Redemption code already redeemed

I am trying to redeem a redemption code for school-issued Adobe Creative Cloud, but it tells me the code has already been redeemed.
I only installed it on one office computer---Can't it be used on two?
And, either way, the computer I installed it on was destroyed in a water main break on 1/15. Can I re-download the program?

do you have a cc subscription?

Ask whom/wherever you got the redemption code from for one that has not already been used.

I Have this same problem and I live in the US. Really want this app. Will be so disappointed if I miss out on the free goodness. Apple please provide a fix, im on iOS8.1 and iphone 6 plus

Why does my up-to-date program code say that it has already been redeemed?

We are a users forum. You are not speaking to Apple here. We can't give you another code. You will have to email the address from which the code came to ask for another one provided they will give you another one.
In the future you should not post your redemption code.

Configurator - "Redemption code already used."

I have about 500 Apple devices that I sync with configurator. Yesterday we deployed some new apps to about 60 of them. The problem is that about 5 of the devices get the yellow triangle error sign. When moused over, this message says "No more redemption codes are available. This code has already been used. Each code may only be used once." The problem is, I have no way to identify which of the 30 or so apps we have on these devices is causing the problem. I went down the entire list of apps, and none of them show 0 redemption codes available. Other than that, is there any way to determine which app is causing this error?

No worries, yyy. I've submitted a request on your behalf for a replacement content code, and you should be receiving that shortly via email. Please bear in mind that it isn't necessary to submit an additional claim for the "OS X Up-to-Date" program.
They "haven't been valid for use in Mac App Store", but they're "sending another"......

Yosemite download code already redeemed??

I received my Yosemite download redemption code and it took me to the app store and then said the code had already been used. I tried refreshing to webpage for a new code (as some websites said that would work) to no avail. Can anyone help with this issue????

Hi there. I had the same issue, but once i opened AppStore application on my Mac and click Purchases - i found Yosemite link there. Please check, this should help you.

I purchased a redemption code and redeemed it but creative cloud will only let me download free trials

I purchased a redemption code from the school that I work at (I'm staff that will be using the programs to work from home.) I followed the links provided and entered the redemption code which brought me to download the creative cloud desktop app. After I signed in I wasn't able to do anything but download free trials even though I paid for access to the entire creative suite. Any ideas on how to fix this?

VPP Redeem codes already redeemed?

We have a 400 iPad deployment in school and we have purchased app codes through the VPP program.
Many students run into a problem. They go through the process of redeeming the code, tap redeem, but nothing happens.
They try later again, but they get the message that the code was redeemed. There is no app in the iPad and the redeeming doesn't seem to register in the App store.
Any pointers would be welcome since we are at a loss.

Find redemption code used for movie

I used a redemption code to redeem a movie on itunes. I didn't realize till after I threw out the code that I could also redeem it for ultraviolet as well. Is there a way to find the code I used to redeem the movie via my itunes account?

The tcode VA05 is customizable and you can add also your own fields if these doesn't exist. Firtst see what program is under the tcode (you should expect the SAPMV75A).
After you have take this information go to the customizing via the path:
SPRO -> F5 -> Sales and Distribution -> Sales -> Lists -> Define Selection Criteria.
If you add your field in this catalog, then this field should be a selection criteria in your list.
Now just to populate the list with data, you should implement a user exit:
SPRO -> F5 -> Sales and Distribution -> System modifications -> User exits in Sales -> User exits for Lists .
There you should find documentation for the right user exit and which communication structures you should enhance. ie the structure VBMTV has an include, theVBMTVZ.

Yosemite redemption key already used

Hello!
Today when i tried to download OS X yosemite, when i opened Mac App Store by clicking the link in the osx yosemite beta guide sent by mail - the redemption key were automaticly filled in, but already used? I can't proceed to download because my key is already used... Does anyone else have similar problems or a way to solve it?

I just bought a new MBP to take on the road. I already have an iMac, with Yosemite PB2 on it (runs great.) I need to put Yosemite on the MBP too but am getting the "redemption code already used" error. I've tried the so-called "fix" of refreshing the redemption code page and logging out of the App Store etc. but it does not work. When I do the refresh I get a white screen for appleseed.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/redemption (everything after .com is grayed out.)
The MBP is virgin, brand new, top of the line. I have done almost nothing with it except open Safari and try to download Yosemite. This should not be happening! Have left a trouble ticket with Apple Support but I fly on Thursday (today is Tuesday) and I need to get this fixed -- I can't restore files from my LaCie backup onto the MBP because the OSs are different. As a last resort I suppose I could restore Mavericks on the iMac then do another full backup to the Lacie then restore to the MBP, but I don't want (and shouldn't have) to do that.

You don't say which film you're struggling to download, I had problems with a-team and I ended up emailing the address on the leaflet, turns out they had a lot of problems with people's codes, they then gave me a new code to use! I have now managed to get the film downloaded?

I would suggest you to sign in with your Adobe ID during installation and your product will automatically recognize your membership details.

I just purchased an access key from my school's website to regain access to my creative cloud, which I had also purchased through my school. My subscription had expired by my school offered the access key extend the subscription. I was given a redemption code but when I tried to use it, I got a message saying the code had already been redeemed. I was not given a serial number. Where do I go from here?

You'll need to head back to the folks that dealt you the redemption code.
