Reg. Minimizing the PR creation time (ME51N)

Dear Friends
We are creating Purchase requisition with A/c assignment E(Sales order) and we have 200 materials with size i.e we have to enter 200 items for each item should enter sales order number in account assignment tab at footer of the PR,it takes around 1.30 hourds for only one PR, we have at lease 25 to 30 PR., Entering sales order number in SAP is too hard because I should use up and down key and some time the items jumbing to 1st item or 4th item irregularly. how to control and enter my 200 items. I feel if the fields Sales order and item is at next to storage location fields in item level not in footer level.  Please help if there any idea to minimize my time on PR creation. WHEREAS HOW SAP HELPS TO REDUCE THE TIME THAN OTHER PACKAGE?
Thanks in advance
Rajakumar.K

Dear Friends

Please help me.

  • Reg Increasing the EJB Response Time

We are facing below performance problems in our application,
    1. Response time from EJB (Stateless Session Bean) to Client (Swing).
    2. Time taken for looping through the Result Set.
For 5000 records, our query is taking 0.2 Secs but looping through the ResultSet is taking around 16 seconds and Response time for transferring 160 kb (object data) from EJB to Client is taking around 30 Secs.
We have achieved some improvement in ResultSet looping time by setting the setFetchSize of ResultSet to 250.
    Can anyone suggest?
    1. Is there any way to increase the Data Transfer time (Response time) from EJB to Client?
    2. What is the ideal value for setting the value for ResultSet.setFetchSize() ( No of records we fetch vary from 1 3,00,000 records)

    1. Response time from EJB (Stateless Session Bean) to
Client (Swing). Consider non-EJB options. They might prove efficient in your case.
    2. Time taken for looping through the Result Set. Try and design your code as to not require all the records at a time.

  • PO creation time

    Hi SAP Experts,
    Greetings to all...
I wish to ask a question.
Is there any field that captures the PO Creation time and GR Creation time. I couldnt find any field in the EKKO Table.
I need these fields in one of report for calculations.
    Thanking you in advance.
    Regards,
    UK.

    Hi,
    FOR GRN
    MKPF-CPUTM
    As for the PO :
Check the transaction code :AUT10 , put the transaction code in as ME21N run report for certain date.
You will get the Time and date for which record is inserted.
You can also use the CDHDR table..
Put the input as given below you get the required data
    Change document object : EINKBELEG
    Obj. value      : PO number
Check the Table : CDPOS :
Which show the Change ID , check the indicator as I ( As inserted )
    Hope it will help you

  • How do I change the length of time songs stay in "Recently added"

As usual the most user unfriendly software ever created, Itunes for Windows, has me completely beaten.
Anyone know how to change the settings on Itunes to get the amount of time a song stays in the "recently added" part of Itunes?

    Thank you Katrina.
I dont think that helped me at all though...instead I am floundering around even more.
What is a smart playlist, and what does it have to do with minimizing the amount of time that songs stay in my recently added section?
I right clicked on my recently added..clicked on Smart Playlist..and it was more confusing than anything.
Match all of the following rules??? Is that even english?
    Date added ....arrggghh
Okay the reason that I am doing this is...my computer I had Itunes on just fried after five years...my own fault for not backing my music up on a different hard drive but thats water under the bridge. Now I could have spent thirty bucks on a separate program that would rip MY music off of MY Ipod and put it on MY Itunes...but I didnt want to do that..I just decided to rebuild my library by reloading the CD's onto Itunes. The major issue I have with this is, I have a number of Audio Books that I want on my Itunes...and often times the chapter numbers and order gets mixed up, especially when I am uploading books by the same author. I use the recently added area to move the books over to playlists I make....but if I upload multiple books the recently added area gets all cluttered up, and the books will get mixed.
If I can get the recently added area to CLEAR OUT it will make my life a lot easier...but so far I cant..so I am slogging through this thing like a ******** snail.
I know that in a previous version of Itunes that it was pretty easy to set this preference....but I honestly cannot figure this out.....

  • How can I get the File Creation Date OR Last modification date of the incoming file in my message?

I need the Last Modification Date and the File creation date of the consumed file in my message, is it possible to do that using a custom pipeline component in decode stage or any other way? The FILE namespace have File creation time that actually gives
the time the file was dropped in receive location, not the actual creation time. Also this namespace doesn't have the Last Modification Date.

    Yes,
As per MSDN, "File.FileCreationTime" - "Defines the time that the file was written to the folder that is monitored by the File receive
    adapter."
So for File Modified DateTime, only option I can think of is create a custom file adapter (updating the File Adapter code from SDK ..\SDK\Samples\AdaptersDevelopment\File Adapter) and access the received file with the code something like the following, which
you give you the Last Modified date
    string sLastModifiedDate = File.GetLastWriteTime(path).ToString();
If there are any business requirements which drives you this, then this the only way I can think of. Because you can access the file properties only in adapter, when it passes through adapter file is handled as stream and you will only have context properties
to access the file related properties.
If you're looking for implement this for any audit purpose or for your any technical purpose, then you can suggest some alternate than using File updated datetime.
If this answers your question please mark it accordingly. If this post is helpful, please vote as helpful by clicking the upward arrow mark next to my reply.

