Recurring payments through itunes

My son has signed up for something that keeps taking a recurring payment out of my bank of £3.99 per month. I have tried to cancel it umpteen times but it keeps coming out. Can someone please point me in the right direction as to how I can cancel a recurring payment please....

Moved to Adobe Reader for iOS.

I paid for Adobe pro through iTunes got a email conformation. I think I left site to early because I had to update payment info. Never got a code.

I Pd. Got email conformation through iTunes for one year subscription. But I did not not get a code.

Problem with iPod/iCal sync through iTunes.

Hey all.
Okay, I have a 30GB iPod with synchronization between iCal, Address Book, and the iPod through iTunes.
It works - except I have a recurring appointment on Friday nights that shows up as Thursday nights on the iPod calendar.
Any ideas?

i'm not sure if there is any specific methods for India, but as far as I know, if you're not in USA, all you need for Purchasing in iTunes or App Store, is a International Credit Card. Meaning that your card must be allowed for purchases using different currencies.

The rules are straight forward ...
Your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.
"Although you can browse the iTunes Store in any country without being signed in, you can only purchase content from the iTunes Store for your own country. This is enforced via the billing address associated with your credit card or other payment method that you use with the iTunes Store, rather than your actual geographic location."

0.99 promo - paying through iTunes account?? SO LOST please help!

Okay so instead of being smart and reading the info on the app in the iTunes Store first, I frantically looked all over Google before reading (20 minutes later SMH) and seeing where you CAN set up payments through your iTunes account (there is a Spotify god!!) Anyways, I'm wanting to sign up for premium and do the 3 months for 0.99 promo, however whenever I go on the app on my iPad and click subscribe the only option it's giving me is to pay 12.99$ for it, which isn't a big deal but I'd much rather pay the .99 cents until I'm sure I want to commit to paying that monthly for this. Sadly on your browser page it doesn't have the option for iTunes payment under the list of "other payment options" which sucks considering my only payment option at the moment is through my iTunes account :'( I hope there's some way around this to where I can still pay the promo price through the actual app with my iTunes, I'm so over Pandora and how annoying it is when it constantly skips and shuts off for no reason and I'm dying to get this premium started so I never have to handle that horrid excuse of an app anymore!!! PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!!!!

and fill out the contact form. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community boards reply back to that email, even if it is from a noreply and a customer support rep will get with you shortly. And see if the CS team have an idea how you can take advantage of that promotion.

How do recurring payments work with payment gateway provider?

I've setup PayPal Website Payments Pro for Consolidated Billing and been asked a question about "reference payments" by PayPal.
When a person purchases a recurring product in a BC shop OR "upgrades / pushes live" their BC site; how does the recurring payment get collected?
Which of the following does BC perform:
OPTION 1: Send a request to payment gateway to ask them to setup recurring payment to the client who's just made a payment; using the gateway's own engine.
OPTION 2: BC automatically recharges the client for the next period via a single automated payment using a 'credit card token', through the payment gateway. i.e. not using recurring payment facility on gateway own engine.
If it is OPTION 2, my understanding is that this is a 'reference payment' and we need to inform PayPal that this needs to be made available on our account.

Hi Mike,
As long as the gateway is on our approved list to handle recurring within BC it would fall under option 2. If the product or item incurs a cycle type requiring recurring billing BC will take the client transaction token and will re-initiate billing based on the recurring cycle in which the gateway will process.

Want to cancel Spotify Premium Subscription Through iTunes.

I accidentally subscribed through iTunes and would like to cancel it but it won't let me. It is my first time subscribing. I want to subscribe through Spotify.
I went to the Subscription & Payment section but I don't see a Cancel Subscription button. Also when I try to Update Details for payment, the page just refreshes when I click the button.
Please help me figure out how to fix this problem.

If you don't see a cancel option,
You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.
To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

Netflix on Apple TV 3. Without payment via Itunes?

I've got an Apple TV 3 and want to use Netflix on it. But can i also use this without payment via Itunes?

I cant think of any reason why not- I use a Netflix account on my ATV that isn't associated with my iTunes account in any way; or any iTunes account for that matter. I signed up for Netflix thru Netflix.com before I had Apple TV, and when I got my ATV and set it up for the first time I just entered in my Netflix info and have remained logged in ever since. My debit card is still charged monthly by Netflix; not by iTunes. Thats the great thing about apple TV- you buy the box, and from there you are not committed to any charges or fees through iTunes unless you buy something through your iTunes account via your ATV.

When I sync my iPod to my MacBook through iTunes new events do not show up and old events are not deleted. I am using Snow Leopard and not iSync.

I am using Snow Leopard on a MacBook. I have an iPod touch 3G. I do not use iSync it Mobile Me. When I sync my iPod through iTunes new events on my iPod do not show up on my Mac and old events do not delete. I have read help instructions that include deleting the data on the iPod. The iPod has the correct data and the Mac does not so I have not followed those instructions. I need help as the only reason I bought the Mac was to be able to sync, back up, view and print my calendar. Currently it is useless. If only Apple could have learned from the elegance of the Palm software.

Yes it is done through iTunes. The iPhone will never show up in Finder as a device.
