Refreshing and adding new movies

hi all,
i am using iphotos to save both my photos and movies in the same directory. Is that a good idea ? ..
when a new directory is create to save latest photos and videos, imovie updates the videos automatically. But when i add the videos to one of the existing folders using iphoto to organize, imovie does not update add those videos automatically when i start it. Also will imovie copy the video files from iphoto or it links and uses them, in other words i hope 2 copies of each video are not being kept.

You have to keep items checked if you want them to stay on AppleTV.
Syncs are incremental, so if things checked are already on AppleTV they don't sync gaian, they just stay there - if you uncheck iTunes thinks you want to delete from AppleTV.
If you get the can't be played error it sometimes means a network issue with connection lost, or that iTunes can't find the original file which may have been moved, deleted or just on an unconnected drive. The error is vague and usually solved by a reboot.
If it persists the file may be incompatible with AppletTV specs.

Also, I have noticed that every once in awhile you can not close tabs you've opened, either by pushing on the X button and/or clicking on the mouse to close it. Although closing the window and opening it again (without closing the Firefox application) seemed to rectify the problem in the short term, it's becoming quite annoying.

I think I have a solution.
First, download the add-on SQManager. This should be included with FireFox, it is really good.
Look for the file '''moz_hosts''' in the folder '''places.sqlite'''.
Don't delete the file, just delete the information in the file. My file has over 3600 websites, which go back years!! I did not know they were there, but I was frustrated about not being able to get rid of them. They popped up every time I used the address bar. Clearing my history would not get rid of them.
This is where they are stored!! I found that by deleting the pesky web site from '''moz_hosts''', it does not appear in my address bar anymore!!!
I think that if I just delete all the websites in moz_hosts....

As long as you don't delete the file, just empty it, FireFox won't know the difference. It will just keep adding websites to it until you empty it again.
Why running "clear recent history" doesn't do this, I don't know. You are doing manually what "clear recent history" is not doing.

You can't all apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase/download it.

Master detail refresh when adding new record

Guys,
Can't believe I need to ask this question ....but here we go
when adding new master record --> I want to refresh the detail record..... in my case old detail records stays as it is until i click the save button
for detail panelformlayout-->partial trigger--> i set the ids of master panelformlayout and newMasterrecord button..... but still it doesn't refresh the child record when new master record is being created.....
any thought will be greatly appreciated

In application module it works fine......
Even on the page when i click next/previous button on masters it refreshes details information.
but when i click the button "create" it doesn't refreshes details...... (but when i save the information, i certainly see the updated details)
seems like there is some settings or binding i need to check but can't able to find one.....
any help is greatly appreciated

Batch Input for VA31 and adding new partner

Dear All,
I have a already well running program, which is creating new scheduling agreement via transaction VA31 in batch input mode.
Now, there is a new requirement to add one partner in the header. I made a recording and saw that there is a subcreen SAPLV09C. I extended the program, but doesn't matter I'm doing I always get the message:
No batch input data for screen SAPMV45A 4002
Does anyone has experience with adding new partners in the header and can explain me how to make the right development.

1. In the Installation Assistant mark the foreground checkbox (in the column FG of the Installation Assistant project view) of this specific eCATT.
2. Activate the project again.
3. Run the eCATT in foreground

I tried deleting and adding a new account, verified that my network connections are working, bebooted my iPod, and verified that imap is enabled on my laptop. Not sure what else to do. Please help!!!

ITunes U Public Site Manager and adding new content

Probably just me missing something, but I am in the iTunes U Public Site Manager looking to add content to an existing collection. Since the update, I can't seem to find the "add to collection" button that used to exist. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I am the site administrator, and I want to add content to an existing collection. I have been adding content to existing collections since the site was created several years ago, but since the recent June 1 update to the Public Site Manager things have obviously changed and I cannot seem to find a way to add content. Maybe I am missing something obvious, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this.
As a work around, I created a new apple ID and added it as a "user" and then as a "contributor" to the collection I want to add content to. I then logged out and then in again as this new contributor, and I was able to add the content as before (the update). I was hoping that I would be able to log in as the administrator and upload content without having to use another login.

Really?! I didn't know that made a difference...I thought secondary lines were $25 - well, ya learn something new every day!
And a side note - we added a line for my 75+ yr old mother with one of our old flip phones and CS was extremely kind in waiving the activation fee (I could have sworn it was $25 charged and credited on the bill), PLUS they boxed up the flip phone after activating it (with an out of state number to boot) and shipped it to my Mom, all at no additional cost to me. I'm not saying that will be everyone's experience, and I was amazed the service rep offered to ship it for me - but I smiled and said "THANK YOU!" and accepted it!

My aol inbox does not automatically refresh and display new messages in firefox, but it does in google chrome. How do I fix this?

I have been trying to update settings to allow my aol mail to automatically refresh when new messages come in, vs having to click on the "inbox" in order to view new messages. How to clear player and load new movie?

Windows Vista, Quicktime 7.2
When watching a movie in Quicktime, I want to be able to click another movie and have Quicktime clear the existing movie, and load and play the new one.
At present, another player is automatically opened. I have unchecked the preferences box "Open movies in new players"

and the text fields are still filled up.
Page 3 is loaded after passing sno from page 2.
While loading page 3 it fetches record from database and record values are filled in text fields. When list link 'New' is clicked it loads page 3 with out clearing the text fields.

IDVD or iDVDHD to make and burn new movies???

I am a new owner of a MacBook Pro and am trying to use my built in iSight to make a movie and burn it to a DVD for viewing on a DVD player'd tv. I can record the video on imovieHD however cannot burn a viewable copy. When I try to make a movie on imovie it wont let me use my iSight. Also, I cannot export my movie from imovHD to imovie - it says Quicktime couldn't parse it???
Can anyone offer advice? Thanks!

I am not sure what you mean. iMovieHD to iMovie??? Do you mean iMovieHD to iDVD? If you have made a movie with iMovieHD, you can open iDVD create a simple theme and drag your iMovieHD project to iDVD, check to make sure it will play, then burn your DVD in iDVD.

Hiding Subforms and adding new subforms

Hi, I am in the process of creating a
form and would like to have a selection on tick boxes which if the user ticks them will then open the relevant
pages/subforms so would like advice on the easiest way to do that.
Then I would like the users to be able to add the information to the relevant page/subform but if there is more information required then they should be able to click on add additional information button and it creates another page/subform for them to fill in, and again would like advice how to do that.

If you want other objects to move when objects are shown/hidden, then you will need to set the page as a flowed subform. Also save the form as a Dynamic XML form. There are lots of examples on this forum.
In relation to textfields you can set it to expand to fit in the Layout palette and set it to multiline in the Object > Field palette. This means that if the user inputs more data that the initial size of the field, it will expand on exit. If you allow it to have page breaks in the content (again Object > Field palette) then it will start a new page automatically.

When i first bought my shuffle a few years back, i would use the itunes in my old laptop to add/delete songs from it. However, recently i realised im unable to do so on my new laptop (using itunes). Today, im unable to add/delete songs from my shuffle, using my old laptop or new laptop. Need help on this, as im unable to change my songs in my shuffle. Appreciate any help or suggestions.

CRMToolBox gives you an option to work on webresources. Alternatly, You can export the webresource, work in Visual Studio and use the browse button on the webresource editor to upload the updated file.
