Over a year ago, if not longer, I cancaled a subscription with skype and havent really used skype since. Now that I decited to use Skype again I added some money to my Skype account and the first thing Skype does is add a subscription without my permistion. I want a refund for something I didnt signup for as well as an apology for wasting my time. No wonder fewer people use Skype.

They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases by children. No guarantees, though, just as if your child was in a store and ate a bunch of food (in other words, something that can't just be returned).

I never wanted Skype premium service but got a free trial and then after trial period it automatically kicked inas a subscription service, taking money form my credit card BEACAUSE I DID NOT CANCEL IT before free trail period. I do not connect to internet every day and am only now seeing that money have been debited every month since April 2013. I finally managed to CANCEL the actiual subsciption after going through a tedious LONG process on line when all I want to do is speak to an actual humen. I see Skpye do not offer a telephone custer services service - ha! Now I want to get reimbursement for moneys taken for a service never used etc etc and I cannot find any where to action this after 45 mins paging through the website.

You posted in the Mac computer OS X Tiger 10.4 forum. You don't provide enough info. Was this an iPad app, iPhone app, an iPod app purchased from the iTunes store? Or an app purchased from another source?
The remedy - don't give your kids the password and answer to security questions.
If purchased from the iTunes store, there's a link on the invoice.

I am not able to find how to request a refund to 'The Daily', and iPad Newstand publication.
It started out a great news daily, and have since cut the content, combined Saturday & Sunday, and did away with Landscape viewing.

I had a subscription to something that was supposed to be cancelable by May 10th. I went to do this and I received an email saying that I had been charged again. I'm a little confused and want to purchase a monthly subscription through Skype, but when my credit was under a dollar, it wouldn't allow me to purchase it. So, I recharged my credit. Now, when I go to sign up for a subscription, it wants to charge my credit card again. Why can't I use the credit that it just made me sign up for? Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
