Redemtion code not working - what do I do?

I have bought and downloaded Photoshop elements 13 and now have an activation cod- wich I figure is also my redemtion code? But it is not working and I therefore can not get my serial number - does anyone know how to resolve this?

An activation code is a 24 digit numerical series of numbers - they are your serial number, not your redemptioon code. The redemption code is used to acquire the serial number as you have indicated, but you might have a serial number there instead of an redemption code.

say at least what navigation program your are talking about, and what you purchased. the order code doesn't matter, it has nothing at all to do with your licence code. it should have been activated automatically.

The only thing you can do is place the iPod in Recovery mode and restore via iTunes on a computer. It is a good security feature.

I really can't comprehend the logic that leads to believe that password for old apple id will come to e-mail for new id. Buy may be I just misunderstood something. Contact Apple for assist with password retrieval. If you can verify yourself as account owner they may be able to help you.

Even new purchases are not always fully up to date. Check and see by going to Settings > General > Software Update and see if it says it is up to date or not.
Also keep in mind that you need a WiFi connection for FaceTime.

Yuu can try to reactivate your iSight camera by opening up iMessage.. navigate to Preferences/Audio Video,and then click on Camera. IT shoudl be grayed-out if you only have one camera hooked up to your machine. If you have an external camera, then disconnect it from your machine.

How long have you had your phone? Because if you've had it a long time, the battery in the phone might of died on you. Or have you dropped it in water, snow, from high up? All those things could of disconnected something internally in your phone, or permentaly damaged the internal hard drive its self, or the sims card.

Hae you tried to do a hard reset of your phone? This will not lose any data. Hold the sleep/wake button and the home button until the phone turns off ignoring any slide to power off messages. Then power the phone back on.

You will need to restore the software via the following procedure:
Turn your device off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your device and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a device in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings.
