For the transaction KKS5 the below values are passing

Period: one month
Year: current Year
Option button: All target cost vsns
select the Detail list Checkbox in the Processing Options.
Please let me know how to reducing the runtime of KKS5.
Please Let me know if there is any way to do the some data base changes to reduce the runtime for the transaction KKS5.
Please provide your inpus on this.
Thanks In Advance.
Venkat.
Hi
1. Check with your Basis consultant, is there any memory related problem...... you can also check in tcode DB2 ... physical memory and current memory..
2. Try it in Background running also.

Error while loading the runtime repository in transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB
Hi! Experts,
I am getting the error
boldError while interpreting the runtime repsitory
While I am in the transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB its giving this particular error.
and while I am going to the WEB UI its throwing the error
An exception has occured during program processing.
I have followed the thread and deleted all the BSP aplliaction and the realted classes but still i am getting the same error..
Please Suggestb at the earliest, I am really in trouble related to it
Thanks,
MayankHi Mayank
I had already delete my enhancement set using SM34 -> BSPWDVC_CMP_EXT as mentioned. However, I didn't find any Z classes created using SE80 -> BSP application.
I had wanted to enhance component BT130I_OPPT -> ItemDetails view but somehow the standard repository got deleted and now I hit this 'Error when interpreting the runtime repository' message whenever I tried to enhance the view.
In addition, the customised fields I created using EEWB, which used to appear under context node BTADMINI, is no longer there.
Are you able to help? I can send u screen shots if necessary.
Thank you very much! -
What is the transaction type to reduce the acquisition value
Hello all:
I use Transaction type 100 to acquire the asset for example 100 eur.
what is transaction type to do reduction for 20 eur for example for some interest expense.
BR,
ManthanaHi
You want to reduce the Asset value then use the Transaction Type 105 or 160 based on the Year of Acquisition.
You can simply pass a manual entry Crediting this Asset and Debiting an AUC or Expense G/L Account.
1. 70 AUC Asset TTYPE(100) 20Eur
75 Asset (105/160) 20EUR
2. 40 ExpenseG/LA/C 20EUR
75 Asset (105/160) 20EUR

While loading the data in transaction RSA1 we are getting dump in SCM 5.1
Hi,
I am getting runtime error while loading the data in transaction RSA1.

Error while loading the runtime repository via HTTP
Hi Experts,
I am trying to delete an enhancement and when I enter the component name and the enhancement set in BSP_WD_CMPWB. I get the following error when right click the enhanced view and select delete : Error while loading the runtime repository via HTTP. How do I delete this enhancement?
Regards
Abdullah Ismail.if for some reason the runtime repository is not coherent, you get an error each time you try to read it (and this is the case when you open a component using the transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB)
this is because the XML file is interpreted by a CALL TRANSFORMATION statement, and any incorrect node will raise an uncaught exception
solution:
enhanced view is contained into BSP application you have created the first time you enhanced the component
go to SE80 and enter the BSP application where your objects are stored (the name you provided the first time)
there you can modify directly the objects, including the runtime repository which is stored under node "Pages with flow Logic"
once the correction is done, you can access again your component through transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB (and delete it properly if this is what you want to do) -
Error when interpreting the runtime repository Message no. BSP_WD_TOOLS030
Hi All,
I have created an enhancement for ICWC component ICCMP_BP_DETAIL.
While trying to diplay this using trn BSP_WD_CMPWB , I am getting the message
Error when interpreting the runtime repository Message no. BSP_WD_TOOLS030.
What is the reason behind this? Also while testing this application the web page that
opens up remains blank...
Can anybody help me out with this?
thanks

Down payment reducing the commitment with reference to PO
Dear All,
The budget is 1500 USD. The PO was created with an amount of 1000 USD and kept down payment as 250 USD . So the balance is 500 USD. While making down payment through ME2DP, system will bring FM objects from PO against advance line item. After this step, the commitment will reduce from 1000 USD to 750 USD. If any user enters expenditure directly in FI by using the same budget code, system will allow for the remaining amount 750 USD. When we are doing service entry sheet against this PO for full amount 1000 USD then system is giving error message as budget exceeded by 250 USD. This is due to commitment reduced while making down payment. We used the derivation rule based on transaction type to overwrite the commitment but system is bringing commitment field value from PO at the time of posting.
Please give us the solution to avoid reducing the commitment while making down payment with reference to PO.
Update profile: 000101
Value Type: 61 (Statistical Update)
Regards,
SreeHi Sree,
You need to check or Configure Automatic clearing of Down Payments, please check the IMG setting:
Public Sector Management>Funds Management Government>Actual and Commitment Update/Integration>Integration>Configure Automatic Clearing of Down Payments/Down Payment Requests:
Activate check box "DP Clr" down payment clearing during a GR/IR
If this flag is set, the down payment is cleared automatically during the creation of the goods receipt (GR) or invoice receipt (IR), depending on your FM settings.

An error occurred in the PD layer; transaction terminated in SC
Hi experts,
I have an issue like this "An error occurred in the PD layer; transaction terminated". This error came when i save Shopping Cart.
Just for the information, I have maintained number range assignment for BUS2121 - Shopping Carts also.
And I am working on SRM 7.0
Do you have any idea to solve this issue?
Thanks,
Rhesa SyahrialHi Sam,
Thanks for your fast reply.
Below is the error analysis from st22.
An exception occurred which is explained in detail below.
The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_BBP_PD_ABORT', was not caught and
therefore caused a runtime error.
The reason for the exception is:
Buffer table not up-to-date
I have checked in sapnote also about this issue. but still not resolved.

