Reg: Automatic TT Configuration

Question

Hello,
I have a request from the Customer or Client for configuring Automatic TT Payment for their foreign currency paymets. I would like to know the Questions to be asked with customer before  starting up the configuration.
I know the configuration steps but i don't know the Set up of the client.
Requirement is
Create an Interface between SAP to CITIBANK and vice versa.
What are the questions  need to be ask before starting up this configuration with the client.
Can any one help me projecting the Man days needed for this configuration. Since the requirement is very urgent, am expecting an reply at the earliest.

The SharePoint Team Services dialogview client SHOULD perform an HTTP HEAD request, as specified in
[RFC2616], section 9.4 against owssvr.dll (for details, see section
3.1.3). If the return code from the server is 200, the client SHOULD perform an HTTP GET, as specified in
[RFC2616], section 9.3 to retrieve the full page body. If the return code from the server is 410, the client MUST NOT perform an HTTP GET on the server.
