Hi everyone,

Muse Version: CC 2014
Chome Version: 35.0.1916.153
Chome redirect to tablet version when I try to display on my desktop.
I read every post and I tried everything which were suggested and I have still same issue.
Please help.

Ahmic guy Yes, and at that time I replied with a link to a thread with more information and a link to the Chrome bug in Google's bug tracking system.
Historically, Google's been very quick to address bugs reported against Chrome. In this case, they have not been. The same thread I referred you to previously includes one customer's workaround for this Chrome bug <Re: Tablet version of website is showing up instead of desktop version in Google Chrome>.
Given how slow Google's been to address this bug, it's likely we'll make changes similar to that described by the customer in the referenced thread, though doing so will introduce the possibility that a small number of older tablet devices will suddenly start loading the desktop rather than the tablet version of sites.

Apex 4.1 - strange login redirect problem in Google Chrome?

Hi,
just wondering if anyone else is seeing this too...
Just upgraded to Apex 4.1 and latest Apex listener. Now whenever I navigate the Application Builder in Google Chrome (latest version 15.0.874.102 m), I keep getting redirected to the Apex login page. E.g. when running a page from the builder, then clicking the "Edit page" button at the bottom, I get redirected to the login page and have to log in to the builder again. It might also happen when trying to open the "Utilities | Page Events" in the Application Builder. Anywhere in the builder really, not just one or 2 specific functions. On the second go, I'm usually lucky and are able to open the desired page/function.
Switching to latest version of Firefox has so far fixed the problem.
Just kinda strange.... might be how the browsers handles session state...??!?

I have same problem in Chrome, IE7
When i Click "Edit Page" on Developer panel, when app is running, apex redirects me to the APEX login page! And there is no matter, app is public or not, page is public or not. Every run, when clicked developer panel button, it redirects me to the APEX login page.

QTVR problem with Chrome

Hello,
I have noticed a problem with QTVR files (interactive panoramas):
- the navigation with mouse doesn't work
- the navigation with arrows keys works
- the navigation with 2 fingers gestures on trackpad works
Curiously, no problem with Chrome for Windows (so far...)
I have also noticed:
- on Windows the QT extension version is 7.7.2
- on OSX QT extension version is 7.7.1 (and it seems that I can't upgrade)
So, is it possible to fix the problem of the mouse?

Thanks a lot for your response, but unfortunately your suggestion doesn't solve the issue.
First, it seems that it's not possible to switch Chrome in 32 bits mode.
I tried with Firefox, which presented the same problem, but nothing changed...
Just to sum up things:
MacOSX
- Safari and Opera : no problem
- Chrome and Firefox : mouse problem
Windows
- Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera and... IE : no problem!
And just to let you know (nothing to do with the problem): I have a HTML5/CSS3/WebGL versions of the panoramas which work great on any browser on MacOSX/IOS and which don't work on Windows except for Safari...

Acrobat 10 is already installed in my PC. Every time I try to read a PDF file on the web, FF tries to download it instead.

As recommended above by Bernd Alheit, I posted this on the Adobe Reader forum. There, I received the advice to repair the installation under the help menu, which I did and it fixed the problem.
Similar to your solution but found it's a fix found under "HELP" menu and not Add/Remove.

Dynamic form "Cancel" redirect problem in frames - bugfix?

My question: Is there a "long run" down side to my implementing this modification to style.js?
The below post by Ionut:MX Division Support Specialist worked for me as a solution to a current form "click cancel" redirect navigation problem:
When a DWtoolbox dynamic form wizard form is placed on a page within frames, clinking on cancel does not return a user to the list that sent them to the form. The user is sent somewhere else.