Can we reduce the size of the disk having the Log files for a Dag Database
There is an issue with disk space filling up for 4 databases part of the same DAG, each having 1 non lagged passive copy.
The Disks containing the log files are from the VSphere Storage. The Disk size was temporarily expanded to avoid any outages.
There is a full backup running currently, which is expected to clear the transaction logs on completion and that should be reducing the disk space utilized.
The storage guys want to know whether they can reclaim the temporarily expanded disk size. i.e reduce the disk space from the storage containing Log Files without affecting anything.
I couldn't find any documentation on this specific requirement, and want to confirmThere is an issue with disk space filling up for 4 databases part of the same DAG, each having 1 non lagged passive copy.

How to reduce the posted depreciation
hi,
i need to reduce the depreciation for the fiscal year 2007-08. Assume that Depreciation amount was posted as Rs.12000.00 in the last fiscal year . Now i want to reduce only Rs.2000.00 in the same year. i.e 31.03.2008. how to reduce the depreciation?
Actaully if i need to increase depreciation, we are using unplanned depreciation option. like the way i want to reduce the depreciation.
govind.HI,
You can create a new transaction type which will ahve an impact on increasing asset values.
the t code to creat transaction type is AO78 and account assignment to be selected is DEBIT transaction instead of credit transaction.

TO REDUCE THE EXECUTION TIME OF REPORT
HI,
CAN ANYONE TELL ME THAT, HOW CAN I REDUCE THE EXECUTION TIME OF THE REPORT. IS THERE ANY IDEA TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE REPORT.Hi Santosh,
Good check out the following documentation
<b>Performance tuning</b>
For all entries

<b>Optimizing the load of the database</b>
For all entries
The for all entries creates a where clause, where all the entries in the driver table are combined with OR. If the number of entries in the driver table is larger than rsdb/max_blocking_factor, several similar SQL statements are executed to limit the length of the WHERE clause.
The plus
Large amount of data
Mixing processing and reading of data
Fast internal reprocessing of data
Fast
The Minus
Difficult to program/understand
Memory could be critical (use FREE or PACKAGE size)
Some steps that might make FOR ALL ENTRIES more efficient:
Removing duplicates from the the driver table
Sorting the driver table
If possible, convert the data in the driver table to ranges so a BETWEEN statement is used instead of and OR statement:
FOR ALL ENTRIES IN i_tab
WHERE mykey >= i_tab-low and
mykey <= i_tab-high.
Nested selects
The plus:
Small amount of data
Mixing processing and reading of data
Easy to code - and understand
The minus:
Large amount of data
when mixed processing isnt needed
Performance killer no. 1
Select using JOINS
The plus
Very large amount of data
Similar to Nested selects - when the accesses are planned by the programmer
In some cases the fastest
Not so memory critical
The minus
Very difficult to program/understand
Mixing processing and reading of data not possible
Use the selection criteria

Tips and Tricks tool
The performance database
Optimizing the load of the database
Using table buffering
Using buffered tables improves the performance considerably. Note that in some cases a stament can not be used with a buffered table, so when using these staments the buffer will be bypassed. These staments are:
Select DISTINCT
ORDER BY / GROUP BY / HAVING clause
Any WHERE clasuse that contains a subquery or IS NULL expression
JOIN s
A SELECT... FOR UPDATE
If you wnat to explicitly bypass the bufer, use the BYPASS BUFFER addition to the SELECR clause.
Use the ABAP SORT Clause Instead of ORDER BY
The ORDER BY clause is executed on the database server while the ABAP SORT statement is executed on the application server. The datbase server will usually be the bottleneck, so sometimes it is better to move thje sort from the datsbase server to the application server.
If you are not sorting by the primary key ( E.g. using the ORDER BY PRIMARY key statement) but are sorting by another key, it could be better to use the ABAP SORT stament to sort the data in an internal table. Note however that for very large result sets it might not be a feasible solution and you would want to let the datbase server sort it.
Avoid ther SELECT DISTINCT Statement
As with the ORDER BY clause it could be better to avoid using SELECT DISTINCT, if some of the fields are not part of an index. Instead use ABAP SORT + DELETE ADJACENT DUPLICATES on an internal table, to delete duplciate rows.
Good Luck and thanks

Unexpected error compiling the runtime metadata for Split-Join.
Hi Everyone,
We are getting below error while restarting the managed servers on Weblogic. We are having 6 managed servers in our cluster. In one of the application in OSB10.3, we are using SplitJoin to call third party webservices. The application is getting deployed properly, and sometimes on one of the managed nodes, we are seeing below error during startup. The servers are coming into Running mode as per the console, but in logs we are seeing the error. No services are accessible on that particular managed node. We have to restart the server and by luck, it will come up properly. This is inconsistent behaviour from the managed servers. Below is the stack trace from stdout files. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

If you are going to use Eclipse, then I would guess that your builds would be best done using Ant or similar. Check out the wls web service samples that install with the product and see if you can use any of those as a basis for using ANT in Eclipse.
This is only theory, as I have not worked extensively with 8.1. -
How to reduce the length of the info object that's being used?
Hi All,
I have created info objects and used them in a DSO. Now I want to reduce the length of the info objects but i'm unable to do it. When I reduced the length and tried activating the Info object, it's giving me error and the info object is not getting activated. Please guide me how I can reduce the length and activate the Info Object.
Thanks
Hima BinduReducing the length of an infoobject is not that easy
Cleanest way -
Drop all transaction data for that infoobject
Drop all data in the DSO and cubes.
Reduce the length and then activate and transport all the infoobject and there dependence objects. -

how to reduce the height of a rectangle at runtime which is used in the d2k forms layout.

+...give me answer immediatly because i need urgently...+
First of all, this is a public forum, no a contractual hotline or technical support that you pay for. Please avoid the "immediate" or "urgent" word from there.
Secondly, there is no available instruction to handle the graphical objects atached to the canvas like lines or frames.
