After posting are3 document print screen is populating but when we click print preview or print tab , we r unable sea print preview and print,
if we click print/preview we r getting the massage are3 document has posted successfully ,
We have done all are3 print settings,

for others who are facing similar problem below are mentioned the settings to be done in NACE
remember: Form Routine ENTRY_ARE3 is not present so do not write it ever in your case also

Print out issue for Goods issue document

Dear Friends,
I am trying to take a print out for good issue document (Mov. 541)
- Necessary settings have been done in customizing of output details WA01 with print parameters Plant/storage location (also maintained same at config. level)
- MN21 master data maintained but every time I have to define output device by changing the document details in MB02
- When taking print out inMB90 system proposes no document found for processing
Can anybody help in this regards

If the output TYPE is configured, and created in MN21 but the output record is not automatically created for each document, you may be missing config in Output Determination. (In MM02, you can select the output type from a drop-down and process without error) Please check the following: SPRO path: Materials Management > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Output Determination > Maintain Output Determination Procedures. Your output type must be assigned to the procedure used by your document. If it is not here, it will not automatically propose the output record.

PO print out issue

Hi Guru ,
This is very interesting issue regarding PO print out. i have developed Zform for PO . I have assign this form in NACE setting.
Ok then i have created a PO and define Message type for that PO Like ... Out Put type - NEW, Medium - Print Out , Function - Vendor , Partner - 100018 and Language - EN .
For this Message Type - Out put is comming perfect with correct data.
But when i changed Message Type Language - EN to AR(Arabic) and other parameter will be remain same then what happend is PO out put is comming - Mirror image (opposite of EN language). Means all data is printing in right to left and layout of form also changed - means window is also print opposite site - PO window printing in PO address window and PO address window is printing in PO window.
Kindly any body can suggest solution regarding this.

PO Print out Issue place

Hi..
My client raises the PO at Jaipur for their plant which is at Mumbai...All the goods will be delivered at mumbai..
but in the print out of PO..my client wants to print the address of the PO issued place..like in this case..PO issued place is jaipur and delivery plant is mumbai..
AS i have seen there is no such field in the header of PO...only we can pick the delivery address..?
How can we get the PO issue place...?

In general, whenever you raise a PO with plant and sloc, by default plant address is adopted as delivery address in item details tab. But for you scenario, since your delivery address varies and which you are not sure which plant address is used as delivery address. so I presume that whenever user raise PO, user is going to input manully the PO delivery address by deleting the Plant address (Plant from which PO is raised).
To cater the requirement of address for plant in which PO is raised, as suggested either maintain or use the existing plant address table to club with user exit and use to populate the address in text field. Make sure that text field is printed in your PO printout form.

PRINT OUT ISSUE

on the right hand side of the Print out there are black lines appearing in the print out . I got the toner cartridge refilled also. what can i do to remove those lines on the right handside ?

I see that you are getting black lines on the pages. I can help you.
HP recommends that you use Genuine HP toners. HP can't guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP toners, or refilled HP toners. The following solutions might not resolve your print quality issue.
I have provided a document to go through the steps to see if it will help.
Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues.
Inspect the toner cartridge for damage:
1. Remove the toner cartridge from the product and verify that the sealing tape has been removed.
2. Check the memory chip for damage.
3. Examine the surface of the imaging drum on the bottom of the toner cartridge.
CAUTION: Do not touch the roller (imaging drum) on the bottom of the cartridge.
Fingerprints on the imaging drum can cause print-quality problems.
4. If you see any scratches, fingerprints, black toner or other damage on the imaging drum, replace the toner.
5. If the imaging drum does not appear to be damaged, rock the toner cartridge gently several times and reinstall it. Print a few pages to see if the problem has resolved.
If the problem persists, try Genuine HP Toners.

