Reg: Item ok check box in MIGO

Hi All,
    Could some one tel how / wer to make the item check in MIGO as mandatory in item tab .. In standard the it would be mandatory in detail data but while doing subcontracting the user is allowed to remove the check(tick mark ) in item column for the child material and it is allowing to post the document.
hope it is clear ....

That means if you select it then it will be considered and of deselect then deleted that is nothing but Iten OK indicator only.
Input means optional entry that means it is up to user whether he wants to select indicator or not and required means user has to select it.
If it doesn't work then use t.code:SHD0 & proceed by entering MIGO Transaction Code.
Here activate Item OK indicator and make it display so user will not be able to change it in MIGO
Also you can use function in MIGO, click in menu Settings > Default Values
Here activate "Propose the Ok Function in Future", Item OK will get defaulted in MIGO everytime, user has not to activate it during MIGO.

    So the quantity consumed of the send items will be same as per BOM quantity.

  • Item Partners Check box in Sales Order

    Hi all,
    What is the functionality and configuration settings of Item Partners Check box in sales order, partner function tab line item level?
    When i find the check box marking then it allows me changes by double clicking of the partner and changing the address, but when the same check box is not marked then it is in dispaly mode when i double click it.
    So please suggest me how to control its features.

    If this indicator is activated, the partner is validated at item level.
    It may happen that in a business transaction the partner in the document header does not apply to all items, for example, if specific goods for a customer are normally delivered to another ship-to party.
    In sales documents and billing documents you can enter one of the deviating partners from the document header at item level.
    When creating a document , the system copies the document header partners to the items. If you want to define another partner than the one in the document header at item level, overwrite the proposal from the item partner screen.

  • Print Check Box In MIGO

    Hi ALL,
    I'm having an issue with print check box in migo .
    I created a po and i created a material document(i.e Goods Recipt) in MIGO using the PO nUMBER. I made sure i selected Collective Slip and Print Check Box enabled and posted the document and when i went back to PO and looked at PO History and clicked on the GR Receipt it shows me the Material Document but for some reason the Print Check box is disabled .
    Again this happens if i create a po with one particular plant and if i use any other plant it works fine and print check box remains enabled.
    I made sure in OMJ3 ,WA03 AND WE03 i have the Plant,St Loc and Printer for the plant WHICH IS CREATING PROBLEM.
    Let me know if i'm missing something in here

    Hi all,
    The same movement type works for all other plants except for one plant .
    No matter what movement type is, this plant is always disabling the print chek box for some reason.

      Sorry for the delay.
      I have created screen variant for that Serial number tab sub screen and assigned Output only option for that check box. Thn i created a transaction variant and assigned that Screen variant to it. At last i assigned and activated that Transaction variant to Standard Variant of MIGO. All these are done in SHD0 tcode.

    The view instance should be the same as the view instance (view object) specified for your region.
    If the View Attribute already that you need already exists in the View Object then you can use it.
    Otherwise you have to extend the View Object and add the new attribute to it.

    While capturing Excise Invoice during Goods Receipt (T.Code: MIGO), in Excise Invoice tab of MIGO screen- there is a button for " More Data". After clicking that button and in the 'Miscellaneous' tab , there is a MRP Indicator check box.
    Please let me know when we need to flag MRP Indicator check box.My doubt is in which scenario, we need to flag that check box.

    Scenario-1: MIGO done & MIRO not done:
    MRP indicator flagged:
    In this case, the value of the material will be the Basic material price minus the Excise duty amount. ( For eg: material base value =Rs. 1000;  BED= Rs. 160, E. cess=32 & SHE cess= 16). The total valuated stock will be Rs.792.
    MRP indicator NOT flagged:
    In this case, the value of the material will be the Basic material price.( For eg: material base value =Rs. 1000;  BED= Rs. 160, E. cess=32 & SHE cess= 16). The total valuated stock will be Rs.1000.
    Scenario-2: MIGO done & MIRO  done:
    MRP indicator flagged:
    In this case, the value of the material will be the Basic material price. ( For eg: material base value =Rs. 1000;  BED= Rs. 160, E. cess=32 & SHE cess= 16). The total valuated stock will be Rs.1000. (the ED amount of (1603216) will be debited to material value while doing MIRO poting.
    MRP indicator NOT flagged:
    In this case, the value of the material will be the Basic material price.( For eg: material base value =Rs. 1000;  BED= Rs. 160, E. cess=32 & SHE cess= 16). The total valuated stock will be Rs.1000.(Rs. 1000/- debited to material account while doing MIGO itself) .
    Concludingly, I want to know in what scenario we will flag the MRP Indicator. Please note that I am aware of the trading scenario also.

