The customer support call wait time is a joke. I've been waiting for over 1-hour now, not sure it will ever connect a real person.
The title says it all. My account clearly says that my subscription expires on Jan. 9th 2015 but only find "Download Trial". Or Creative Cloud launcher lets me use Trial version and the stupid app is encouraging me to subscribe and pay. I'VE JUST PAID $600!! If I launch one of the software it says Sign in Required and will sign in with my account but then it only shows options "License This Software" or "Start Trial". If I select "License This Software" then it asks serial number...why...I have the subscription already..
I tried logout and re-login.
Please help.

Switching on this morning, the issue seems to have disappeared/rectified, without my having to do or check anything.

I have the same problem. It says trial is expired, so I select the "sign in now" button. After sign in, it comes up with a place to enter a serial number. The only two other options are "back" and "next".

Why can I only access the trial version of InDesign CC

I converted my purchased version of CS6 to a cloud account earlier this year, and I just went to upgrade to the CC version of InDesign but it's only allowing me access to the trial version or asks me for a serial number, which doesn't seem to exist for creative cloud. If I'm paying for the creative cloud, shouldn't I be able to install the latest version of the apps?

You will have to close firefox.exe with the Windows Task Manager from the "Processes" tab of the WTM since you don't have a widow to close.
The best way to close Firefox is through File > Exit, for those who stuck with the "Firefox" button click on the Firefox button then Exit. It is not perfect but it is a lot better than just closing the window with the "X" in the upper right corner

Pretty soon the trial version of 9 that I installed pops up telling me it has expired but it would take me to a way to buy a valid serial number and then 8 stops working again. I’d be happy if the 8 I paid for worked right or I could get 9 for a small cost but I cannot afford $450 or $20/month. I need a permanent solution that I should be already paid for with 8 pro.

After multiple repair procedures with reboot in AA8 I was eventually able to restore the printing to pdf function from various software. However I have again lost my Acrobat tab in Outlook 2007. I need that back, but today an even bigger problem arose. AA8 has stopped printing to fax. It faxes a blank page. The only fax printing option is “Microsoft Shared Fax Driver”. My fax software is “Windows Fax and Scan” and it was working fine just a couple weeks ago. My OS is Windows 7 Professional.

We are using Flex SDK 3.5 and using eclipse to build the war in order to make it automation compatible , Right now we tried with Premium version of Flex Builder 4.5 eclipse plugging to build and make application automation capable. But we are facing issues in terms of license , After deploying the automation compatible build we are getting error message "License not present. With the trial version only limited replays are allowed".
Previously we are using Flex Builder 4.0 and everything was working fine .
Is Flex Builder 4.5 doesn't support SDK 3.5 ?

with trial version (FB basic) you can record/replay only 30
script lines. You need to buy FB pro license to remove this

User with an active Adobe ID on a paid subscription, tries to open InDesign CC and is prompted with a Login screen for the "trial version".

The user had the program open earlier today. But now, she can't open the program and gets prompted with the login screen. I don't want her to login as it mentions the "trial version" of the software. We have a paid subscription.
The application opens successfully on other work stations.
I am running the Adobe CC Installer update on her machine now.
Why did her login suddenly become deactivated?

Thanks but I had already read this, and it was no help at all. Under the Summary tab, "Options", there is no check-box to manually manage my stuff. I suspect this is because it is a 2nd gen iPod, with ONLY manual management. The only way to delete my stuff seems to be to reset the entire device.
I like to listen to podcasts. What is particularly frustrating is that the 4th gen shuffle CANNOT play podcasts, but ONLY music, which I discovered after a lot of research and multiple visits to an Apple store. So I have to resort to an older version of the shuffle to play podcasts And now with the latest version of iTunes there seems to be no way to delete any podcasts on the older version.
