Redemption Code has already been redeemed

I just purchased an access key from my school's website to regain access to my creative cloud, which I had also purchased through my school. My subscription had expired by my school offered the access key extend the subscription. I was given a redemption code but when I tried to use it, I got a message saying the code had already been redeemed. I was not given a serial number. Where do I go from here?

    Thank you for ordering a PlayStation Network currency card from Best Buy's eBay store.  I am sorry to hear of the trouble you have had with it when you recently attempted to use it.
    While I recognize this may not be what you were hoping to hear, I regret to inform you that Best Buy is unable to support currency cards after they have been sold.  After we activate the cards for use we have no way to verify if or when they ever are, as this information is only available to the company for which the currency card is sold.  In this case that is Sony and PSN.  If there was anything that could be done, it would need to be from Sony.  In this case it sounds like they are likewise taking the stance that they cannot verify who was authorized to use the code so they do not provide support either.
    I am sorry there is not something else we can do.  Please let us know if you have any additional questions in the future.

  • Can't download to a new computer? Getting message this code has already been redeemed.

    I switched to a new laptop and when I tried to redownload creative cloud I was unable to get my full version back. When I try to redeem and download I get an error message. The most it let me do was run a 30 day trial for each program to get by. This worked fine on my old computer- I have a full subscription to Creative Cloud that was complementary of my design school and includes all features in their full versions.

    I redeemed my code using my employer's Adobe ID, but there were already two other machines that had licensed other software (we licensed two subscriptions for Adobe Illustrator) - now I am unable to register my copy or get the code...

    I would suggest you to sign in with your Adobe ID during installation and your product will automatically recognize your membership details.

    use the desktop app to install your subscribed programs.

    It wont even accept my icoke pins! when I enter them (and there are two on the inside of the cap) it says its an invalid pin..  Other places online says this offer expired March 31, but on the bottle cap it says 12/31/2011  so I dont understand,.  Why do you offer a free itune when one cant access it?

    I recently bought a £15 ituens gift card for my partner. Since she is not too savvy with itunes, I went on to her account to redeem it for her. I scratched off the panel and entered the code into the correct box on itunes and was told "the gift certificate or card you have entered has already been redeemed".
    I took the card back to Morrisons Supermarket in Guiseley where I had bought it and was told that since Morrisons only sell gift cards on behalf of iTunes and receive a commission, that they could do nothing and I had to take the problem up with iTunes.
    Well, dealing with iTunes is no easy thing. I finally found what I thought was the right area on the website and was directed to send an email. I did this, but the chap I got through to seemed to think I had a problem with my iTunes software or that I didn't know how to redeem the card. I tried my best - over several emails - to get through to him that the problem was with the gift card code and that they may have been hacked. It would be very easy for them to find out that a) I wasn't the one who had redeemed the code and b) who the culprit was due to the fact they would know whose iTunes account the code had been credited to. I got nowhere, the chap sent me a link to "account security" and told me to phone them even though it was not possible to get a phone number from the link he sent me.
    So, I got back in touch with Morrisons customer complaints and basicaaly told them that as far as I was concerned they were selling faulty goods on behalf of another company and that they should at least try and help me out with iTunes. I have since received an email from Morrisons asking for all the details of the card so they can look into it. iTunes - meanwhile - have stopped replying to my emails and I am now being completely ignored by them.
    Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know where I stand and how I can either get my money back or get the funds put on to my partners iTunes account?

    Not likely you'll get a "history" but Apple should be able to resolve the problem.

    If you have already purchased it on your iphone, and it simply wasn't able to download, then open itunes on your computer and click Store>Check for Available Downloads

    Have you checked the account's purchase history to see if anything could have used up the balance : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
    If there aren't any purchases then try logging out and back into the account (e.g. on your iPad tap on your id in Settings > Stores and then log back in) and see if a balance then shows on it. My account's balance shows at the top right of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, by clicking on my name towards the top right of the iTunes screen, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iPad devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to)

    - You can only sync an iPod to one iTunes library/computer. You can however, manually manage music and videos among different libraries.
    Go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up Syncing>Sync your device manually and follow the instructions.
    - If y wnat to switch syncing libraries/computer see:
    go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up Syncing>Sync your device manually and follow the instructions.

    If all the synced media like music is in the iTunes library of the second computer it is very easy.

    No, once you redeem a card to your account, it is permanently there, until you spend the amount you have redeemed.

When I proceed to the link emailed to me by Apple, the enter code page has my code entered in the box with a red message beneath that says, "Code has already been used once."