If you don't need to add extra parameters to the "Edit" button, you can solve the redirect problem by editing the "/includes/skins/style.js" file and replace:
nxt_list_edit_link_form(this, myinput.previousSibling.href);
with:
nxt_list_edit_link_form(this, a.href);

Proxy redirect problem

I'm having a redirect problem going through a weblogic proxy. An app I was using appears to be redirecting the browser always to localhost:7121 which won't work with access via the my domain.
To explain fully I set up a test JSP page which outputs request.getRequestURL().toString() so I could trace what was happening. The weblogic configuration is explained below:
I'm using Weblogic 8.1 sp5. I've setup a 4 instances: a proxy (port 7120), redirector (port 7121) and cluster (two instances running on 7131, 7132)
If I navigate to:
http://localhost:7120/myapp/test.jsp my test page outputs: request.getRequestURL().toString() : http://localhost:7121/myapp/test.jsp
and again to:
http://localhost:7131/myapp/test.jsp my test page outputs: request.getRequestURL().toString() : http://localhost:7121/myapp/test.jsp
or
http://localhost:7132/myapp/test.jsp my test page outputs: request.getRequestURL().toString() : http://localhost:7121/myapp/test.jsp
The output is always the same ... it always says the requestURL is from localhost:7121 the redirector?
Can anyone help explain why I always get the same output? It is completely baffling me.

The problem was caused by incorrect configuration of FrontEndHttpPort and FrontEndListener and FrontEndHost in the cluster configuration. These values were incorrectly during config wizard install.

Loading problem in chrome??

I have a movie which is loading fine in all browsers except in Chrome??
At the first load not working. After reloading the page it is working fine.

Google+ pages use an extremely high amount of memory or RAM. Google Chrome also uses an extremely high amount of memory or RAM. Chrome either just handles the large amount better, or it just renders better because both are owned by Google.
I can load more than 5 pages of Google+, but anything higher than that slows down a lot and uses a lot of memory.

FF4 & 5 refuse to load YouTube log-in page. Earlier versions, no problem, IE & Chrome no problem. What got changed?

Main YouTube screen (http://www.youtube.com/) has a sign-in link at the upper right, should go to the screen for that. Starting with FF4, I get a page redirect warning, but hitting "Allow" does nothing. FF jumps instantly back to the same YouTube starting screen. I have no trouble with this in IE nor in Chrome, nor was it a problem with FF prior to version 4. What's different here, and is there a fix?

I have spent *days* on this, because it just bugged me so much!
FOund it by searching and reading all the Mozilla FIrefox support forums.
Problem was an old hard-coded fix that I put into my HOSTS file, on my Windows XP, SP3 machine. Specifically, I had experienced hang issues with a site called "i.ytimg.com", which I believe is the static cache for Google/Youtube stuff. I tracked this error down to failures of security certificates, but confirmed my security cert store was isometric between my machine cluster (they were all the damn same!)
So, I had put two lines in the HOSTS file, to hard-code an IP address so that Google-youtube pages would not hang up waiting for "i.ytimg.com"
Well, of course, Google/Youtube is now using different locations, or akami servers or some damn thing...
The fix just involved removing these two hard-coded lines from my HOSTS file. I just commented the old fix out, and now everything works.

On Windows XP, XP3, the "hosts" file is typically located in:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
If you are having goofy problems with some youtube/google webpages
not rendering, or generating SSL (bad_certificate) errors, check your
"hosts" file, and ensure no ip redirection has been slotted in there
from a while back.

Google and YouTube redirect problem

For the last one month, everytime I want to visit Google or Youtube the browser is always will be redirected to 123.99huo.com. Currently I'm using Safari and Google Chrome, and both are having the same problem.
I've been trying to search for the solution on this forum, and I've tried OpenDSN by changing the DNS address but no luck.
I also had reset the Safari and cleared all browsing history, cookies on Google Chrome, but still no luck. I've tried to install new browser (i.e. Opera) hoping with the new fresh installed browser I would not experiencing the problem, but again still no luck.
Really appreciate if anyone could help me on this.

Crystal Report in an iFrame redirect problem

Hi!
I have built a page with a only Crystal Report on it, which I display in an iFrame on another page.
I have a hyperlink on the page that is used to redirect the iFrame by assigning the iFrame a name and setting the target of the hyperlink to the iFrame. When the user clicks the hyperlink, it will redirect the iFrame.
This all works fine up until the point at which you generate the actual Crystal report. After the report has generated, attempting to redirect the iFrame via the hyperlink causes a new browser tab/window to open. A few tests that I have run using Javascript or codebehind circumvent this issue, but as it stands I cannot use this method.
This issue has only just arisen with the VS2010 version of Crystal Reports. The older versions do not have this problem.
Research I have done into the issue have been fruitless and have tinkered with the Report Viewer itself a bit to no avail.
Is there an explanation for this issue and/or a means of getting past this?
Any help or nudge in a new direction is very much appreciated!

