Purchased Photoshop Elements 13 @ Walmart - trying to download & Adobe won't accept my redemption code !?? [removed by moderator - anyone can use it which means you can lose it]

Are you sure you are using the Redemption code and not the serial number? See if this page helps:

Redemption codes not imported for Pocket Heart by Pocket AnatomyTM : The Interactive Human Body

We purchased 7 copies of the "Pocket Heart by Pocket AnatomyTM : The Interactive Human Body." through Apple's Volume Purchasing Program for our iPads, but the Apple's Configurator software is not importing the codes and thus preventing install. The other apps I bought import the codes just fine.

Not sure if it's the TM in the name or the colon.

I see 1.0.1 says "Redemption codes for apps that contain a comma in their title can now be imported."
But how about colons and trademarks in name?
Also has a period at the end.

The app name has now changed to "Pocket Heart 2"
No more colon in the name!
We were able to update the app on iMac, then change the name in our VPP redemption code spreadsheet and install the app with Configurator.

As I say, I haven't done this in a long time, so not sure if it still works, but it's just the postcode that causes the problem. The Apple system doesn't appear to get upset that the billing address isn't strictly correct, as the card details still work for them to get your cash....... I think any UK postcode will work, it just happens that I used "GU" instead of "GY"......

Pin code not accepted in new IOS 7.0.2

Today I was asked to update my iPad to the new iOS - which I duly did. Then it asked me to put in a pin code for security. THis was OK and I put it in twice as requested - now what I thought was the code is not accepted and the Ipad is disabled.
Help!!!

I have never synched my iPad mini to a computer, and since I updated it to 7.0.2 a few weeks ago , it suddenly lost my passcode that I had provided.
After having tried to unlock my ipad a few times, it got disabled and now even when I try to restore, iTunes throws the following error.
"iTunes could not connect to the [device] because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the [device] before it can be used with iTunes."
HELP PLEASE.

Mountain Lion redemption code not working

Hi, Please help if you can. I just recieved my redemption code Mountain lion which I have entered into the redeem tab on my Apple account. When trying to downloan I am getting this message : 'this account has not purchased mountain lion'??
There was not trouble when put the redeem code into the account?
any idea? Should i wat 24 hour maybe?

Hi Carolyn, thanks for helping out! Right I have an imac (mid 2007) 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo.
My mac was running Lion and it crashed and I had to reboot....I erased the harddrive and started from scratch.
The imac was running Lion and I purchased Mountain lion from apple amd recieved a redemption code via email (no discs) logged into my apple account and put in the redeem code.
All good so far.
When promted to put in my apple id and password I get an error message saying something like ; this apple ID has not purchased mountain lion' even though I have??
so I can't install and stuck in recovery mode.
I can't install maverick without an active operative system.

Photoshop elements 12 redemption code not active

I entered the redemption code from a just opened box (purchased some time ago) and response says code is not active. Customer support just sends be me in circles. How can I get the serial number?

I selected Photoshop Elements --> Setting up --> Serial number and
redemption codes --> Redemption code help --> Product box.
I have the card with the redemption code and when I enter it I just get
the response that it is not active and to contact the place where I
bought it. I called Best Buy, they said they activated the software and
I have to call Adobe to make the redemption code active.
These links just send you in circles and are not helpful.

Nokia x3-02 code not accepting

I locked my phone and put it in my purse when I checked it after a few minutes its not accepting my phone code. What just happened? ANd also it turning OFF / ON automatically and the battery is good for half a day. I just bought this phone last wed.

Total let down by nokia. This is the second touch phone in which this problem has occured. Previously I had an x2 which I sold and bough the x3. They have both let me down really badly. The touch does not seem to work properly. I have to keep repetedly tapping the screen and hope that the right area gets clicked. As a brand Nokia has compleatly lost it. If you are planning to get a nokia then I suggest you really really consider it twice because my phone and alot of people I know are having alot of problems. You end up spending so much money and then you have to waste so much time running around to get your phone repaired. The service centers are not helpful as well. They have returned my phone saying that it was a software problem when clearly there was something wrong with the touch screen. The attitude of the service person was to just convince me that everything was ok so that I would leave the shop quickly. Overall this is a long time nokia user who has been let down very badly by the company!

Redemption Code "not active"

I just bought adobe premiere elements 12 from BestBuy. After putting in the disk and beginning the installation process I was prompted for a "serial number." This was expected, as when I opened the box I found a slip of paper with the twenty-four character "redemption code" and instructions on where to enter it to get my serial number. However, when I went to www.adobe.com/go/getserial and entered my code I received the following message: "Oops! This code doesn't seem to be active. Please contact the retailer you purchased the card from, or use a different code. For more information contact Customer Support and order by phone."
I have attempted to contact customer support via phone, and after waiting on hold for fifteen minutes was disconnected. Please help me activate my code and get my serial number before I am forced to return this product.

What does MicroCenter have to say?
The message you’re getting is saying that Adobe doesn’t have your redemption code on file as being involved in a valid purchase.
If Adobe doesn’t get a transmission from MicroCenter saying your redemption code was involved in a valid transaction, then Adobe isn’t inclined to give you something that could have been stolen.
I am not sure how well MicroCenter and Adobe are communicating, especially since Adobe has been doing maintenance on their servers since Friday evening, but if things don’t clear up in a day or two, I’d contact both Adobe and MicroCenter and see if either can give you a specific answer about your redemption code having been transmitted and received.

Security Code not accepted on two different cards

The problem started just as my card was expiring. I went in to update, and it will not accept the secuity code on my ING Direct Master Card Debit. After reading other posts with similar problems, I tried my Visa Debit Card from a local bank. It was also regected. I want to pay the bill and update my apps, but I'm unable to do anything with my iPad at this time.

This error message normally occurs when the jwalk_ie.cab or the jwalk.jar file cannot be found. Have you checked that the codebase & archive on the applet tag are pointing to the correct location ?
