Red Line When Rendering

I have a 30 second LT project using an Oval Lower Third Graphic, a Text Track, and 4 effects. When I select Play, the Playhead advances into the red area on the timeline, trailing green. But the Red keeps extending in front of the Playhead indefinitely, and the area that was previously green reverts to red as the Playhead moves forward.
Is this normal?

I think I can chalk this up to not understanding how to properly select my project properties. I was using Custom Preset 1920X1080 29.97 fps and an HD Business Lower Third Template. I re-did it using HDV 720p30 Project Properties with the same template and now it seems to render as it should. Sorry, still learning. When completed, I will import this title sequence into an FCE HD project that will be burned in Blu-ray format. I hope I am on the right track.

when you receive messages (mail / sms / mms / pin), you have two kinds of messages : the normal ones and the Level-1 messages. You can configure your Blackberry to add colored stripes for Level-1 messages. Mine are yellow for PIN/SMS/MMS messages for instance.
to make PIN messages as Level-1 messages from other messages, from the home screen :
messages application >> hit menu key >> options >> General Options >> Make PIN Messages Level 1
for the rest, there are options, but I forgot where (désolé).

Two clips that are overlaid creates white line when rendered

In Final Cut Pro 7, I have copied a clip on top of itself in the timeline.
- The clip on top was then moved to the right so that the clip below would be seen slightly ( I needed a way to scoot the subject over while preserving the background on the left side. It is a black and white image over a flush gray background).
- When the clips are renderd, a white vertical line appears between the two clips
- The white line remains when exporting, and remains when it is uploaded to vimeo
- I need it to be gone! It is not there before rendering the timeline, but appears afterward!!!

What happens if you crop the right image a bit more? Does the line show up?

SVG files have transparent lines when rendered on web?

Hello. I have an SVG of a logo.
it looks fine in Adobe Illustrator, but when I input the SVG code somewhere in the web, I get a result that looks like this:
As you can see, there are transparent lines running where there is a new shape. I've made sure the shapes are connected though. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have just recreated your logo quickly and basically created all gradient shapes with an over hang then masked them all with the triangular shape. This way if you leave it all overlapping then you get rid of the gaps that appear in the svg when you export out.

Do i have to render the red line before i burn to DVD

I have a finished wedding film and needed a couple of adjustments in the speeches sequence after watching the DVD. The trouble is because of all the effects and neat video i am having a big long red line when i only changed a couple of things, i now have to wait a day to render again. Is this necessary? Surely there must be a work around.. Steve UK

You dont need to render that is just for previewing.
For exporting to dvd you do not use the preview files.

I'm using FCE 4.0.1 and am getting red line and beeps when trying to apply Audio Filters. I have rendered the files. No problems with audio otherwise.

Just as a point of clarification, you stated that you were "getting red line and beeps when trying to apply Audio Filters" Did you mean when you applied audio filters? Or just when you were trying to apply them?
What is the format, sampling rate and bit depth of the audio? Does it happen just with certain filters or with any filters applied?

I'm afraid you'll have to get the phone serviced, dropping the phone must have damaged additional parts inside the phone.
But Apple will not service the phone anymore, opening the phone and replacing the battery should only be done by authorized personal, not by users.
You'll have to look for a 3rd party repair shop and see if they can fix this, sorry.

When opened, my image appears black with a few red lines at the top, yet the thumbnail looks as it should be. How do I fix this?

Make sure you has the latest Windows Device driver for your display adapted from its manufacturer's web site installed on your system. Perhaps you updated the device driver with a Microsoft Windows Update. Microsoft update does not always install the correct update needed fpr Phoroshop.

Why does a red line is appearing when generating a pdf file from illustrator?

I create my slide using illustrator (from CS2 to CS5) and when I save the file in pdf format, a red line is being created around the rectangle border of the silde.
I don't know how it was generated and what to do to remove it.
I need help please.

If the center portion of the monitor is flickering then your GPU on the logic is bad or (unlikely given this symptom) that your monitor cable is pinched/damaged.
**Imediately backup ALL your important data while you can still see things on the monitor

perform SMC reset just to check:

You can find the correct spelling in the Apple dictionary. Just add the correct spelling & delete the error.

What are the reasons for this line in the .mov and how do I fix them?
Is it the shadow effect on the actual slide canvas?

CS5.5: timeline rendered, but still "red line"?

I rendered the timeline with a nested timeline over night (> 10 h rendering time for 30 minutes video) to work with it in a smooth way, the folder "Adobe Premiere Pro Preview Files" contains a renderd file with 16 GB -- but there is still a "red line" in the timeline!
But why? 10 hours for nothing? Grr....

What is your brand/model graphics adapter, and the device driver version?
IF you have nVidia... the driver version
Right click in any open area of the Windows desktop
Select NVIDIA Control Panel from the popup window
Select SYSTEM INFORMATION at the lower left corner
Driver version should be the 1st line in Details
I have a GTX285 using driver 296.10 and Win7
