Reference Key in dynamic selection in FBL5N

Hi,
I want to produce output in FBL5N based on Reference Key (AWKEY). However, this field is not available in the dynamic selection of Customer Line Item.
Does anyone know how I can add this field in the dynamic selection screen?

Hi,
U want the reference key field for the line item when u
execute the Customer Line item display (If the reference field is in the
layout then why u want that field again in the dynamic selection,
only u need the output at the time of the execution, so i suggest
u, not to get in to problems by creating all programmes)
just execute FBL5N
then in the header, see the layout.
there are some hidden files so select the hidden
reference key and select show items, copy
then it will show on the line item.
if u want this reference key regularly with out selecting the layout
when u execute FBL5N,then save the layout with this field.

in Dynamic selections in Transaction Codes FBL5N or FBL1N.

U go to Change Layout Icon or press Ctrl+F8 then u will get a Sreen and then select the Profit center from Right hand side box and send it to left hand side and click on copy button . I think u will be able to see the profit center details also...

Dynamic Selections in FBL5N

Hi All,
We are facing a problem while using the transaction FBL5N (Customer line item display) along with its dynamic selections. Along with the existing selections we would like to include the payment terms in the selection criteria which is available in the company code data of the dynamic selections.
The problem is even if we use this there is no effect on the report i.e. the data is not filtered (Say I have chosen not to get payment terms with a value 'XYZ' but the report is displaying these..). But at the same time if we use the document date in the dynamic selection, the report is working fine, the extracted data meets the selection criteria.
Can somebody help us out here, if we have to include some notes or any LDB's which might help us?

Custmer Class. field in dynamic selection of FBL5N not cming in Report

Hi,
After selecting Customer Classification field in Dynamic selection of Transaction Code FBL5N and saving it and creating a Variant, this field doesnot come in output of report after execution.
Can anybody send a reply on this asap.

Hi,
After executing the report in FBL5N, check in the display layout if the same field is available. If it is available include it in the display list (Left side of the pop up screen). Save the layout after including and make it default or user specific as per requirement.

Passing data to dynamic selection screen

Hi Guys ,
I need to pass some field values captured in my report to transaction FBL5N . The problem is that one of the fields which i need to input the value in FBL5N is a dynamic selection in FBL5N and is not in the standard selection screen . How do I pass the value to this field .
Any sort of help would be great .

If a parameter ID is assigned to the field with dynamic selection in FBL5N, you can pass the value by means of SET PARAMETER ID statement.

FBL5N Dynamic Selection

Hi,
When they use FBL5N to minimize the selection of data to the Branch level they need to open the Dynamic Selections area of the selection screen, scroll down (page down several times) in the left panel in a long list of available fields to find "Branch account", double click on the field to activate it in the right panel. Once activated the Branch number can be entered in the screen to see only the documents related to the Branch.
It would be quicker and more efficient if the Branch account field was defaulted to active in the Dynamic Selections area in FBL5N. The default setting will save the scrolling and clicking part of getting the Branch data and make the system easier to use.
The change will create a transportable Workbench request.
Can anyone please explain how to bring this Branch account field in Dynamic selection as has been mentioned above.

Hi,
Please refer the below link for the process to add/remove any fields in the dynamic selection. If you want any field to selected by default on the right side of the screen then, in T.Code: SE36 for the Logical Database (refer the below link) you need to preselect the desired field.

Thanks for your quick response, here for the report FBL5N the logical database is DDF and the field which should be add in dynamic selection is (KTGRD) account assignment group is available in KNVV table but this table is not available in DDF logival database.
Please suggest us how we can pickup this field into the report FBL5N for dynamic selections.

SELECTION-SCREEN DYNAMIC SELECTIONS FOR NODE|TABLE <node>.
declares a node <node> of a logical database for dynamic selections in the selection include.
To use the dynamic selections in the SELECT statements of the subroutine PUT_<node>, you must use the data object DYN_SEL. The data object DYN_SEL is automatically generated in the logical database program as follows:

Add new field in the fbl5n dynamic selections/ Need to add dunning clerk fi

Hi Gurus,
Currently, you can find the Accounting Clerk field in the dynamic selections. Would like to be able to use the Dunning Clerk field in the dynamic selections.
Beyond that, would like to bring both Accounting Clerk and Dunning Clerk as columns when looking at customer detail.
Would be willing to use other report that I can access that would give me these two clerks by customer number.

Hi,
the field dunning clerk is not available in Dynamic Selections because it is in table KNB5.
The fields which are eligible for dynamic selection can be reviewed for
the related logical database via trans SE36
1) Enter logical database DDF, KDF or SDF (for FBL5N, FBL1N, FLB3N)
2) Menu -> Extras -> selection views
3) Here you can find 2 origins of the view (SAP and CUS).
   The standard view SAP is used. Create your own using view CUS. First
   copy the view SAP.
   On the left side are the functional groups.
   01 Customer master => fields from table KNA1
   02 Company code    => fields from table KNB1
   03 Documents        => fields from table BSID
Only those fields from these tables can be used for dynamic selection

to see how to add fields in to the dynamic selection , and the fields,
which are available for this.

Industry, Document type and Posting key. They are data of dynamic selections
How I can do it?

If the values are fixed, why not just save it as a standard report variant after populating the input?

FCHU- Reference key Wrongly selected

Hi,
While executing FCHU, i wrongly selected Reference Key instead of Assignment field.
The reference key got populated with cheque No.'s in place of Assignment field.
Is there any way to rectify this. The line items are huge in no.

you can change document no wise and also update reference instead of FCHU
