Reference document for consignement

Hi guys,
I need to develop consignment sales process for multiple customers. Am confused regarding the four process like consignment fill up,
consignment issue, consignment returns, consignment pick up, do we need to take reference of consignment fill up document number while creating consignment issue .not required then how can we able to track the stock. Of particular customer and order.in case of returns is it mandatory for taking reference of consignment issue.

As Moazzam said, it depends upon the client requirements.
To know the stock levels, the user can see the stock in MMBE etc. The availability check would make sure that stock is available e.g. for issue or for pick up.
My suggestion - set it up in two steps -
1. Create the 4 processes, without thinking about "connecting" each process to another
2. Discuss with client, which process he wants to link with which one. (i.e. reference - should it be mandatory or optional) based on this you do the configuration in sales document type and in copy control.

Single reference document for multiple Deliveries into MIGO

Dear Experts,
We are facing following problem in MIGO -
A PO was created say for 500 Nos of a material X and first GRN was created say for 50 Nos which produced material document Y in MIGO.
When subsequent GRNs were created against the same PO, system has taken material document Y as reference for 4-5 subsequent GRNs.
Kindly suggest the solution

In MIGO if you choose GR against Purchase Order and do GR for partial quantity and subsequently the user might have choosen Subsequent Delivery against Material document in which the first GRN was selected the system will propose GR for balance quantity .There is nothing wrong with that as ultimately all GRN will be reflected against the same PO.

S there a full reference document for all scripting functions etc?. I cannot see it on tutorials.

I found 'myGetRandom' in the scripting manual but the interpreter doesn't like it.
Could do with comprehensive list please if anyone knows a link.

7. 'myGetRandom' is not a standard function (the "my" at the start is actually a dead giveaway). If you read that page you found it on, you can see it defines a function called "myGetRandom" in the very same sample script. It pays to pay attention.

Is there a reference document(example, code) for developing usb mini port driver?

Hi:
I studied Bus\USB document of WDK. This document forces on developing USB device driver.
And there are some IOCTL Interfaces of usb bus driver exposed to usb device, like IOCTL_INTERNAL_USB_SUBMIT_URB.
But those IOCTL Interfaces seem to belong to USB hub driver(usbhub.sys).
My job is to developing a usb mini port driver, like usbehci.sys. That can work with usbport.sys.
So I should know the communication interfaces(IOCTL...etc) between them and implement these interfaces.
Is there a reference document(example, code) for developing usb mini port driver ?

No there is no reference documents for this, Microsoft stated from the beginning that they own that layer. You really don't want to go there.

HTMLB reference document

Hi,
Has anybody seen or have a reference document for the HTML business functions developed by SAP i.e. the SAP_Field function. I'm not looking the for standard html business function but those that are used when a template file is generated. Specifically using the HTML Business generation style.
I'm specifically looking to add a onchange event to a listbox within the standard SAP_field call.

Migo reference document not appearing in miro for frieght conditions

Dear all,
I ahve done migo for a po and i have checked GR based invoice in PO.When i am doing MIRO i am not getting the migo reference number for frieght condition where as the migo reference number is appearing for base price.How to get that migo reference number for frieght conditions also.

Sometimes the the MIGO creator might have reversed the same. In such cases the reversal document may be with different number in the same series and both posted & reversed documents will not appear in MIRO. Since you might checking with posted document number, you are seeing the blank in MIRO. In such cases, just enter the PO number in MIRO, give date & reference number press Show PO structure button in the left corner. You will find the following screen
Expand the required once. The following screen appears. In this both positive & negative numbers with same reference & document type appearing are the reversed documents.

DME - Reference field for document more than 1

Dear all,
I'd created DME structure for generate TXT file and it works good except for 1 field : payment detail.
I map this attribute to structure FPAYP field XBLNR, it should appear 2 line item in TXT file because I have 2 document for 1 vendor / payment document .

Using reference pages for document revision tracking

I'm hearing a goofy idea at work about using Frame 7 reference pages for revision tracking on a document. I think the idea is to create a reference page and put a revision tracking table on that page.
My impression is that reference pages aren't for users to muck with very much. Template updates could affect them, future Frame upgrades could affect them, etc.
Is anyone else out there doing something similar and does it work?

I can see a problem with your approach if you import formats from one file to many files. You can easily overwrite the revision information.
Say you make a reference page called "REVS" for all your book chapters and begin populating the revisions. At some point in time, somebody imports the formats (including reference pages) from chapter 3 to all the other files in the book. All the reference pages named "REVS" will be overwritten with the chapter 3 revision information.
A way ensure against overwriting would be to give a unique name to each file's revision page (REVSch1, REVSch2, etc.); however, you may end up with multiple, unused, outdated reference pages in each file. They won't cause any harm (except maybe causing confusion when updating the rev info), but may bloat your file size.

Proforma Invoice for Consignment Fill-up

Hi,
Everytime there is a delivery out from my company, we need to submit a proforma invoice to custom.
Now we plan to implement the Consignment but we facing a problem. After we created the transcations for consignment fill-up (sales order type KB and its delivery order), we want to create the proforma invoice (F8) based on the delivery order but an error occured as below:
"80008164 000010 Item category LF KBN cannot be invoiced with billing type F8."
Is this message telling that consignment fill-up transaction can't use as reference to create a proforma invoice?
Is there any configuration that I need to do to allow the creation of proforma invoice based on the consignment fill-up transaction?

Hi Aaron,
You can have a Proforma Invoice for Consignment Fill-up. For this use the following path:
IMG> Sales and Distribution> Sales> Sales Documents> Sales Document Item--> Define Item Categories. Here select the Item Category KBN and select option "D" for Billing Relevance field and "X" for Pricing field (seen in the Business Data option).
Also maintain Copy control between the Delivery type & Billing type using T-code VTFL. Here ensure Copying requirement as 009(DlvRel.pro forma hdr) at Header level. And at Item level select Item category as "KBN" with Copying requirements as 010(DlvRel.pro forma itm), Billing Qty as "B" and Pricing Type as per your requirement.

Free item reference document number not populated in MIGO item screen

I have a requirement where in I would need to populate the reference document number in the MIGO item when I am cancelling a goods receipt in case of free items.
In standard SAP system we know that it would only be populated when GRbased IV is ticked in PO but in free item PO this is not ticked . So was enquiring if any body knows how we could populate the reference document number at GR cancellation in MIGO item level for free items .

If you mean the field MSEG-SMBLN, then it is always populated at cancellation, no matter the GR-based IV flag.
