REG- Deacivating listing/exclusion

Hi all,
We created a record with few materials listed for a customer in VD01. Now we want it to be de-activated. I tried using VD02 and deleted the material in listing, but it in turn is not allowing any material from getting used in the sales order. I have searched the forum for an answer. pls help me.

I hope it is VB01.
If you do not want listing and exclusion for perticular customer you have to delete the condition records in VB02.
If you want to deactivate entire listing exclusion for that sales document type then you have to remove the assignment in Basic functions.
Path : SPRO-Sales and Distribution-Basic Functions- Listing and Exclusion-Activate listing/exclusion by sales document type.

we need to export the conditions for listing or exclusion entered in transaction VB01 (tables KOTG900 ff) to an external sales order system. Does the system provide an idoc for this purpose?

6. Question: Can the table contents of material listing and exclusion be distributed to other systems by means of IDocs?
No. In the SAP standard system, there is no IDoc distribution of conditions for the usage 'G' (listing/exclusion).

so which part of the user exits can I modify if I maintain VB01 for exclusion base of customer code, the program just running my routine requirement not running the error from SAP ("the material xxx is not listed and therefore not allowed"). thank you .

Firstly , Just check wheather you have assigned Listing procedure and Exclusion procedure to your document type or not. Secondly also check wheather you have maintained both conditon records or not

Material list & exclusion

Hello Experts!
Material listing and exclusionu2026.For Customeer 121,the material listed is A1 and Material excluded is B1 then it should not allow to enter material A2 for the sales order for customer 121, but material A2 is being allowed to enter in the order altohugh material A2 is not listed for the customer121........ And also we want that material A1 will be sold to only customer 121 and to no other customers..For that do we need to maintian exclsuion conditon record for all the other customer(it turns out as very maintenance heavy as to restrict one material to a customer we need to maintain exclusion resord for all other customers)?

Instead,
You can make use of "Material group1" in MMR - Sales Org Views.
Create New conditoin table with the relevant fields including material group-1, assign this table in Material listing / Exclusing condition types of access sequence.
while maintaining condition record , you can maintain the Material group-1, instead of specific material either in listing or exclusion as needed.
The above is applicable to Customers as well. If you have no.of customers to restrict, then use Customer Group-1 field to restrict by creating new condtion table with this field & create Listing/Exclusion Condition record..

Listing&Exclusion

Hello guys,
Is it possible to create a Listing Proccess(Standard Listing&Exclusion) taking into account the quantity of the material in the order???. I mean:
I want to create a Listing for-->
Customer A
Material A but only till 30 units
I dont want to introduce the quantity in the access sequence because afterwars we will have a lot of work with the maintenance.... so.... any idea???

In listing & exclusion, you define rules according to which material listing or material exclusion functions in sales processing. With material listing or exclusion you can control which materials can be sold to each customer. Material listing lists which materials a customer can buy. Material exclusion lists which materials a customer cannot buy.
Suppose for example, A material listing is created for a customer. The customer can only buy the materials contained in the list. The system does not allow any materials to be entered if they are not contained in the material listing.
If no records exist for material listing, the sold-to party, for example, can in principle buy the same materials as the payer. However, if there is a material listing record specific to the sold-to party, the
sold-to party can only buy the materials permitted in the list. These materials do not have to be identical to those which the payer can buy.

How listing & exclusion table starts from 'KTOG'

As pricing table starts with 'A' as usage for picing like that listing & exclusion usage is 'G' but how all exclusion table starts with 'KTOG'?
Please help me if anyone know this...

First, switching the drive on and off should not have any effect (excecpt maybe a few stray encoder counts) switching the controller on and off is what will cause you to lose track of position.
One posible solution is to use an anolog feedback rather than an incremental quarature encoder. With analog feedback your postion is absolute rather than rleative.
The other solution is to move to a known location. This is done by using either a home or a limit switch. Take a look at:Home and Index in Motion Control.

Listing/Exclusion and Product Proposal

Hi,
The priority while creating an order is Product Proposal and then Listing/Exclusion.
At present, materials that are not a part of listing list are getting proposed due to Product Proposal.
And the order gets saved even though material is not a part of Listing List.
Is there a feasibility where Listing/Exclusion list is checked dynamically even though products are proposed due to Product Proposal.
OR
Is there a way that only Listed products are proposed?
Any pointers regarding this would be helpful

Listing/Exclusion Conditions are not getting downloaded from ECC to CRM

I have created the customized table for listing/exclusion purpose as per the requirement.
I have created the middleware adapter for that object.(DNL_CUST_G804)
I have down the initial download and when I check the status it is green color when I check the records in CRM Table I did not find it.
When I check in the SLG1 the following error has been occurred
"No Entries Determined for the A Tables (Block 1)"
Message no. CND_MAP312
Diagnosis
No entries have been transferred from R/3 to CRM for one of the following reasons:
1. The R/3 condition table does not contain any entries.
2. The maintenance authorization has been transferred to CRM. This means that data in the R/3 condition table can no longer be downloaded from R/3.
System Response
Error message CND_MAP 312
Procedure
If this maintenance authorization has been transferred to CRM in error, this can be transferred back in exceptional circumstances so that a data download from R/3 is possible.
Condition records have been maintained in ECC server.

Listing / Exclusion Error

Hi All,
I have configured listing/exclusion such that we can list or exclude by the key combinations customer/material, or customer/material group. Exclusion works for both key combinations, but listing only works for one of the two key combination groups at once.
For example, we have customer 100 and 200. For customer 100, I exclude material 10, and group B. When creating a sales order, when I try to add material 10, or B1, B2, B3 etc. from group B, I recieve an error. For customer 200, I list material 20, and group A. When I create a sales order, I can only add material 20. However, I can not add materials A1, A2, A3, etc. from group A.
I've tried rearranging the access sequence A001 for listing, and having it check groups before individual materials. When I do this, then it will allow customer 200 to purchase A1, A2, A3, but not material 20. So it seems that the A001 is only looking at the first table in the access sequence?
I've run stuck as to why this would be the case... any ideas?

My requirement is i need a button along with the tool bar of ALV list display . when i check the button it should display the Selection criteria values which user entered as a pop up .
Is there any default tool which displays user selection values for ALV list display ?

No such program.
But you have to write a code for it. Activate Button using the pf-status. then Handle that button in User command , and show a popup with the selection values.
Function used to get the selection details is
RS_REFRESH_FROM_SELECTOPTIONS
get the data and show it using a Popup. May be a ALV popup select function will help you.

Reg:ALV list Background Problem

Dear All,
I created a ALV LIST report. While i am running in that program in foreground i am getting timeout error. While running in background i am getting the output in improper way. While i am seeing that report in spool request and pressing the spool output display in maximum width i am getting the output list fields in improper position. What should i have to do for this issue?

When you execute the report in background, u require to provide the width of the output it will be some thing like X_65_255.Try increasing the width.
One more alternative is go to SPAD -> In settings Menu option -> Select Spool System -> go to others tab -> select the check box number of columns for list display format.

Add field in listing/exclusion selection screen

Hi, expert, i have create a condition table for my listing type Z001. there is a field name ZZABCD in the condition table. In VB03, I can see the conditon table in 'Key combination'. Now i want to add the field into the selection screen when i click the button 'Condition info' in VB03. Please advice. Thanks.

Dear Rick,
go to OV06, there select the table in which you want to add field. And then select the Add Field and search and add your required field.
Also,
while assinging accesses to access seq., select the table you want to add against the access seq. and in that table, add the newly created field. And finally save.
There is no need to change other setting as you want to add only the field.
Now try the field should be displayed
