Reg. Access seq for MRP Price

Dear Friends
I have to create new pricing procedure for domestic sales, in this case, I need to create condition types for MRP Price,MRP Discount,BED,ECES,SHEC and VK11 also I maintained, but I faced access sequence problem,for MRP Price condition type I assigned the access seq. what is put in PR00 Condition type .if the enter the MRP Price which is treated as net price in header.so, which type of access sequence I have to use for the MRP the same should come in next to the PR00 condition type.
otherwise MRP should work as dummy should not involve anything. if remove the access seq in MRP Price,during billing release
I am facing TAXINJ problem. I want access seq also.
Pls help me.

Based on the requirement , I have configured 2 access seq for free goods determination.

2. Sales org/DistCh/Customer / Material .
The free goods determination is working fine when i use the first access Seq - . Customer/Material and when i use the 2nd access seq - Sales org/DistCh/Customer / Material free goods determination is not happening for both inclusive and exclusive .
Can any one help me on this issue , as i am not able to identify the issue .

Access sequence for stock transfer order

Hi,
My client is a paper industry. client is procuring raw materials from forest center. We are considering forest center as plant 1800 and paper mill as plant 1100. several depots has been created under forest center and considering them as storage location. goods receipt at forest center is happening through scheduling agreements. stock is transfered from forest center depots to mill through stock transport order.
For each depots, freight value per MT is fixed for transporting goods from forest center to mill. Clients requirement is to maintain the rates for freight for each depots so that it will pick from condition records. No need to enter freight value in stock transport order.
I have created an access sequence for combination of plant (1800) and forest center depots and maintained condition table. but it is not working as in stock transport order, there is no storage location option for supplying plant. In stock transport order supplying plant is forest center (1800) and receiving plant is mill (1100).
Please guide me where to maintain the freight rate as this is mandatory for my client.

Access seq with depot will not work becuse you don't have the storage location field in the header
Rather create the diff pruchase group for each depot and assign them in STO based on your depot(storage location)
and create the access sequence based on the palnt and purchase group than it will work.

Access Sequence for Purchase Orders

Hi,
When copying Access Sequence 0001 to my new Access Seq: ZPR1, I am hitting the below error.
The field assignment has not yet been made
Message no. VK 376
Diagnosis
Field assignment has not yet been carried out.
System Response
When using this access sequence, the system can never find a record for this access (sequential number 11 table 025)
Procedure
Branch to field level and make the field assignment.
Pls advise the cause.

well it shouldnt be an error message it should be a warning message
acknowledge the message and then selcet the row of the condition table in the acess sequnece and then click on the folder field s and do this for all the condition tables in the access sequence and then save
i will again say it is just an warning messgae so as to inform you that while including a new table u sholud select the row and then click on the field s folder this makes an interal assignement
do this and your problem will be solved 101%

Error while closing the open purchase order for MRP run

HI expets,
We are facing issue while closing the old purchase order(18.12.2007) for MRP run, if we are clicking delivery completed for the particular line item ,system is showing the error NET PRICE MUST BE GREATER THAN ZEROthough we have made GR and IR aganist the line item an value is also showing in the purchase order history tab, but in the condition tab there is no value showing for the particular line item .Kindly suggest the way forward.

one thing for sure, you cannot proceed without maintaining proper conditions in the PO.
Why they are not there or not anymore there is probably caused by customizing or vendor master data changes.

Custom defined FM for purchase price determination

Hi all,
can anybody help me with the problem below..
In IS-retail im assigning a custom defined function module for purchase price determination (MM42 -> sales view -> PP det. seq - 06).
example FM for which is WV_EXAMPLE_01.
but in the import parameter (structure KALP) im not getting the vendor number eventhough it is specified in the screen..
I need vendor number along with material(which im getting) to calculate purchase price..
Can anyone tell me wat the problem is and a solution for it.

Hi ,
In VKP5 calculation,Purchase price Schema is pulled from Purchase price determination sequence.
In PP Determination sequence we can give PP schema based on PP determination type.
If the PP type is A,system will fetch the PP Schema from Standard schema maintained in MM.

Problem Downloading Source Structure for a Access Sequence for Pricing

Hi,
We are using SAP CRM and ERP version 5.0.
We have maintained Pricing Procedure in SAP ERP and the Same has been downloaded in SAP CRM and is been used in Sales Order dor Pricing Determination.
We have maintained Access Sequence ZKP0 and has Accesses as
1.Site Price <Table SAP071>
2.Price List Price <Table SAP155>
3.Sales Org Price <Table SAP073>
Now when we checked for the Accesses for theTable SAP155 in the Option in the Field for
Price List the Structure Entry is Missing and it should have been "CRMT_ACS_H_SEL"
Now the Same is Present in ERP and i want it in CRM so i Tried Downloading the Condition Types for the Pricing via Filter "DNL_CUST_CONDALL" but still the Entry has not populated in the Feild.
Pricing Detrmination via Site Price is happening in ERP whereas in CRM it says Record not Found .
The Entry for the Price Lsit has been succesfully Downloaded in the Price List Table but still due the absence of the Structure is doesnot appear in CRM
Please Suggest some Fruitfull way to Resolve this issue...

Hi RK,
Pelase retrigger the initial download of DNL_CUST_CNDALL object alone using R3AS. This will create all the structures necessary.
Also after the download of this object is complete(This object will bring all the customizing in one shot i.e all cond tables,accesses etc), you can check in SLG1 transaction for any errors for this initial download.
Then if you have defined some Z fileds please do the mapping according to the note 514952.