This issue has been reported to R&D for a fix (ADAPT01554950). At this time, the fix is targeted (not guaranteed) for Service Pack 3. ETA; mid 2012.

GPO (as a whole) problem or Folder Redirection Problem?

Hello everyone,
After a couple hours of looking at different TN articles on folder redirection I just can't get it to work properly. I had some major system errors and had to perform a clean install of the OS. My folder redirections from the old install seem to be in place
and are about the same size despite me backing up all the content before the reinstall on each terminal (4 of them) to a usb drive.
I enabled folder redirection through the dashboard and performed a gpupdate /force I see the GPO in the Group Policy editor but none of my machines seem to be accepting any group policies now that I look at it and write this I have firefox set to update
to the latest .msi and it isn't doing that either could this be a bigger problem than just folder redirection?
Any tips or links to articles I may have not seen would be much appreciated.

Based on your description, I understand that you enable folder redirection (click Implement Group Policy on
Dashboard) on a Windows Server 2012 Essentials (or a Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials?).
On current situation, please refer to following and check.
1. Would you please let me know edition information of this client computer?
2. On the server essentials, please open Group Policy Management. Then navigate to WSE Group Policy Folder Redirection and click it. In right panel, navigate to WMI Filtering
and select WSE Group Policy WMI Filter, then click Open button. Please check
Queries in the WMI Filter. You can psot complete queries here (include Namespace and Query).
3. On the client computer, please run the command in a command prompt:
gpresult /z > c:\policy.txt. Then check this policy.txt in C drive or post the result here.
If any update, please feel free to let me know.

Web Redirection Problem on Cisco ISE 1.2 and WLC 7.5

We are at initial phase of deploying ISE 1.2 in our environment for Wireless Guest Users.
I have configured ISE and WLC to talk to each other which is working fine. An SSID with MAC-Filtering is also configured on WLC and ACL only allowing ISE and DNS traffice.
I have configured proper authentication and authorization policies on ISE. Now, when I try to connect my device (laptop and android mobile), I see my device gets associated with the SSID (Demo) and gets the right IP Address from DHCP and right VLAN from WLC. The log process on ISE is as follows.

I also see a redirect url in the detailed authentication logs. But the problem is that when I open my browser on my device, it doesn't get redirected to the guest portal url. Now since I can't get there, I can't continue with the rest of the process of authentication, COA and final ACL for internet access.
Can some one please either guide me the correct steps that I need to follow, if I have mis configured something or advise if this is a bug.

The ACL is definitely used to define what traffic is re-directed to ISE and what traffic is not redirected. Having the permit-all statement at the end will break redirection. If you are using flex-connect then you will need to use flex-connect ACLs and apply those to the flex-connect APs. The links below should give you an idea of what needs to be done:

Redirect problem in IE 9

Hi,
i made a custom page sentry function to authorize via NTLM. It works fine with IE 8 and Firefox.
With IE 9 (Windows 7) the redirect via <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=' || vUrl || '" />'); doesn't work. The user sees the html code and has then manually press the refresh button for going on to the 1st page in the application.

Hi Martin,
I think you should use
sys.owa_util.mime_header('text/html', FALSE);after the
htp.init;so that the browser knows it's HTML code.
BTW, the PL/SQL based NTML authentication approach isn't really secure because it's not verifying the user/pwd with an MS Active Directory server.

When i sroll down a page on any website, the text and its colour becomes blurred until I reload page; then it immediately happens again . No problem on Chrome.

The problem is not with the computer, as I can scroll any website page using Google Chrome without any blurring. I have downloaded the latest driver for my graphics card. Thorough Dell and Microsft diagnostics testing programmes found no problem with the hardware, including the monitor, even after running stress tests on the computer system. As no problem of blurring occurs using Chrome, the problem is definitely with Firefox.

The solution is to turn off hardware acceleration in Firefox.
