Recycle bin old app

I recently got a new pc (windows 7 64 bit).  On this machine, I cannot find old version of apps in recycle bin after the sync.
My understanding is that the previous version of apps are supposed to be in the recycle bin when you sync after updating apps.  And I usually store them from the recycle bin in case I need to downgrade on the old pc (windows XP).
Do you guys know where they go or if I need to do something for this on the new computer?
Thanks all in advance.

You use the app to track the phones from your phone or a computer. The app does NOT need to be installed on the phone in order for it to be tracked.
In order to track the phone, just go Settings>iCloud and enable Find My iPhone.
You may also want to enable restrictions and select "Don't Allow Changes" in the Location Services and/or Accounts sections. That will prevent them from shutting off Find My iPhone.
Keep in mind that the phone must have an internet connection for Find My iPhone to work. The phone must be on wifi or cellular data.

    Why is it that every time I reboot my computer I have to reload a new library since my old one is in the recycle bin.

    Well I just recently downloaded the application "Whatsapp" again after I synced my new iPhone 5 to my computer and it wasn't there. So I actually went into the app store and downloaded it from that again. It didn't make me pay the .99 cents as before though. Maybe because I was already in the system. This has really agrovated me, because none of my friends that use "Whatsapp" with thier iPhones experience this problem.
    Someone help please!

  • LG App Uninstall "Recycle Bin" Sound and SMS Pop Up Missing

    I have recently noticed 2 things:
    1:  When an app is uninstalled via drag and drop to the notification bar, the "crumpled paper" Windows PC Recycle Bin sound is now gone.
    2:  No matter what I check, stock SMS will no longer Pop Up on the display.  Notification bar ticker works fine.
    LG G2 VS98039A
    Android 5.0.2
    Neither are overly important, but it is a quirk I noticed.  The sound shouldn't be able to be modified or deleted since it is part of the stock image/ROM.
    As far as the pop-up...I have no idea.

    I noticed something different also. The edit photos feature used to have to access from the menu, now its from a little pencil symbol above the picture. And it used to have like 2 different apps to choose from for editing, now there is only 1. The whole camera/editing/etc was one of the reasons I bought the G2. This is a step backwards in my opinion.

  • I deleted some apps on accident, went to my recycle bin and saw they were in there so i restored them, but now i can't find them. Did i totally lose them?

    I deleted some apps on accident. I went to my recycling bin and saw them in there. I tried to restore them thinking that they would just reappear on itunes, but they didn't. Is there a way i can get them back or did i completely lose them?

    Which idiot at apple decided this was intuitive?
    I too have lost months of work, because when Notes started to mysteriously appear in Mail, I deleted them (That makes sense doesn't it? - Its not MAIL) Why would any one then setup the best OS in the world to delete the actual notes (from within Mail) in the application you created them in???? with no warning and no backup. Months of work, instantly destroyed. This is why i pay the Apple prices!!
    If Jobs was still around, heads would roll.

  • Indentify deleted (recycle bin) items in SP10/13

    I'm trying to find all documents on a sharepoint server, including the ones that are in the recycle bins.
    At the moment I'm using the following to find all items in the document libraries
    foreach (SPWebApplication app in SPWebService.ContentService.WebApplications) {
    foreach (SPSite site in app.Sites) {
    foreach (SPWeb web in site.AllWebs) {
    foreach (SPList list in web.Lists) {
    if (list is SPDocumentLibrary) {
    foreach (SPListItem item in list.Items) ...
    and accordingly for finding all items in the recycle bins:
    foreach (SPWebApplication app in SPWebService.ContentService.WebApplications) {
    foreach (SPSite site in app.Sites) {
    foreach (SPWeb web in site.AllWebs) {
    SPRecycleBinItemCollection recycleBinItems = web.RecycleBin;
    foreach (SPRecycleBinItem recycleItem in recycleBinItems)
    This gives me all the documents, BUT since a recycle item has another ID/GUID then a list item I am unable to identify the recycle bin items since identifying them with their title is not enough for me.
    Is there any way to access their previous GUID without restoring them or searching them differently to get the GUID directly?

