How do you request a refund of a non working app?

To be more clear, the app is a fake, it does not do what it was advertised to do. Also it was per loaded with hundreds of fake reviews earlier today to hide the reviews that stated it did not work. I was unable to see them on my phone,as it just showed the current reviews. After I saw it was not looking I looked in the iTunes app store, and discovered all of the bad reviews, and now more reviewers like myself stating it does not work.
I have submitted a request for refund, I finally found a link for that.

    Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
    Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

In my case I purchased several apps by the same developer which cost around £10 in total, but due to a recent update they are now unusable and lead to frustration as they are impossible to use.     You've tried deleting and redownloading them and seeing if they then work and tried contacting the developers ? If you have and they can't/won't help then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

    We are not psychic... You don't tell us what country's store you are using or even what the app is...
    Go to the App store in iTunes. Find the page for the app, and click the link for the developers web site.

    You contact iTunes store support and plead your case. YOU are responsible for the security of your Apple ID and password. There are numerous mechanisms in place to make it easy to prevent unauthorized purchases. IF they agree to give you a refund, they will not do so a second time.
