Hello to the MSI forums! This is my first time asking this forum for help, and I kind of have no idea as to which category my problem is, but it does involve a graphics card. Also please be kind
On to the problem, I recently purchased two MSI GTX 980's, I've also recently learned that you can redeem one free Ubisoft game per purchase of a qualified graphics card and all you need to do is register them with MSI.  Now I have successfully redeemed one card, but the second card won't let me redeem it    The error on the page is "Redeem error, please content us".  So I did, but I'm a little anxious since the closing date for qualifying for the "pick your path" bundle is almost here   
Any help will be appreciated!

    You can perform steps from beginning one more time.
    1 )Open Control Panel and Navigate to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features .
    Under Program and Features list , locate Adobe Creative Cloud and uninstall the same.
    2) Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.
    Open Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
    3) Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.
    Open Adobe folder and if present delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder.
    4) Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.
    Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.
    appdata
    Then navigate to Local>Adobe.
    Open Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
    Important :  Disable AntiVirus and Firewall temporarily.
    Click on the below link and download Creative Cloud setup file and use the same to install the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

    Once the installation process is completed, try loading Apps tab and check,
    Still face same issue , create new Admin account on your Windows computer and launch Creative Cloud desktop app and try loading Apps list.

    As frequent customer buying iTunes Gift Card, I would appreciate your kind clarification on below points, for my best reference:
    - I'm using Apple ID Canada and playing a game (i.e. Clash of Clans from http://www.supercell.net) which identifies each game account by their GameCenter account. Hence in case of using only this Apple ID, for how many account game I can buy in-app purchases?

    Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.

  • IPMA Assistant Console: “System Error: Please contact Administrator”

    Version of CCM used 4.1(3)sr2
    I have setup a 2:1 (manager (lukes & hans) : assistant(leiao)) IPMA shared line config for the first time (successfully setup 1:1 shared line configs before) and once the assistant loads IPMA Assistant Console (IPMA AC) on PC1, enters her IPMA AC credentials, click OK the assistant gets the following error message “System Error: Please contact Administrator”. I can confirm that IPMA AC works on PC1 (XP Pro SP2 Windows FW disabled) as other 1:1 assistants can log into IPMA AC successfully. leiao also gets the same message when she logs into PC2 (XP Pro SP2 Windows FW disabled) and PC3 (XP Pro SP2 Windows FW disabled ) that have IPMA AC installed. From a telephony point of view all IPMA setups (1:1 & 2:1) work as expected its just IPMA AC doesn't work for 2:1 IPMA shared line setups.
    I have deleted lukes, hans and leiao device user profile and user profile, restarted the Tomcat IPMA service and re-created the profiles and still the same problem. In desperation I have even rebooted the CCM Pub & Sub and still leiao gets the message above.

    I have noticed looking at the IPMA Service trace logs on CCM that CCM recognises leiao user as a ProxyLineAssistant instead of a SharedLineAssistant like all other 1:1 assistants?? I setup the managers and assistants in the 2:1 config the same as 1:1 shared line config but CCM appears to think that leiao is a ProxyLineAssistant??
    Does anyone have any hints or tips on how to solve this, any further info required please let me know :-)

    delete the old assistant (DWAssist). Remove it from the manager's IPMA configuration and substitute it with a new assistant (DWAssist1). After reconfiguring IPMA accordingly, restart tomcat services

I have contacted to apple support (he is Kretz) 2 times but it isn't fixed. I hope that time will be success, it will be fixed by you or you can guide me how to fix it.

    You can NOT unlock it. Only the carrier it is locked to can legally authorize unlocking it and the Japanese carriers will not do so.
    In order to be using it previously with a non Japanese carrier, the phone had to be hacked to illegally unlock it.  You can not get help here.
    Buy a new phone you can use.

    Since the issue is intermittent, we need to look at Windows Event Viewer on the BO Server to get detail information.
    Also, could you please confirm if this issue happening with a particular report or does it happen with several reports ?

    We have changed the CC on file recntly.  I have verified that the info is correct, the balance is fine CVV is correct.  I even purchased  gift card through iTunes and entered it.  It shouws the $20 for the GC but still gives the erro when I attempt to buy anything (Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction.)
