Reg PO history

Hi,
In EKBE table contains bewtp(PO history category). It contains the value of 'E' 'U', 'L', but i couldn't understand, where can i get the full abbreviation of that field.

The details are available in the table T163C.
How to find it is as below
1. Check table for the feild BEWTP is T163B.
2. Double click on T163B.
3. In the table you dont find any feild for the description, so check for text table , path for that is Goto--> Text Table , this will take you to another table which will contain the description.

Reg EQUIPMENT History

Hi PPL,
I have a problem where , in the Notification IW32 in the Objects Tab when i
enter tha value of the Serial No and Material with the Notification No in the first line
and save it , the Service Order for the Notification does not appear in the Equipment - SERDATA - History.
Whereas when i enter the Serial No and the Material No in the first line of the Objects Tab and i enter the same serial No and the Material No in the Second Line of the Object Tab along with the Notification No , the corresponding Service Order appears in the SERDATA History of the Equipment.
What could be the Problem and How to rectify the Problem ?
I hav posted this question a couple of times in the forum and am yet to receive an
Guidance on how to resolve the Issue .I wud be very grateful for your Advice.

Yes, there is business content for Fixed Assets. Please review the Fixed Assets section in the business content in RSA1.

It is important to note that SAP is theoretically planning on updating some of the business content, but they have not discussed which will be updated first. I suspect that Fixed Asset reporting will be low in the list of priorities. Most BW reporting is done for large numbers of users. Fixed Asset reporting is typically done by a small group of accountants, and many companies do not implement it.
FWIW, it's never a good business practice to implement a BW reporting tool for only one or two users when there is a fully functional report in SAP that fits all of their needs. It's a waste of resources that can better serve a larger population of end users and present a better value to the business.

Reg : material master change history

Hi All.
I am changing the value of the material master characterstic assigned to class under the classification TAB of material master.
I want to extract the last chaged date of the characterstic value.
The material master change history ( Table CDHDR) is not reflecting the changes done to the characterstic value.
Can anybody please suggest me how can i extract the change history of the characterstic value of a given class for a given material.

Hi
If a field is changed in any transaction with a new values those changes are recorded in CDHDR and CDPOS tables with the field name, Transaction name and field old and new values, changed by and date etc
So you have to fetch the change data history from those tables passing the
OBJECT CLAS = MATERIAl and the Objectid = Material no and fetch the data from CDHDR first and then for all entries of CDHDR fetch the data from CDPOS and use the data and required fields

Hi Chandu,
You can get the PO changed line item text using CDHDR and CDPOS tables.
Use Object Class: CDHDR-OBJECTCLAS = 'EINKBELEG'
Object Id: CDHDR-OBJECTID ' 'Your PO number'.
And get the value of change no with the help of the above data. CDHDR-CHANGENR will provide you the change no for this PO.
You can find the changed line item text value from table CDPOS from the values found in above table CDHDR
Use Object Class, Object Id, Change No found above and apart from that use the field FNAME (in CDPOS) as TXZ01, and CHNGIND as 'U'. It will provide you the changed text as well as the old text..

Thank You for the reply,
I tried that table but when i give an abap report name or function module name it is showing 'No Table entries found'.
I also found out that by using the table TRDIR we can get the history of reports and TFDIR to get the history of function module.
it will be good to find the correct source in which these entries are maintained ie with tables information.

Your forecast history came from where? How did you try to load the history?
Why did you try to load the history? As far as I know, loading forecast history was never recommended. That may have changed, but I believe there is an Open Interface with which you can load.
Go back and check your API mapping and let us know.

Hi ALL,
In purchase order history we can see the document flow from purchase order to Invoice receipt.If i raised debit memo against purchase order this request also u can see in purtchase order history.But if u make payment to vendor against this it is not showing in purchase order history.What tratment i have to give to see.
For each debit memo initially request will be raised by purchase department, against debit memo request Accounts department will make payment.so i want to see the payment in purchasde order history.
Kindly advise me how to view the above thing.

I am creating a Standard PO with help of info records(Net price comes from info records(me11 me12). When i change or modify the same po in ME22N, then the Changed net price should be replaced in info records(ME12). Please suggest me if there is any BAPI or BADI. Hi All,
I have a requirement like this..
Whenever end user creating or changeing PO(ME21N) then the net price for the changed material should be updated in Net price in Me12 transaction.
There are lot of FM to update the same in database tables. But i want to update in ME12 transaction. Please provide me if have good solution for this.
Also let me know how to catch the values in the screen into a field or internal table.
There is possiblity to do this update using BDC. But i am expecting a Function module.

Dividing payment history data (KNB4) under sales area of a customer..

Hello Everybody,
          I need to divide the payment history data available in KNB4 table according to divisions which are available under one customer. But payment history data is automatically updated when we are posting the payments ( If "payment history record" check box is checked in the company code details of a customer).
          Is it possible to customize this filtering?
         Please answer for this Question as soon as possible..

A custom report need to be developed to achieve this.
For a particulat customer, Need to pick up the billing documents in the month and at billing item divisions needs to be considered.

Doubt in PO header & item history

Hi All,
I have a doubt .My client has come up with requirement in PO. The header & the item level history in the PO should get updated at the time of PO creation itself with all the relevant fields getting updated. Is there any possibility to control this (technically atleast).?
Plz let me know this as it is a crucial requirement.

Oem 9i event history empty

hello,
i have an userdefined event, simple oratclsh script
successfully registered.
event scheduler all 5 minutes.
i can see thet the logfile $ORACLE_HOME/network/log/oratclsh.log grows all 5 minutes.that's fine.
BUT the event history is since still empty. (since 2 days)
any idea?

Do you see any alerts from your script?
you will only see a history if you are
toggling the alert status.

Try Table J_1IMOCUST with Field name as AEDAT for Changed on & USNAM for Changed by the User.