The correct Actual GI time should be the CPU time in CST time zone, independant of the user.

  • Acrobat Javascript get Windows PDF creation time

Is there a way to get the Windows creation time of a PDF in Acrobat Javascript? When you copy a PDF the Windows creation time changes but the PDF creation time does not. I'm looking for a way to detect if someone copied the PDF.

I know you can get the PDF creation time through the info object but that isn't what I want. When you copy-paste a PDF in Windows the creation time of the info object doesn't change. It always stays the same so I can't detect a copy that way. I want the creation time that Windows provides. Is that possible?

    Hi
NAST table is for the print so here you can find when a PO was printed not when it was created.
In the EKKO table there's the field AEDAT (Date on which the record was created), I believe u can know the time by CDHDR (change document) table using EINKBELEG as objectclas

  • Changing the Content of a Document at creation time using Java

    Hi,
I made a ClassObject 'Division' that is a subclass of the
    oracle.ifs.beans.Document,
and I want to change the content of a Division instance while it
is being created because I can't change the editor (Epic) that
    creates this object.
(and it has to be at creation time!)
To do this, I made a server-side class S_Division that
    implements the extendedPreUpdate method.
I was able to get the content of the object when that method was
    called for the 4th time
and that way I could change some attributes of that object that
    depend on that content.
My problem is that I need to change the origal content into
something else using that extendedPreUpdate method
    and I don't know how.
The bean-side Document class has an easy method setContent
(DocumentDefinition) for changing the content of its instances,
    but the server-side S_Document doesn't!
So how can I do that using the server-side classes?
    Maybe using the update(OperationState,
    S_LibraryObjectDefinition) method?
Can someone give me some help or an example that shows me the
    way?

    What version of the database?
Creating indexes in parallel is described in the documentation. Search the on-line documentation for the syntax for create index; if there aren't any specific examples of creating indexes in parallel do a Google search for "create index parallel"

    Hi Clap,
Thanks for ur reply. Let me say you the scenario clearly. We are in the process of automating some of the process. We have builds running daily night and our automation will run using that build.
Currently the build which is getting generated does have manifest in it. For our automation framework we cant suggest adding the manifest. Which will not be agreed.
Our automation will be checking till 10.am. to check whether the build is ready if not it will come out of the loop. If the build is avaialble within 10 then it will take the build and see whetehr the creation date and time of the build and the one i am having locally or different. If diff it will see whether the build generated is latest than the one i am having.
If it so then the process will run.
So hope you got my issue.

  • Converting Delivery Creation Date/Time into the Local Date/Time

    Hi
I have two fields like 'Delivery Creation Date' and 'Delivery Creation Time' in ECC system . My user wants the Delivery Creation Date / Delivery Creation Time in Local time of Plants .
    For example :
Delivery    Plant       DelivCreationDate       DelivCreationTime   DelivCreationDate(Local)   DelivCreationTime(Local)
    312456          1650               11/2/2007                     4:30                          11/2/2007                          3:30
Here the Plant 1650 is in Mexico . The above delivery is created in Canada in ECC system according to the candain time .
But user wants to convert the Candain Delivery Creation Date and Time into the Local Date/Time of specific plant .
So we need to convert the  Candain Delivery Creation Date and Time into Mexico timings .
How can it is possible this one and user wants to automate this process .
    Please let me know

    I_TZONE = MEX

CAD and MEX are variables i have used...
the challenge is to find the canadian and mexican time zone....CAD and MEX.
which you can get by performing a lookup in table T001W and passing country as parameter.

  • MicrosoftDNS Container Conflict Resolution - Creation times are the same

    Everyone,
I am trying to resolve an AD conflict for the MicrosoftDNS container. From my research the general rule appears to be "delete the newer object". The problem I have is that the creation time of both containers is identical:
    Class       Created            DN
    container 5/9/2003 17:31 CN=MicrosoftDNS\0ACNF:b8738f66-3c40-47a2-bb20-925ea9c65046,CN=System,DC=<removed>,DC=<removed>
    container 5/9/2003 17:31 CN=MicrosoftDNS,CN=System,DC=<removed>,DC=<removed>
The mangled container shows in the default naming context and the CN=DomainDNSZones context but not the CN=ForestDNSZones context (within ADSIEDIT)
The mangled container just holds CN=RootDNSServers zone whereas the "normal" container holds CN=RootDNSServers plus a number of reverse zones and the forward zone for our domain. Some of the zones within the "normal" container show as
"InProgress" but I know what to do with those.
Which container should I delete? My gut says the CNF container...
Thanks in advance for your help,
    Kevin

In addition, CNF DNS data Deepdive. Have a look.
