works in the same way as the distribution.     We are executing Planning allocation cycle in FAGLGA4b.
    In allocation cycle we have created, we have given a set in Sender list.
    This set is for 6 port (custom Dimension), numbers are not in range. for e.g. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
    Set is for 1, 3, 5, 7 , 9, 10.
    When we put one value in set say port 1, its working fine. But if we put a range or insert
    Individual ports in each line item, it does not work.

    I just noticed the exact same thing. It turns out that the httpd-ssl.conf file on my system is still the old v2.2 syntax, which means that the SSLMutex directive is still in there. This is an invalid directive after 2.2.
    This is where things get interesting. At first, I simply thought I had forgotten to merge httpd-ssl.conf.pacnew after apache had been upgraded to 2.4. However, when I check my pacman.log, it appears that httpd-ssl.conf was never upgraded when apache went to 2.4 - (2.2.26-1 -> 2.4.7-1). There was never a pacnew file generated to be merged.
    I took a look at the apache package via the abs and the "proper" httpd-ssl.conf is certainly in there, so why pacman never created a pacnew file is a mystery.
    Anyway, to fix this: pull the httpd-ssl.conf from the apache package, either from your cache, using the abs and building it, or (I think) pacman may re-install it if you move the file to a backup location (not sure about this). Then merge your original httpd-ssl-conf with the new one.

    Is there any document or report for assessment and reversed assessment?
    I need to find documentation as a proof for any execution and reversal of assessment, such as journal entry or report line items that is showing debit or credit for the expenses..
    Currently, I can only see actual cost document which shows execution of assessment and an assessment cost element debit and credit in the Cost Center Actual/Plan/Variance report.
    However, when I do reversal at KSU5, in the Cost Center A/P/V report is showing that assessment cost element is still exist (no more debit and credit showing as the result of the reversal), only that the value is now zero.

  • Is there a way to save print job for later?

    Is there a way to have print jobs saved for a later date/time? The only solution I can think of is to save the document/web page/file to a folder (e.g., "print later"). However, I'd rather just be able to hit print and in the print dialogue "send" the job to a print queue that I can open later.
    For the curious, there are two often reoccuring situations where I want to save a print job for later: 1) I work late at night when my family is asleep and my house is not large enough to avoid disturbing their sleep by printing; and 2) I need to print out a 50+ page work document and I don't want to use my home computer to do it.
    I'll appreciate whatever tips, recommendations, thoughts I get.

    the method mentioned by benwiggy will certainly work.  If you want to an option that would give you more options, you could use a PDF Service.  You could then put a specific job on hold while still allowing others to use the printer.
    You can do this by opening AppleScript Editor (/Applications/Utilities).  You can copy and paste the following into an editor window --
    on open printJobs
    tell application "Finder"
    set trapFile to quoted form of POSIX path of (printJobs as string)
    end tell
    set defaultPrinter to do shell script "lpstat -d | awk -F: '{print $2}'"
    do shell script "lpr -P" & defaultPrinter & " -q " & trapFile

    Save the file as an Application.  You can name it something like Hold Print Job.  Then just put it in the PDF Services directory in the Library directory of your Home folder <yourname>/Library/PDF Services.  You may need to make the PDF Services directory as it may not already be there.
    Once the file is in place, you can use it by using the PDF drop down menu at the bottom left of a print window.  That will send the file to the printer and put it on hold.  Others can still use the printer.  You can then print your file whenever you want.  Just open the print queue as mentioned by benwiggy.  Highlight the job that is Paused.  You will see a little curly icon at the very right (looks like a reload icon in a web browser).  Just click that icon and the job will start printing.
