Redownload elements to a new computer

I can not figure this out any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi wag03,
You need to deactivate the software from the older computer by navigating to 'Help' menu and select 'Deactivate' before downloading it to the new computer.
What version of Elements software are you using and which OS?

Apparently Adobe does not offer support for Elements12 and Premier.  Frustrating I spent most of yesterday trying to down load the two files you and Chat directed me to and nothing happened, the files wouldn't properly download.

  • Can I redownload Elements 10 to new Computer

Had only recently purchased an online Adobe Elements 10 and computer crashed.  Have new computer now and trying to get my software back up and running.  Can I reinstall Elements 10 again or do I have to repurchase.

You are allowed to install any Adobe software on two different machines and these can be activated automatically using the Internet connection.
There are times when you might have to install on third or fourth machines (or 3rd or 4th times) when your original machines have crashed or they have been stolen.  In these cases, you you can re-install on any new machine you buy as replacement but for activation, you will need to pick up the phone and talk to Adobe sales staff who will gladly help you out.  Just make sure you don't abuse them in any shape or form and always be polite and they will show you their real human feelings!!
    Good luck.

You can download and install PSE11 from the link below. Validate with the serial number from your CD packaging. It has 24 digits commencing 1057

  • Installing old Photoshop Elements on a new computer

I have an old version of Photoshop Elements and a new MAC. It was previously installed on my PC which crashed. But the new MAC won't let me install this software - it tells me there is an error with the install.

OK... so this is an OLD version - it is 4.0 (2006). My MAC is running OS X Version 10.8.2. The installation begins and some of the files begin installing then it quits and the message reads: "The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance."
    Thanks

  • Unable to install Adobe premier elements 9 on new computer

I received Adobe Photo Element 9 and Premier 9 some time but my old computer did not have the capacity to load it. I have  a new computer and cannot load the software.  How can I load it (from the CDs included with the package) to my new computer.  It is a Windows 8 system with an Core I5 processor?

    Hi there,
Firstly, you should have installed PRE along with PSE in the first go itself, then everything would have been smooth. If you deferred the decision, then also there was no need to uninstall PSE per se. What could have been done is go to the installer media, browse to the "PRETrial" folder and then click on the Setup.exe of PRE installer to install PRE and at the serial number screen just choose the option to install in trial mode.
Now, the error you are getting is strange. When I  search over web, I found this mentioned for Error 2755:
This error may occur if there are  insufficient privileges on the %windir%\Installer folder, or the  inability of the Windows Installer service to create the  %windir%\Installer folder.
NOTE: This behavior can also occur if  you have only Read permissions to the Winnt folder. This condition  prevents the Installer folder from being created by Setup.
    Can you please check that?
    Regards,
    Ankush
