Recurring Marketing Documents not available

Although SBO contains recurring AP and AR documents, they are not available for most country localisations. This is a very common requirement in Australia

Hi Jeffrey,
there are 2 ways with which to achieve recurring marketing documents:
1.) Use the 'Duplicate' functionality.
2.) Use the 'Document Draft' functionality.
Both can be used to easily work with recurring marketing documents.

Link between Service Call and Marketing documents not working

Hello all,
I found a field in Marketing Documents - Rows data - that should be the link between a Service Call and the Marketing Documents.
The field is for example "INV1.isSrvCall" but, even if I create an Invoice from the Service Call, the field will be populated with the value "N".
Dows anyone knows how to make this field work? Or any workarround to make the connection between a Service Call and the generated documents?

The problem with SCL4 is that SAP updates it way too late in the process to be meaningful while in the module. You create a service order, then go into the expense document. That is when we need to know the service call id and the internalsn of the equipment being worked on Only when you get out of the service module do SAP post to SCL4.
The data (before writing to SCL$) exists as a veriable on the original service form. But can we access it from the expense document?
The question is how to access the data (service id) on the original service form from an expense document within the servide module. It is the service form, and that is currently not in focus, so I do not know if you can access it as a varaible, while in the expense document (sales order or invoice) that is in focus.
Can any one help with this/

Attachments in marketing documents not exposed via DI

Marketing Documents have now a new tab called "Attachments". The DI should expose the
functionality to "deal" with those attachments (e.g. Add, Update or Remove an attachment).

IWork documents not available across devices

Documents created with Pages and Keynote from my desktop do not show up in my iOS's view my documents, and vice versa; documents created from my phone do not seem available via iCloud drive or the applications on my desktop.
Everything I can find in Apple's iCloud documentation indicates they are supposed to be. Is this not the case?
(iOS, MacOS, iWork are all running their current versions, iPhone is a 5s running the latest iOS)

Website on Mac Mini Server not accessible. Error 403 index document not available.

Dear all,
I'm trying to host a website on my Mac Mini Server. As far as I can see, my DNS is working correctly. Also my firewall is setup correctly. (I'm hosting another website which works OK). But I setup a new site. Basically a copy of the working site. But this site doesn't reflect an index.htm page. I receive an Error 403 with further information that there is no index document or that the site is secured. There is a contact link on this page directing to my webmaster. So I conclude that something is working, but no index.htm page. Has anyone similar experience? And offcourse a solution?

Launch Terminal.app and issue the commands:
cd /Library/Webserver/Documents/
ls -al
And see if the files are readable by the web server. Here's an example index file listing that's owned by root and with group access for admin folks, and this file is marked as readable and writable for the owner and the group, and is readable for everybody else:
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root admin 5094 Jul 25 2009 index.html
In this configuration, the web server would be using the other access; the web server can read this file, but not write to it. Here is how to duplicate these ownership and access settings on your own index.html file, assuming that you have that file present in the ls listing above, and assuming that you have issued the cd (change default directory) command shown above:
sudo chown root:admin index.html
sudo chmod ug=rw,o=r index.html
You will need to enter your administrative password for the sudo command.
I would very strongly suggest that you start learning some basics of bash and of Apache, because you're going to be needing those skills very soon.

Multiple Profit Centers in Marketing Documents not supported by DI?

Is there a way to do width DI API? Some "workaround"?
DI only show Documents.ProfitCenter and this is mapped to OcrCode in database. I need to set OcrCode2 and OcrCode3 in a delivery notes generated with DI.

Is this for new transactions or existing ones that went thru the 8.8 upgrade? Is this for new BP that the address doesn't show or existing (if you have other transactions with no address problem then it shouldn't be the address format setup unless something happened in the upgrade).

We need help to understand what hapen with the consult of vendor XXXXX
When we consult this vendor on transaction FK10N we see the information detailed on the attached file.
But when I try to do the clearing and try the transaction F-44, the re-document not appear available to do the clearing.
But when I try to do the clear vendor on F-44 the documents ( 4000000419   1700000135 and 1500000456 ) not appear and I not understand why?
But this Document No's are seen in FBL1N as a Open Items and also as a Cleared Items, But not able to see in F-44

I Checked SE11 REGUP table, if the documents You don't see by F-44 are already contained into a payment proposal.
If Yes, You should delete the F110 payment proposal to see them by F-44.
I deleted the payment proposal, even though Iam not able to see the docuements in F-44. what to do?

Problem in converting word to html- file get error msg 'This command is not available because no document is open'

I write the some asp code to save the word file from client machine to server machine , and convert it into the html file.
it working fine when i debug the code into the visual studio but when i deploy code on iis it give me a error 'This command is not available because no document is open' , while i try to save file into html format.
lot of time i try this give all the security full access to iis user and other things .
can any one help me. i fully frustrated from this problem.
my need only upload the word document from client to server machine and convert it into the word document.
only IIS give me the problem, suggest me what setting i need to do in iis

Web service not available in F4 help of document template

Hi ,
I have created a web service using tool WS_DESIGN_TOOL. Its active and status is productive. Now when I am creating document template , I am not able to see this web service in F4. Hence not able to create document template with my web service.
I also tried by copying standard web service and then using it but even that web service is not available in F4.
Do we need to any additional steps so that web service appears in F4 help of document template.

Standard document interface is not available

Hi All,
I am using the method "get_spreadsheet_interface" from class "i_oi_document_proxy" to get the interface from an 2007 Excel File with multiple worksheets. I have successfully opened the file using "open_document" but when I execute the "get_spreadsheet_interface" I got the error "Standard Document Interface is not available". My gui is 710 and the patch level is 21. I would like to ask is there any additional plugin which I have to install?

Status of Document (Release) not available

Hello all,
"Release Status" is not available in the document which is created/changed using CV01N/CV02N transactions.
I have the below customising settings for the document type.
What am I doing wrong? Please suggest.

Hi Ravi,
If you have a predecessor status for 'Released' status, then this status will appear only if you reach the predecessor status in the DIR.
If you are using standard 'DRW' document type, then PR-Checked & AR-Archived are the predecessor statuses for 'Released'.
Check the status graphics on the top right of the second screenshot for details on the status flow.

From what I can see, unless you're doing things with old versions of Xcode on a Mac (in which case, the solution seems to be to upgrade to the latest version), this seems to e an iTunes issue.
Accepting that it works fine with another iPad, I suggest trying the following:
1. Restart the non-working iPad
2. If that doesn't work, reinstall iTunes. If you're on a Windows PC, I suggest using Control Panel to uninstall all the Apple apps, restarting the PC, and doing a fresh install. If you're using a Mac, a repair permissions might help too.
iTunes 10.3 is now available, and that may make a difference.
