Reg: Deleting Independent req. in mD04 Sceen

hi,
can anyone explain me, how to delete ind.req. generated due to MRP -Run in MD04.

Hi
If you want to Delete them, while you are in, MD04 screen itself,
Click on Element deatils ( Lens Icon) of the corresponding PIR,
then it will take you to the MD62 screen directly.
There you can select the entire row , then click on delete Icon , It will remove all the PIRs of that material & then Save
Even you can change the quantities, if you don't want to delete them completely. ( After change Save)
OR
Use T code : MD62, you can do the same as explained above
Either you can Delete all (or), you can change the quantities.
After this change, come to MD04, then Refresh

There one Independant Req per month dated the 1st day of the month. When I run the MD02, the Purchase Requisition is placed the 1st day of the month. we do not maintain Planned delivery time. We would to have as Purchase Requisition date ; the last date of the previous month.

The easiest way to offset the date of the supply element from the date of the demand element by one day is to put one day into "Goods receipt processing time" in the Material master of each material. (purchasing tab or MRP2 tab).

Why does old sale order (The deliver date before current date) show VSF (independent requirement) in MD04?

Dear All,
I face one issue, the old sales order (the delivery date before current date) has became VSF (independent requirement) in MD04, could someone let me know why and how to fix it?
Take 01.09.2014 as example, we have one 50PC's sales order with delivery date as 25.08.2014, in MD04, the system will show two independent requirements, one is 50PC's customer order and another is 50PC's VSF.

If I understood the issue correctly, system is showing both the sales order and the PIR on the same date, right?
If this is the case, it's probably a PIR consumption issue. Take a look on the following note, especially question 10:

Delete a Req Line

I put in a bad Req line. When I hit the trashcan it puts a trashcan icon under the Status column. However, it never goes away. If I save and come back in it still shows in the list. If I try to convert the req to a PO it lets me convert the line marked for deletion.
How do I permanently delete a Req line?

when u mark as delete inline item than it is permanently deleted after save the PO. But is show in PO as Trash Icon. That line item store in SAP audit tables u can say in Archival table. This is Basically use for Audit Purpose.
U can remove the Line item from PO. It will dispaly as Trash Folder.

Change the *MESAAGE NO:050 - Purchase requisition & item & already deleted* warning message to error message in SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Environment Data > Define attributes of system messages.

Delete sales order from MD04 screen

Hi Gurus,
Need help in deleting a sales order from the MD04 screen.
The sales order was deleted, there are no production order/reservations associated with this Sales order, the sales order is still appearing on the md04 screen and consuming the stock. Ran MRP both in Netchange and Regen mode still the sales order appear on the MD04 screen.
This is a four months old sales order.

Dependent req in md04

Hi, the bom of finish consist of a raw materail. strategy 40 maintained for both materials. sales oder created and mrp run md02 taken place. in md04 for finish product planed order generated for sales order qty. for raw material also pr generated for sales order qty and one more line appears as dependent req and qty also same as sales order qty. pls explain why we need this dependednt qty row, its important? because it is already shown in mdo4 of fert material. instead of checking 2 times in md04 for both fert and roh materials individually, is there any way to see in single screen for both fert and roh matrials? pls advise.

I guess you have created a sales order with 2 lines i.e. one line for the finished product & another line for the raw material.
If my understanding is correct, then what you're seeing is correct. In MD04 for the raw material there is one PR which is linked to the sales order & the dependent req. which you're seeing is because the planned order of the finished material.
You need the raw material to produce the finished material & hence the dependent reqmt. & since you have a sales reqmt for this raw material there is a PR for it.
To view in single screen, in MD04 of the finished material, select the planned order line & click on Order Report for the Element, you should find the icon in the bottom part of the screen in stock requirements list.

Delete Subcontracting Requirements in MD04.

Hi SAP Gurus,
Sub contracting PO created on 2004 for Material 'x'. The component also same as the header material. ( Issuing component and recceiving component both are same ).
I have deleted the PO before issuing components to Vendor ( before 541 Mvt.)
But in MD04 the system driving sub contracting requirements against the deleted PO.
Is there any std correction program available to fix teh Issue.

1) To delete sale orders in bulk (subject to no subsequent documents), either you can use LSMW or BDC
2) To print invoices in bulk, two options are there. One is foreground and another one is background
- To schedule foreground, run T.Code VF31
- To schedule background, run T.Code VF06 where you can see a tab [Job started on] If you fix a date and time here, that time, invoice will be printed out in mass

i wanted to check the system log , that who has deleted the request from cube .

Hi,
Did you try the method I had suggested. It will work.
Also its better to try the path I had suggested as it will display the logs for that particular Cube only.
But if go through SM37 > B_DEL* it will display all the logs for all the deletion jobs not just this cube and it will be difficult to find out.
Try that and you should get the log.

Now I will sort this itab3,thus itab3 is now having

I tried ur step which u replied for my question.In ME5A,I have chosen the Dynamic selection and select the deletion indicator enter as "X".
It shows an error given below.
"No suitable purchase requisition found"
When i checked the same in ABAP,( table name is EBAN and field Deletion indicator is LOEKZ) some of the PR has identified with Deletion indicator"X"
Pls clarify the above.

Reg: Deleting a segment of an IDoc

Hi Experts,
We have created an extension to IDoc (added a Z segment) in 4.7 ERP and transported to the ECC 6.0.
I want to delete the segment in ECC 6.0, which we extended in 4.7.
I believe one way is to delete the segment in 4.7 and export the transport from 4.7 and import into ECC 6.0
Please let me know the ways to delete the segment from the IDoc in ECC 6.0.

Thanks for the replay. I want to delete the IDoc extension (a z segment added to the basic type by using we30) in SAP ECC.
There is a option of delete in we30. Can i use the same tcode to delete the extn of IDoc? or any other ways are there to delete the ZSEGMENT added to the basic type?
