Reference Book: Can I write a book in ID in which ther are two or more commentaries on the body text?

What I want to do, is to write a book with two or more commentaries.
I guess I need, either:
1) 2 or more sets of footnotes, so that the commentaries can be properly accessed from the main body text, or
2) a main "body text-box" with two other text boxes per page, and then some sort of gimmick to "tell" ID which comment is "attached" to which part of the main text, Can this be done? with scripts?

Is there some other reason why you're breaking up T1, or are you thinking that it will help performance?
There are very few reasons why one would ever want to take a table "T1" and break it up like that -- partitioning is by far a better, more correct solution.

No, I gave you a solution to try, you rejected it. BTW using channel 3, it is getting clobbered by all APs on channel 1 and channel 6. If you use channel 1, you only have other APs on channel 1 to contend with. That's why you should only use channels 1, 6 or 11 on the 2.4GHz band.

Apple do not really get concerned about authors who publish elsewhere.
If you want to publish and sell your books on the Apple store, you will need to open a paid book account, submit your bank details and study and agree contracts and you will needs a USA EIN tax form.
Your books need to be in an acceptable format, ePub or if you want the interactive facilities of iBooks Author, you can download the free software and after learning about the application and its functions and facilities.
If you do not want to be involved - you can use aggregators, who will do most of the work, but will need you to cover a fairly substancial outlay first.

I have recently upgraded to Lion and iCloud. There are two very annoying quirks that i don't know how to fix:
1-When working with word, documents or emails in the middle of a sequence the picture or window suddenly is yanked off the screen to the right. More often than not it can't be retrieved. This happens often
2-In the same mode as in #1 above the print size will suddenly increase maybe by a factor of 3x or 4x. it happens spontaneously.
3-There are many other problems with the upgrade:
-With sequence emails the secondary emails are not printed. When one tries to open those emails it often fails.
-The new address book format is crap. it is very difficult to go from single listings to group listings and back.
It's obviousto me the Apple software designers are not users.
So how can i fix #1 & 2 above.

Microsoft Office 2011 SP2 includes Word version 14.2.2. Some Office 2011 updates addressed problems with Lion.

You can't merge accounts or copy content to a different account, so anything that you bought or downloaded via the old account is tied to that account - so any updates that those apps get you will only be able to download via that account. You can change which account is logged in on the iPad via Settings > Store

a best practice to is to never have any computer program (including iPhoto) delete the photos from the card but to import the photos and keep them and then after at least one successful backup cycle has completed and then reformat the card -- I use three very large (32 GB) cards in rotation so I do not reformat for typically a year or more giving me one more long term backup of my photos
Back up your iPhoto library, Depress and hold the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your iPhoto library database

That is a function of the recipient's e-mail software understanding what your software sent. If it doesn't it will always show as an icon or attachment. It is also a function of both your internet provider and their internet provider accepting messages of that size, and a function of their download attachment settings in their e-mail program. There is no way to guarantee it will appear inline in the attachment. The best you can do is attach with Windows Friendly format. To do that, use the attach toolbar icon that looks like a paperclip, (View menu -> Customize toolbar if invisible) on Mac OS X Mail when composing the message. A checkbox appears in the file dialog box's bottom to make it Windows friendly when you navigate to pick the PDF file. That makes it as universally compatible as possible. It still may not appear inline, but at least you are less likely to be incompatible.

look people, i may have a solution for this. This happened to me a few times before and resolved alone, but last time it happened was when i turned off my router and back on while my comp was running and appeared when i tried opening firefox after that. so wat i did was i shutdown the computer and the router and tried turning both on again, and it resolved.
Therefore, Summary: Shutdown computer then turnoff router then turn both back on

Did you import an old iPhoto library into this one? It sounds like you did - NEVER import an iPhoto library - it does not work and creates a massie mess
If that is wha tyou did and you still have the old library available drag the bad library to the desktop for now and drag the old library to your ictures folder (No Importing Involved) and launch iPhoto - it will open the library and upgrade as needed - once you are sure your photos are safe and at least one backup cycle has run you can trash the bad library on the desktop

Nobody here is responsible for what is or is not available in any country. I believe it is a software licensing thing.

It looks like the card may be the problem, and your best bet is to try the Card Reader - this will make the card accessible by the Finder and you may be able to drag the pics off to the desktop or, at worst, try recover the pics with an app like MediaRecover
