Are u people sure about this? I have seen many documents but couldn't find a place where it is mentioned clearly. Before SP14, the procedure of configuring alert was different using scheduling of report See SAP Note 913858. I just checked at our XI 3.0 SP 10 box. Inside the Integration Process, we have all the required options atleast.

Reg-Alert Macro-Day's supply not working

    We are using Data base alert macros for day's supply of SNP.But it seems macros are not working.Planning book day's supply key figures value not refelcting in alert monitor(amon1).
our setting is 0-30 days-Information;
                     31-50-Warning;
                     above 51-Error

Hi Venkadesh,
I think you put your indicator upside down.
0 to 30 should be error and avobe 51 information.
Another comments: to check if the macro is working: after running it, in interactive or background, check table /SAPAPO/AM_ALERT to see if you can see the alert or not.
If you can see the alert in the table but not in the profile, then the issue is your profile; if you can't see your alert in the table neither, then the issue is the alert creation in the macro...

Reg Alerts using with & without BPM.

Dear Experts,
The flow of the inbound message is Customers>( Seeburger Adapter which receives the message and passes to the integration of XI CENTRAL HUB) CENTRAL XI HUB> XI HUB-->SAP System and the out bound is viceversa.
1. A Message failed with the Mapping Exception Error in the SXMB_MONI of the CENTRAL XI Hub. An alert should be raised for thsi error in the form of email..how this can be done WITHOUT BPM ? or WITH BPM ?
2. How to integrate This type of alerts with with Tivoli to raise a ticket with the support team ?

Reg Alert problem

I configured alerts using alrtcatdef and I am unable find the alerts in ALERTINBOX , and also I am getting mail hear I am misssing dynamic context .

After setting the category, you have to define the alert rule also in runtime workbench.

You have to define Alert modeler and assign it to your webclient profile. After confirming an account alerts agents to existing documents, which the system finds in the interaction record. This alert contains a link, which agents can use to navigate directly to the existing documents.

In the above coding , before raiseing the alert i changed , The worked date field with Red color.
But i got the alert message .But the bel0ow statement is not working

Can u pls anyone help me to solve this issue.

I made an entry in MIRO with the option "Credit memo" and made payment to vendor the balance amount only will come deducting the debit amount from vendor.

Dear Expert
I have one idea,but I don't know how far it is ok,
in vendor master one option is there that Payment block where if I select blocked for payment during control the debit note. If I do so,I will get the message during invoice that the payment is blocked like then, then I have to change the Payment block to Free for payment.
I changed the Payment block to Blocked for payment which was not working while invoice.

but i see that the time is in UTC
I have checked the Time zone settting in CEN and monitored System and it is EST

Have you check your OS settings for timezone, also are your system time and time zone different as seen in system settings ?
Also time zone settings for the user with whom the mail/message dispatch job is running which was scheduled while configuring email autoreactions...not the user sapsys

I don't see why not - there are probably several possibilities, both standard and third party, depending on your SAP release + available config and technical skills. For example have a look at the SAPconnect info at

I believe the "Concurrent Manager" is a product supported in the "E-Business" forum.
Can a moderator move the question there? (with other questions on this product)
I assume this is not related the Java's concurrency library.

I reply in this (closed) post because I have a general question about CCMS
On Windows installations I can see from SAP MMC at operating system level the alerts from rz20 graphically and all in a single global view.
Is there something similar for Unix/Linux installation too? Can I have the same view on Unix installation?
From rz20 transaction I can't see the alerts unless i select manually every monitor set, but I wonder if there is a way to have a global view of alerts as I can have with SAP MMC

Problem coming in the alert configuration

Hi frnds,
I have created alert category in abap stack , created alert rules in rwb alert configuration. And when i was testing via report rsalerttest, received the alert in alert inbox and on my outlook .
While testing through mapping sometimes I received notificationl on my id, but sometimes I am not getting alert notificationl to my id and in alert inbox.
why the same alert configuration is not triggering notification every time, and only few times triggering notification as expected.
Can you please give some light on it.

Please un check Suppress Multiple Alerts option for your alert rule.