    There is a GL which was not defined as Open Item Management Previously.
    Now we Identified and we wanted to define it as Open Item Managed account.
    For ex take ..Payable Account
    say there is one line item with credit balance ..to make this accoount balance as 0 (ZERO)  ..we reversed the original entry ..we tried to select open item check box..
    but system is not allowing us to change ..instead its giving msg"Account balance is zero but stil open items exists"
    i dont understan this ..

    OK it's very easy to transfer the balance. Either u have already customised program to upload data or if the data is "little" u can just manual posting using FB01. just zerorise all balances in the old account.
    Eg. old journal:
    01  MAN        NIAGA SDN.              1,975.00 
    50  80070010   Rental-Car Park              1,975.00-
    To transfer:
    17  MAN        NIAGA SDN.              1,975.00-
    40  80070010   Rental-Car Park              1,975.00
    Means, the account will be zero.

  • Can't use LOV with item type "check box" in form

    I have created a LOV that I want to use with a form application in 3.0.9. I need to be able to do multiple choices in this LOV (check box style) in the same query (only queries - users won't be able to update this field)
    When I choose Check box as the item type in the form wizard I am not able to choose the LOV. I have to use combo box, popup or radio group for the LOV choices to appear, but then the query can only query for one value in the LOV at a time.
    Is there a solution to this?

    This feature is not supported as of now. You cannot have multi select LOV for a form field and hence a checkbox cannot have a LOV.

  • Set the value of items when check box is checked

    Hi,
    My requirement is when we click a check box it should set the value of an item as 111111 and clear the values of two items in an apex page.
    I used java script onClick event to set those items using document.getElementByID('Item_Name')='';
    One of the item which needs to be cleared is a conditonal type.
    When the condional item present, java script works fine. But if it is not present,
    code works but it shows "error on page" for few seconds.
    Is it possible to clear the item, only when the item is present in the page.

    I created one folder and I selected the checkbox in output options.
    when I am trying to create "TABLE" in that folder, it's automatically resetting the checkbox.

    I have a multi record block with on text item and check box... I ned to get the value when i click the checkbox to fetch the data from teh sql query..

  • Check Box in Header of ALV GRID only............

    Hi Experts,
                   Can anyone help me out... in keeping the Check box at the Header Level.....
    This requirement is in the copy of the standard transaction "ME2N". 
    1. In ME2N when you click on the Chage Layout button of ALV grid
    and choose "Sorting" tabe.
    2. Add any 3 fields say 1. Vendor/Supply plant 2. Purchasing group and 3. Purchasing document in the Sort criteria and choose accending order radio button and check box in the sum .
    3. Now click on the Displayed Column tab and remove the above 3 fields from the Displayed colums and add it column set
    4. Now report shows the heirarchial one in the sorting manner.
    5. I want the Check Boxes at all levels both in the header and the item level.
    When I click on the Header level check box all the item level check box should get checked. When I add the check box in the field catalog I am able to see the check box in the item level only because only item level data appears in the internal table and Header level is displayed based on the ALV grid sorting option and that row records are unknown in the internal table.
    Is there some thing which I can do to get the check box at the header level retaining all the functionality of ME2N and ALV GRID.....
    It would be great help if some one solves me this issue... Points will be awarded.

               Thanks for your response. Select ALL already existing... My requirement is not to get the whole report records selected at  particular level all items and header should get selected. Say for example  I have Vendor2 i.e,  vendor 1 and vendor2. So in the Vendor 1 i will have Purchasing group1 , Purchasing document 1 and say 10 items under Purchasing document. say same as like in Vendor2. So if Click on the Vendor1 all the sub items of it have to selected so that I can perform further action only for these items not for the enter items of the report.