    There is such property as LeafName in SPRecycleBinItem, which is the same as earlier
    Id in SPListItem for files (not for folders). If SPListItem was a file, then its LeafName would be "id" + "_.000" after deleting; If SPListItem was a folder, then its LeafName would be earlier Name of SPListItem.

  • Ipod touch will not sync old apps

    My ipod touch (2nd Generation) won't sync old apps after a reset. Itunes claims the apps are no longer compatible with my device, why is that? I can only guess that they apps were updated beyond my ipods ability.

    Many developers when they updated their apps to support iOS 5 and 6 dropped compatibility for iOS 4.2.1 and earlier.
    Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.

  • Deleted items not going to recycle bin.

    Whenever I delete something from my iTunes library, I get the popup asking if I want to move it to the recycle bin or leave the file on the computer, and I always click on the button to move it to the recycle bin.
    And it never does. It just leaves everything in the hard drive.
    Since I watch a daily vlog as a video podcast, this can add up to some serious hard drive space wasted in short order.
    I've drilled down to the folder for that in my iTunes folder, and sure enough there was the last episode I had just removed.
    It'll be a major pain to sort through and delete the items I've removed, but not the ones I'm saving, and am wondering if there is a way to fix iTunes to work properly, like it did on my old Mac, rather than having to navigate my way through the iTunes folder every time I don't want to save something I've just played the one time I downloaded it for.

    Hello klep:
    I have seen this before but, of course, I do not remember the solution.
    Try a couple of things:
    Run permission repair.
    Restart your computer (if you have not already done so).
    Trash the finder preference file (com.apple.finder.plist) and restart.

  • I cant download a new tv episode because itunes says the disk is full that it is being stored on....however when I deleted many shows from my library it still will not download.....I went to my desktop and tried to empty my recycle bin and the empty recyc

    I cant download onto my computer an episode I purchased because when I hit download it says that the disk I am attempting to tranfer to is full.....however iy had no problem down loading another show....(Jon Stuart) So I went to my library where I see my shows stored and deleted MANY and when I tried again to download ---I got the same message to full......I tried to empty the recycle bin on my desktop thinking it was holding too much but the choice to empty is not darkened so it will not empty....can ANYONE help?

    Therefore, t there any way to just completely delete all the old backup data out of my Time Capsule from my prior Mac Laptop?
    Here is how to do this:
    Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
    Click Manual Setup
    Click the Disks icon at the top of the AirPort Utility window
    Click the Disks tab below the icons
    Click Erase
    The "Quick Erase" option will only take a moment or two
    Now you can backup your MacBook Pro. If you connect an Ethernet cable from the MBP to one of the LAN <-> ports on the TC, the first backup will go 3-5 times faster than wireless.
    Once you have the first backup done, you can use wireless for subsequent backups since they will only take a few minutes

  • HT1364 help I just completed this task to free up my hard disc and be able to upgrade my iTunes but when I re-opened iTunes it is a blank new account! When I copied the iTunes file to the recycle bin it made me effectively empty as I copied over as it was

    Hey can someone help???
    I just completed this task (support.apple.com/kb/HT1364) moving my music to an external HD to free up my PC hard disc and all went well until I re-opened iTunes and it is a blank new account!
    I also don't can't access anything from the recycle bin as when I copied the iTunes file to the recycle bin it said it was too large to copy over so made me effectively empty as I copied over as it was so big.
    Any help gratefully recieved or where I can get some, I am going round in circles. I also don't know which itunes operating system I have, it is around 3 years old.

    hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music'  then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

  • Deleted podcasts won't go to the recycling bin

    I'm running the newest version of iTunes, freshly installed, in Windows 7. Most of my podcasts come from a backup that I dragged and dropped into my iTunes folder. I've done this before without any issues. However, now whenever I try to delete a podcast that I haven't recently downloaded, it will give me a dialog stating that the podcast won't sync if I delete it, and then the buttons "Delete Podcast" and "Cancel" Rather than the "Keep File" "Remove to Recycling Bin" and "Cancel" that I'm used to. Deleting does not send the podcast into the recycling bin as it is supposed to and as it used to, however; it instead keeps the podcast in the same file and removes the instance from iTunes. I don't want to have to delete every file twice. Selecting all files and clicking on Allow Auto Delete changed nothing. Repairing my install of iTunes did not change anything. It seems as though all other instances of this issue are many years old. Assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Right-click on your main iTunes folder and click Properties, then go to the Security tab and click Advanced. If necessary grant your account and system full control to this folder, subfolders and files, then tick the option to replace permissions on child objects which will repair permissions throughout the library. This is the XP dialog but Windows 7 shouldn't be too different.

