Refund for failed purchase

I have recently request for refund due to failure for three items purchased in order no. M1KMG2ZW2D. However, only one item is refunded and subsequent reporting has no feedback at all. What should I do the get refunds for the other two items?

How did you contact Support, and did their original reply say that all 3 items would be refunded ? You could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support again (if you have a case number from your original request then include it) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Refund for Failing App.. - oneSafe

I bought oneSafe from the App store (ipad) about two weeks or so ago... $5.99 isn't a lot of money, but the App showed some promise as a 'secure' location for personal info - bank stuff, passport, Credit Cards, etc.... Kinda the same as 1Password XXX but with the ability to actually take a picture on the ipad of the physical Crd. Card, Driv. License or Passport... I was running IOS 5.0 on the ipad...
AFTER updating to 5.0.1, after opening oneSafe, the physical 'cards' were there (the devices that oneSafe uses for capturing your info, pictures, logos, etc), but ALL the DATA was missing...GONE...
I contacted the support group of oneSafe (Singapore) and they told me last night that they had run into a bug in their product that with the advent of IOS 5.0.1 and some kind of internal change that Apple had made to the way that encryption keys/strings were passed about, their product could NO LONGER FIND my encrypted info....it was still on my device but their product could NOT retreive it.. hummmm,,,....
SO, I went into iTunes to get a refund for the product... Thru iTunes on my MBP 10.6.8 Snow Leopard and iTunes 10.5.(141) the functionality of "Report a Problem" when quering 'purchase history' spawned a web page in Safari that listed all the options for using iTunes INSTEAD of taking me to the 'report a problem' page so I could enter my Order number and the issues.... endlessly.....
I'm I the only one ecperiencing this type of problem with iTunes or are others??

You can (in theory) downgrade a storage upgrade purchase and get a refund within 15 days of purchase.
Apple have made this as difficult as possible. If you use Express Lane you cannot proceed without entering a hardware serial number which is still eligible for AppleCare. However julia22 managed to find a way round it - please see this post:

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

.Was it a real Apple email? Seems strange that they would send you something based on a four year old purchase.

Keeping current plan, but downgrading when it ends:
Settings>icloud>Storage & Backup>Change Storage Plan. Look at downgrade options. There you can choose the plan you want when the current one ends.
