Redownloading Photoshop with an expired email account

I purchased the student Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended software while in college using my school email address.  Upon graduating, my account expired and I have no way to access the redownload feature to install Photoshop on my new computer.  I still have the activation codes but no way to iniate a downlad. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Yes, the email addresses need to be unique to each device. You may use the same Apple ID on each device, but the email address used by each device needs to be different.

    You can't delete an existing account, you can only choose to stop using it.  It will still be there should you decide to use it again in the future.

I send an email, the receiver got a good version of my email, but when I see the same email into my sent box I see a differente text. When I use any other Internet browser, I can see a good version of my original email into the sent box.

    If you have security software (antivirus, firewall etc.) installed, you can try deleting all existing instances of Firefox and related files in all the different configuration areas/modules of the security software. Instead create new allow/trusted rules for Firefox + its related processes.     Just open www.icloud.com, open "Mail", open "Preferences..." (in the lower left corner), then open the "Accounts" tab and here change your "Full Name".

  • 2 computers with same outlook email account

    Here in our office we have two computers, both with outlook 2010 installed and both with the same email account. If we have outlook opened on both computers, only one computer receives email to the inbox, while the email never shows up on the other computer.
    We have checked the box that says something about keeping the emails on the server which we thought would solve the problem but it did not. Any help would be nice!! Thank you

    How did you set up these two computers for Outlook?
    Try the following steps:
    Open Outlook 2010. Click "New Items" from the ribbon  tab.           
    Click "More Items." Click "Outlook Data File." Select Outlook Data File  (.pst) from the drop down menu as the save type. Create a name, such as  sampleshared.pst and click "OK."
    Save the file to your portable storage device.
    Open Outlook 2010 on any other computer. Go to "File." Click "Open." Load the  sampleshared.pst file onto this computer. You now have the same Outlook 2010  file on multiple computers.

  • I am having trouble with my online email account when I use firefox,because of the time out.

    I go to my email account on the server's webpage. Do not use weblive or outlook. When I am typing a long email, it will not save or send because it expires according to a message that comes up from firefox. It is lost.

    First, as a workaround, you might be able to use this extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/lazarus-form-recovery/
    But we should try to figure out why you are getting logged out. Here are two possibilities:
    (1) Connection - Yahoo and AOL may keep demanding a password if your connection setting is "Auto-detect". You can change it to "No Proxy" here:
    "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced > Network mini-tab > "Settings" button
    (2) Incomplete cookies - websites maintain access to your session using cookies, so if you are rejecting third party cookies or use an add-on to clean up cookies as you browse, that could cause a problem staying logged in. Sometimes cookies also become corrupted, so the first step would be to flush what you have for the site. (See below)
    When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
    (1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
    Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
    Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
    "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
    On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
    If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
    (2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, try either:
    * right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
    * (menu bar) Tools > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
    In the dialog that opens, you can remove the site's cookies individually.
    Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

    My wife has an ipad 2. I am trying to add memory to her cloud plan, but when I go to settings and try to add the storage, it asks me for a password for an email address that is no longer active. I have done settings -> itunes & app store -> clicked the apple ID -> signed out -> signed back in with her current email, but this doesn't change it for when I try to add the cloud storage. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    So, you go to Settings -> iCloud, yes?
    At the top of the page, next to "Account", there's that 'expired' email of yours, yes?
    At the bottom of the page, there's that bar named "Delete", yes?
    And it's red, yes?
    So, you can tap on it, yes?
    And then you are being offered to delete the account, yes?

    the Email sending issue from SharePoint is causing too much time waste 
    First let me explain how our SharePoint is deployed
    Sharepoint version : 2013
    Deployment type : on-premise
    Authentication : from Domain controller also hosted locally 
    domain name ; say domain.com this domain.com is same as our website address hosted on godaddy
    SharePoint computer name on local DNS :  sharepoint.domain.com
    OS and IIS : 2008 r2 , IIS 7.5 
    Network firewall : 25 26 ports  opened for sharepoint , both incoming and outgoing.
    Server firewall : turned off
    Email configuration Attempts by IIS 6.0 
    We tried following setting on IIS 6.0 SMTP local server properties
    In General tab
    qualified name was shown as : sharepoint.dts-solution.com
    IP assigned : sharepoint server IP  , advanced putted two entries of IP with ports as 25,26
    In Access tab
    Authentication : selected as Anonymous 
    Connection : All except below list : empty list
    Relay : only the list below , one entry as 127.0.0.1 and other is local static IP of SharePoint server
    in Delivery tab
    outbound security : Basic authentication : accessed user in AD and given the right password, also checked with annonymous -not working 
    outbound connection: all default values and port = 25
    Advance : fully qualified domain name = sharepoint.domain.com , DNS test showed success, rest every check box unchecked 
    On sharepoint central management settings
    Outbound email = sharepoint.domain.com
    from and reply to address = [email protected] 
    IIS 7.5 SMTP settings 
    In IIS 7.5 sharepoint application we added SMTP settings as smtp server = godaddy out going smtp , user name as [email protected] , password = godaddy password , port : godaddy outgoing port  .
    Godaddy account 
    Our website hosted on godaddy with same name as domain.com
    open relay not possible on emails.
    Results
    After setting alerts on SharePoint sites and assigning tasks with alerts we receive email in queue folder but they never get forwarded. We just wish to use any of our email *.domain.com to send outgoing emails from SharePoint . Its been a while we have no

    As I understand, you are using SharePoint 2013 integrating with third party SMTP server which provides email function.
    From SharePoint side, I'd suggest you refer to the link below to configure email integration:

    If you have already confirm that message is sent from SharePoint, while stuck in queue on SMTP server, then the issue might be related to relay on SMTP server. Since the issue is related to third party product, we do not have enough resource here,

    I want to drop yahoo as my email provider, so how do I send and receive email using my @me account.  Using yahoo, you go to yahoo, then mail and your good to go. I'm not a tech expert and fairly new to apple products and would like the improved security of an apple address.

  • Having problem with big pond email account downloading on all devices

    Hi,
    Have just bought the Mac Air and am having enormous problems with emails downloading on all devices (ipad, iphone and Mac). If it downloads on one it does not download on another. I have a Telstra bigpond.net.au account. I do not want to change net.au account since I have had it since the dawn of time!
    What is the most effective solution? Apple suggest using gmail as a conduit but does this work. They say it may work but do not guarantee success.

    With multiple computers, POP is a royal pain. Back in the days when I had to use POP mail, my solution was to access my POP accounts only from work due to the reason you describe. Basically POP works like this: mail goes into your POP account, you access the account and download the mail onto your computer, the mail that's downloaded is deleted from the mail server. When we were using just one computer that was fine but not now.
    The idea of using gmail should work. Once you are in the gmail setup window choose the Accounts tab and read the help screen under Learn More about Check mail from other accounts (using POP3) This will have gmail access your bigpond email account and move it to gmail which can be set up as IMAP so all your devices can access it 'properly'. I had this working perfectly with my work email until we finally got the go-ahead to upgrade our mail server and started using IMAP.

    I have godaddy as well with not problems sending or receiving mail. Looking at your settings match mine. Double check that you have the user name as your complete e-mail address. Also, under advanced make sure SSL is off.