    it seems that the problem is related to COMMON variables, as they are strangely declared, but as i said before, it's a "commercial" app, even if this is the responsibility of the customer to recompile it.
    What we observed is that, before entering into a function, a variable decalred in a COMMON has a correct value, but in the function, it contains NaN. In the earlier releases, according to the official docs, developers used to use sun compiler, so my guess is that something has changed in Sun f77 since the old times?
    i gave a try with old workshop WS6.u2, the program failed too, but i'm unable to generate a core or to tell the debugger to stop where the error occured:

  • Where is the recycle bin on the ipod touch?

    i've heard that there is a recycling bin on the ipod touch and first of all, if there is one, where is it, and secondly, is it true that if i delete the files in it, i can restore some space on the ipod cause i dont understand why, but my ipod's almost full, but even though i deleted most of my apps and stuff, its still almost full... thanks for your consideration.

    As already stated there is no recycle bin...

    disaster, thanks firefox 1 year of photos lost

    Thanks for the obvious question. I mean it. The very same thought came to me this morning and, sure enough, I had booted into another drive--my old one that, of course, had the old desktop, etc.
    It didn't dawn on me that this was the case since I hadn't set it as a boot drive but I guess in the course of all the restarts I did, it got switched.
    I'm back to normal again.

  • Can't DELETE W8.1 Recycle Bin

    Hi, when I tried to delete the contents of the Recycle Bin on my 1 year old HP W8.1 system, I selected ALL and the icons were hi-lited, I then selected Delete and noticed that Delete icon was "lighted out" (i.e. unusable/unavailable)
    so I tried to manual delete just one of files in the Recycle Bin by selecting it and then clicking Delete but nothing happened so I would appreciate HELP as to how to delete (clear, clean,...) the recycle Bin on a W81. system?
    Thanks,
    Bob

    That setting I identified just is intended to make the Recycle Bin show on your desktop so you can then right-click
    it and choose Empty.
    Am I suppose to Right Click on Desktop Icon Settings? If so, NOTHING happens when I right click on ANY of the Desktop Icon Settings
    (My Computer, USER, Network, Recycle Bin(Full) and Recycle Bin(Empty).  Matter of fact, I don't remember ever seeing TWO Recycle Bin icons (Full and Empty).
    Did you check
    the box next to the bin?  And if so, did it show up on your desktop?
    What box next to the bin Noel?  Desktop Icons Settings does not have a box next to the Recycle Bin icons and $recycle.bin.cdf-ms cdoesn't
    have a box next to it either
    Thanks Noel

  • Basic of recycle bin

    Dear Experts,
    can you please clarify on this, as you know,in oracle 10g there is a new feature recycle bin, in my database having table with morethan 50Gb of size, if i dropped that particular table that can be restored from recycle bin, can you please explain how recycle bin manage huge size of table objects in that area. i searched some where i couldnt get functionality of recycle bin, where we have to assign the space for holdeing the huge size of tables in recycle bin. in case that recylce bin space is exceeded how we can flashback that dropped tables,? if it is in flashback recovery area, or db_recovery_file_dest_size=10G is low compared to actual table size how it will work? please explain this. apologies if this is a basic question, thanks in Advance.

    Hi,
    What the drop do, is really just renaming the table in the database, not deleting the data from the tablespace.
    Given that, "undropping" a table is just giving the table back it's old name. If you start adding objects into the tablespace that contains a dropped table, oracle will sooner or later start allocation extents that belongs to the dropped table. Once this happens, you're no longer able to "undrop" the table.
    More specific:
    Oracle will leave objects in the recyclebin until the tablespace runs out of space, or until you hit your user quota on the tablespace. At that point, Oracle purges the objects one at a time, starting with the ones dropped the longest time ago, until there is enough space for the current operation. If the tablespace data files are AUTOEXTEND ON, Oracle will purge recyclebin objects before it autoextends a datafile.