Hi there,
It is always possible to have work around to solve issue without refer to OSS to change any programming coding.
We want to have a freight charge appear on each sales order automatically according to some condition. Most of the time, this freight charge is a flat rate (if it is depend on qty or value, then we're so easy to set it in item level).
In order to do so, we'll have one assumption. The item line number of sales order is auto running number, like 10, 20 and etc created by system and not manually input.
Then we create a pricing condition type like other discount or charge in ITEM LEVEL with your selected condition like customer, sales office, country and etc. However, remember to add the sales item line as part of the condition of this pricing condition.
Update the pricing procedure and create price condition record with say "10" for the sales item line. Since you'll have line number 10 for all sales order as first line (no mater it is a free of charge item or not). This new condition will generate a "freight cost" in the pricing procedure. And it is only apply to first line, therefore, we only get once of this charge for one order.
Hope this is your case and it works with ours.

Unable to connect to the Data Access service for this management server

Hate to raise a sleeping horse but was hoping someone might have some insight into why SCOM Report Server install is failing. I am using a domain account for SCOM 2012 R2 services in a distributive environment
with 2 management servers and 2 SQL servers…one for Ops db and one for DW db.
Install was failing on selecting the management server. Research led me to
Kevin Holman's site. I followed his doc and SPN are set per your config and can telnet to MGMT1 on 5723…firewall is off on all servers. I am a domain admin and scom.mgmt account (MSOMSdkSvc) is a local admin on the MGMT servers.

Creating a Profile
The information contained in this info object is relevant to the material master for industry and to the article master for retail. Retail customers are requested to substitute:

1. In the Material Master menu, choose Profile ® MRP profile or Forecast profile ® Create.
The initial screen appears.
2. Enter the name you want to give the profile.
If you want to use an existing profile as a reference, enter its name under Copy from so that the system can copy its values to the new profile.
3. Choose Selection screen.
The selection screen appears. It shows all the fields that can be copied to the MRP or Forecasting screen in the material master record.
4. Enter a profile description and select the fields you want the profile to contain, specifying whether each field is to be copied to the material master record as a fixed value or as a default value.
It is not possible to select Fixed lot size and Maximum stock level in a single MRP profile. However, if you select Maximum stock level, you must also select Lot size (materials planning).5. Choose Data screen.
MRP profile data is spread over two screens. To switch from one screen to the other, choose Data screen 1 or Data screen 2.
When you access the data screen from the selection screen, the system checks whether the fields selected are allowed to appear in the same profile.
The data screen appears, containing only the fields you selected on the selection screen. The fixed values and default values are displayed in different colors. All fixed values are required fields except where the field can also be left blank.
If, in the forecast profile, you enter N or 0 as the forecast model, no forecast is made.
Like forecast model N, if you enter forecast model 0 when maintaining a forecast profile, you will be unable to maintain any other field in the profile.
Unlike forecast model N, forecast model 0 deletes any existing forecast values when you change the material. This ensures that these values are no longer included in materials planning.
6. Enter the corresponding values and save the profile.
If the system detects inconsistencies or errors, it asks you to change the fields selected on the selection screen and/or to correct the values. Otherwise, the initial screen appears, where you can begin to create another profile.

I have to customize SAP workflow for releasing Purchase requisitions. I will be using enhancement M06B0001 for my own role resolution.
I have some questions regarding workflow
1) How to configure workflow for MRP generated & manually created PR?What are the steps? what are the limitations in doing so?
2) Since we are facing the problem of insufficient user license ,How to send notifications to NON SAP users?(We have thought of creating a Z table for the same)

Here are my constraints:
1) Not a single component of HR module will be implemented.(Project management decision:-()
2) Number of user licenses are less, considering the workflow users.(Hence we have thought of creating Z table for employee nos. & EMAIL IDs ,& this table will be accessed by using M06B0001 user exit.(It is still in development phase. Truely speaking, dont know whether it will work or not).If this works out ,then I believe, record from SU01 will not be used (Please correct me here).
3)We have 2 instances on development server.(in short,2 separate installations on same server by creating additional instance). What are the implications of this particular system landscape on workflow? Whether workflow will work or not??:-(, :-(.
The reason I asked you 3rd question is , As soon as 2 nd instance was created on development server, Short Dumps are coming while running transactions of Workflow builder.(SWDD & PFTC).It is giving error" Table is unknown or does not exist". Description of error says"The current program"SAPLSWF3 had to be terminated because one of the statements could not be executed."

Table entry for Valuation variant for material prices

We want to define a valuation variant for costing run. In that we need to select the material price based on the plan price. We have provision of entering three plan prices in the Costing tab-2 in the material master. But we want to enter plan prices for more than three dates. For this, we propose to enter the dates and prices in a separate table and that table needs to be accessed in the valuation variant for material prices closest to the date of valuation. How we can go about this ?

When you create Valuation Variant, choose Strategy U i.e. Price from userexit
Then code the exit COPCP0005 with the help of ABAP consultant
The logic should be:
a. Refer the "costing date from" entered in Ck11N
b. refer the Z table... and pick the price relevant on that date

An access sequence is a search strategy by means of which the system searches for valid records in various condition tables. It consists of one or more accesses. The sequence of accesses controls the priority of the individual condition records among each other. Through the accesses, the system is told where to look first and where to look next for a valid condition record in each case.