I want to know that if a contract made in MUMBAI & other user at Calcutta is watching this contract but this user at calcutta wants print out of This contract, but as he is going in ME32K , an error comes that " Missing Auth. for plant Mumbai what is the logic behind this , Also please guide me how to take spool request for a contract pl help me i m doing this in DEV. server .a step by step help is required .

Actually in case of purchase order , we can take print out by taking spool request & then saving that PDF file on desktop then using t. code ZPDF , here giving spool request , the print out of P.O can be taken , so i need to ask that in the same way can spool request of contract can be taken , be coz, use from MUMBAI had sent the contract by mail with attchment in PDF File ., pl help to come out of this .

A/R Downpayment Invoice + Payment Print Out Issue

Dear Experts,
I have been searching around the forum but have not found an answer to my question.
I have a user whose license is a combination of the limited CRM and limited Logistics license.
This user is able to create an A/R downpayment invoice and enter the payment means. He later adds the document into the system.
Here is the problem:-
1. When he retrieves back the downpayment invoice to print, he selects to print "A/R Invoice + Payment". When he does that, a message prompts that he is not allowed to perform the action.
I am half suspecting that this may be a limitation imposed by the license, considering that he has no access to the Banking module. I do find it weird that the system allows for payment means and downpayment invoices but does not allow for the user to print the payment document.
Appreciate if someone could shed some light as to what is going on here. Thank you.

Dear Alvin Chong,
This is the limitation for user's license type. In fact, those limited license is not allowed to access all final financial document. Not only Banking module.
Down payment invoice is an exception because it has to be finalized by formal invoice.

Print out colored text

Hi Experts,
I use below codes to display a colored subtotal line on the report:
format color 4.
write: /20 'Subtotal', 40 wa-netwr.
format reset.
It works. The color is fixed on the display, however, when the report is printed out, the shading of the colored green lines covers over the the word Subtotal, and the value of net value, to the point where it is unable to be read.
Could you kindly let me know how to fix this print out issue?

INVERSE influences the foreground color.
With one exception (COLOR OFF), the system takes the COLOR specified from an inverse color palette and uses it as foreground color. The background color remains unchanged. For COLOR OFF, INVERSE has no effect, since this would set the foreground and the background to the same color.
COLOR sets the color of the line background. If, in addition, INVERSE ON ist set, the system changes the foreground color instead of the background color.

Check the below settings whether you have done it clear,,
NACE-Select ME Click on Condition records- Select WA02( As you want)-Trans/Event Type-"WA" Print Version " 2" and Execute it
In the next scren P-1, medium-1, Date/Time-Select 39as you want), Language EN and enter,, Now select the line and click on the communication and there enter the output device if anything specified for you,, and save it,,
Now check in MB02, enter the material document, and double click on the any line item, Click on the messages do the same process for this document as above and save it and try MB90,, surely it wil work and for the future docs,,

from MB90 select below options.
Output Type -WA03
ransmission Medium-1 (Print)
Sort order-01 (Material document/Item/Output type)
Processing mode - 1 ( and 2-for repeat Output)
Material Doc. Year -2011 (as per Document created date)
Material Document - Goods Issue Number
Execute the same and proceed for Document Print.

PO Print out and data issue in Aribic Language -AR

When i print Compnay phone no. of PO in E language is printing correct like - +962 4400402
But i select message type 'AR' then Company Phone No. printing like this - 96264420404+.
Can any one can suggest we have any FM for converting telephone no. in AR language in same format - like +962 4400402.

Font is changed when print out and other issues

Hi,
I need help with some of my issues with Diadem. I am quite new with Diadem.
I use Diadem to generate report from teststands. The data is passed from Teststands - VI using Diadem connectivity toolkit and a VB script is called to generate PDF and print out the computer.
1. First issue: the font on the diadem looks different with the one is printed out or in pdf. The font in pdf is bigger than in Diadem. You can look in my screenshot.
2. Second issue: sometime it cannot export pdf and the error message is Cannot open the .pdf file.
3. I need to get the channel name and the content of it in the script. Could you please tell me how to do it?
